Heather was really great to work with! She was very responsive and resourceful. Even when things were stressful, Heather brought a calming presence. She was always available to answer questions. There was a power outage at our wedding and she handled it really well. Our wedding day went really smoothly all thanks to her and her team.

My wife and I just wrapped our wedding with Heather and don't have enough words to express our gratitude and how much we would recommend Heather to others!

We met her at an open house for the LA River Center and our wedding was planned for April 2020. Well, covid and the universe had other plans for us but Heather wouldn't let that stop her and delivered big, skillfully navigating the craziness of Covid cancellations, postponements and pivots.

Throughout the planning phase, Heather helped us navigate vendor selection, review contracts and had tons of best & worst practices to share with us. Plus, when I threw out a random idea or wanted a specific late night taco truck, she did her damndest to make it happen. We basically had our entire wedding planned, then rebooked at the LA River Center for April 2021. Heather helped us get all of our vendors to cooperate and switch the date, and then when the April 2021 wedding was cancelled she got them all to honor our deposits for "a party to be determined at a future unknown date and location".

That location ended up being our backyard, and man was it a good party. For having rentals, flowers, dj, caterer, porto potty, photo booth, liquor delivery and all kinds of people in and out of my house, Heather managed it incredibly well and it was no where near as stressful or complicated of a process as it sounds.

Over the 2 years of knowing Heather and planning all different versions of our wedding she is a friendly and charming person to work with. It was a pleasure getting to know her and having her get to know us and our quirks to have a wedding that truly reflected us. And let me tell you, the day of a switch was flipped and she was in the freakin' zone! She was everywhere at once doing everything that needed to be done and things my wife and I wouldn't have dreamed of. She would pop up out of nowhere with a plate of hors d'oeuvres and a drinks for me and my wife and next second she'd be handling coordinating with the staff to break down tables to free up the dance floor.

She's awesome, incredibly well priced and worth every damn penny and more!

I hired Heather about 3 months into wedding planning. The only thing I regret is not hiring her sooner. She is the ultimate problem solver, positive, and extremely organized. Everything you need for your special day. Heather went above and beyond to make our 300 person wedding spectacular. The week of the wedding she was my saving grace and even made several trips to my home and the venue to help iron out final details. She also has amazing contacts to vendors who have great respect for her and were amazing. Heather always came through with her recommendations and creative ideas. Our friends still ask us for her contact info because of how smoothly everything went. Hiring Heather as a part of your wedding planning team is truly priceless.

Now and Forever was essential to our smooth and happy wedding. This was our first (and hopefully only!) time planning a wedding, and we were overwhelmed by all the details. Fortunately, we had Heather working as our wedding coordinator to keep everything on track before and during our wedding day. Heather and her assistant were extremely organized and on top of communicating with all of our vendors, so we could focus our enjoying our big day. We couldn't recommend her more highly!

Heather is beyond amazing! She is very professional and detail oriented. When she says your day will be perfect she’s not kidding! Her communication is immaculate and is there for you day or night no matter how early or late it is. She is on point with every detail and will even answer questions given by family or wedding party. As weeks leading up to our wedding approached, family and friends asked me how I appeared so calm. I told them that because I have Heather, I have nothing to worry about. I cannot say enough positive things about Heather. She is highly skilled at what she does, and was professional and responsive in every encounter. Not only was she dedicated and efficient, she is a kind person who truly cares about your special day being perfect. She does everything in her power to make it exactly as you envision.

One thing in particular I want to acknowledge is on the day-of, our rabbi let us know that morning that we needed a frame for our Kattubbah. My fiancé and I were frantically trying to get ready and Heather said not to worry, that she would handle it. She bought us a frame for our kattubbah, and put out that potential fire. She also handled every minor unexpected thing (people not being happy with their assigned seats, unexpected guests, uninvited people, etc.) with care and competence.

If you need a coordinator (and you really do; it’s impossible to plan an entire wedding on your own) Heather is the person to call. She responds to texts, phone calls, and emails quickly and is always available. There were a few times I said to my husband that Heather makes me feel like I am her only bride because of the undivided attention she gives me. And that meant everything to me during the wedding planning! I have only the warmest things to say about Heather. Thank you for making our wedding exactly how we wanted!!
