My husband and I are extremely happy we booked Father Matthew Michaud from Northeast Nuptials for our October 2021 wedding! My husband was raised Catholic, and I was raised Protestant. We wanted to incorporate our faith into our wedding ceremony without having to get married in a church and without all the components and long duration of a traditional Catholic wedding ceremony. Father Matthew was perfect for this! He incorporated the perfect mix of humor, religion, and tradition into our ceremony. We even got to personalize our ceremony by completing the “homework” he assigned us. You basically write a few paragraphs on how you and your significant other’s relationship developed and then you go through and pick which readings you would like during your ceremony. One of the top compliments we got about our wedding was how much everyone loved the priest! Father Matthew even gives you a copy of your ceremony so you can remember exactly what was read – a wonderful keepsake!

Father Matthew created an amazing ceremony for my husband and I. Our wedding didn’t go as planned but we decided to still get married on our original date. He was more than accommodating and our ceremony was so special. Our families both loved him! I would recommend him for anyone looking for a religious ceremony and anything in between.
