I look at photography as making memories, so I want them to be the best memories you will ever have. I've always been fascinated by humanity and the things that make us all different inside and out. Being able to capture that in a way that shows the beauty and uniqueness of the people I photograph makes my job very important to me. I like to make people really see themselves in my work, and when they do, they're very surprised and thrilled with the outcome. Jake Went Above and Beyond to Capture Our Wedding Perfectly
Jake was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. He is based in Los Angeles and made the trip all the way to Georgia to photograph our wedding, which made it even more meaningful to have him there for our special day.
He was prompt, professional, and paid attention to every single request we had. What really stood out was that Jake didn’t focus only on the two of us. He understood how important our family and friends were to the day and made a point to capture the people we specifically wanted photographs of, along with so many moments happening naturally around us.
Jake’s style is truly unmatched. He has an incredible ability to pull genuine emotion and personality out of the people he photographs. Nothing felt overly staged or forced. He captured the laughter, emotion, personalities, and little moments that made our wedding ours.
You can tell Jake genuinely cares about his work and the people he is photographing. Having someone travel across the country and then put that much effort into making sure our day was captured exactly the way we wanted meant a great deal to us.
