I can't believe it has taken me this long to write a review for DJ Danny but time flew by with a long honeymoon, a big move and starting our new life after marriage. I knew when we got our wedding photos back that I had to leave a great review for DJ Danny. He was professional, had so much experience and made it so that we didn't have to worry about a thing on our wedding day. We did our research to make sure he had great reviews before having a phone call with Danny and he didn't disappoint. He made everything perfect from the cocktail music to the music walking down the aisle to the dance floor late night. We got so many compliments on Danny not just days after the wedding but weeks! He had so many great suggestions and knew what worked well within our style of wedding. He even gave us a thoughtful card for the special day! We could not recommend Danny more. Thank you Danny you made our day extra special.

Working with Danny was absolutely seamless and so easy! We could not be more pleased with how well he did. Danny truly takes the time to get to know you and deliver all that you could ask for and more. We love Danny!

One of the hardest choices we had to make was the DJ, not having seen anyone perform. Greg's easy, but professional manner set us right at ease. he really understands that music sets the tone of the whole event. If there is any part of our wedding that could have been on autopilot, it would have been Greg. He set the entire tone - had a surprise screen on his booth (which took up almost no space) with our names and the wedding date. later in the night, it played portions of old music videos for songs and all the pictures from the selfie booth. you absolutely have to do the selfie booth - was the biggest hit of the night. He did not miss one of our "must plays" (you do have to have reasonable list so he can manage the crowd energy without a 50 song playlist of your own - for that you don't need a DJ). He was also present when needed but faded into the proceedings in a way that let our friends and family shine. He walked us through all our preferences (we had a few quirks with no parents on one side etc). Hire him and just let him do his job and I guarantee you - you will be thrilled. wish i had another night to dance all night with him mixing it up!

We had a wonderful experience working with Greg for our wedding this summer. Greg is highly organized, communicative, knowledgeable and experienced. He was able to perfectly capture our vision and his transitions throughout the night were seamless. He exceeded all of our expectations. Our guests still can’t stop talking about how amazing our DJ was. I would highly recommend DJ Greg Young.

Greg was absolutely fantastic for our wedding! Prior to the day, he was extremely responsive and took the time to understand our vision. On our day, he exceeded our expectations! We felt he understood what we were looking for took that into account when doing what he does best. Almost every single guest was on the dance floor for the entirety of the night! I legitimately could not recommend Danny DeBruin and Northeast Event Design more highly. Music and atmosphere was one of the parts of my wife and I's wedding that we most wanted to get right. Thank goodness we found Northeast Event Design who absolutely delivered as the DJ/MC for the evening.

Danny truly cares about his work and makes the effort to understand the couple he's working with to create the atmosphere they want through music. Danny worked with me in the months leading up to the wedding to create a thoughtful playlist for each stage of our day/evening. He was extremely considerate of all of our must-plays and also took a *perfect* degree of artistic license to fill out the rest of the evening with exactly the right vibe for the right times. Our ceremony music had exactly the right level of seriousness and upbeat gravitas, while the reception was a blast that got all of our guests - old and young - on their feet. He was extremely communicative throughout the planning cycle, he nailed the musical timing for everything during our ceremony, and he was a great MC who helped announce the different stages of the night and kept things on schedule.

We were blessed to have a special day across the board, but the universal piece of feedback we got from guests was how excellent the music and dance floor was. Danny was everything we could have hoped for in a DJ/MC and I could not recommend him more highly.

I cannot recommend Northeast Event Design and Danny Debruin enough. Danny went above and beyond in EVERY aspect. He was extremely responsive, helpful, and kind during the planning process, present and professional during the wedding day, and was truly one of the biggest reasons why the day of ran smoothly as it did and the main reason why our dance floor was such a blast. People didn't want the party to end! We had such a great experience with Northeast Event Design!

Danny absolutely rocked our wedding! He took the time to get to know us and really understand our vision for the day. Everything was well organized and his execution was perfect. Danny’s DJ skills are next level and he had the dance floor completely packed from the beginning of the night until the venue shut us down after midnight. We are so happy we went with DJ Greg Young for our wedding! Greg was excellent to work with. Before the wedding, he was so helpful with our planning process; Greg is organized, professional, creative, and it felt like he really cared about making our day special and fun for everyone. Our ceremony and reception felt flawless! Having a great DJ made all the difference, we didn’t have to worry about a thing! Everyone had a blast and many guests mentioned how awesome the music was. The uplighting in our wedding color added a nice personalized touch to the event space during dinner and then the changing colors were so fun during the dancing. We also added the social media booth which was a big hit! We highly recommend going with DJ Greg Young!!
