James was an amazing DJ/MC at our backyard reception 9/19/26. He kept the music going til 11pm and the dance floor was full the majority of the night! The music was amazing and he was very prompt to play requests from guests along with making sure our favorites were played!

He did a wonderful job communicating with us and our photographer throughout the night as we did not have a wedding coordinator. He was very respectful towards what we wanted and played music everyone could dance too!

He also went above and beyond by playing worship music for us during appetizers and dinner!

At a wedding, the DJ plays a much larger role than you may initially think. The DJ provides the microphones, plays the ceremony music, reception music, transition music (which makes smooth transitions), and sets the tone of the wedding as the MC. This is one aspect of wedding planning that I did not initially realize was so important until working with James McNally. He was incredibly professional, responsive, and receptive. We had such an amazing time working with James. His attention to detail does not go unnoticed. Thank you for being part of our big day and being one of the reasons why our day went smoothly and felt so special.

James McNally is an exceptional DJ for our wedding night. We’ve received non stop praise from our guest since our big night. James’s coordination with us & the other vendors across the board was incredible. He spent the night keeping us informed on next scheduled events in our day-of timeline & would let us know if other vendors needed us momentarily.

James McNally was AMAZING! He was extremely responsive, professional, and organized throughout the entire planning process. He helped the wedding run so smooth from start to finish (even when we made a few changes to the timeline and songs a day before the wedding). Our goal was to have everyone on the dance floor at the wedding, even though we had a slightly older crowd, and he did an amazing job of playing the perfect mix of songs to get everyone up there dancing! I can’t thank him enough for how well he did and how smooth he helped the entire day go! You will be SO glad you booked him for your wedding or other special event!

James did an absolutely amazing job for our wedding! He was super responsive right from the start and gave us all of the tools and information we needed to help guide us in choosing music for each part of our night. He made the process super easy for us and was very accommodating for specific things we wanted. The day of the wedding he was able to loop my bridal processional music perfectly when my bridal party took longer to walk than planned and when the dance floor opened he kept everyone dancing the whole time! We will recommend his service to everyone we know in need of a DJ!

I have hired many DJs in my lifetime for both private and corporate events and we hired DJ Dave Smith for our daughter’s wedding and he was outstanding. You could not ask for more from a DJ. He carried out everything we asked for, and it was done with the utmost professionalism. Hire him you will not be disappointed.

James exceeded our expectations. We got married a on 10.25.25 and all I have heard from my guests since is how fantastic our DJ was and how amazing the music was. The whole process with James was so smooth. He not only was the DJ but he also was my timeline coordinator as I’m terrible with those types of things. I had a bunch of questions and he answered them quickly and professionally. He helped me understand the timeline and when everything was supposed to happen as I had no clue. Reassured me it was going to be an amazing day and that it was! He made sure to communicate with our guests and get them involved with the dancing. We danced the entire reception and some even wanted to dance more when it was over. I’m so glad we hired James to DJ our wedding and be apart of our special day! Such a fun, laid back, and caring person. He wants your vision to come true. I am forever grateful for him and would highly recommend him to anyone wanting their wedding to be a memorable one!

James did an amazing job with our wedding. Everything was set up and ready to go when we arrived. He made sure that all of the songs were correct, gave us extra time when needed, did frequent check ins with us, and played some amazing music! James not only did a great job at DJing but he also helped out where he could! He helped some older guests with their dinner plates, he announced all the tables for us and he assisted with the sparkler send off. I would 1000% recommend James to anyone!! Thank you again James!!

My fiancé (now wife) were a little uneasy to find a DJ, especially because of some horror stories we heard. We were ready to interview a whole bunch just to be safe, but when we were at the end of our interview with James, we hired him on the spot. He was very calm, knowledgeable, and put our needs as his priority.

During the wedding he was great. He went above and beyond, gave advice and recommendations, and was a great master of getting people onto the dance floor!
