Natalie is an amazing, intuitive photographer who creates beautiful images. She has affordable rates and is easy to reach via email. I live out of state from our venue and I was able to communicate all my ideas and concerns through email.

It's been 6 months since Natalie shot our Engagement photos and she hasn't responded to us since.
She promised to edit our photos, send us a DVD of all the shots, and she even promised us a $50 print credit (I have saved EVERY single email she sent us promising these items).
Now my wedding is TWO months away and I have nothing from her.
Has she fulfilled any of her promises? NOPE. I understand being busy which is why I sort of let it slide this long but I've sent her multiple e-mails and she can't even respond? She uses our photos on her portfolio so she obviously can't deny working with us. I just wish I received something more from this experience with her other than unkept promises.
