Meagan is the absolute best

Meagan was the first person we spoke with when planning our wedding at Point Lookout Vineyards. Meagan gave us a tour of the venue and we knew that we needed her to be our day of planner. Meagan was so laid back, which helped put me at ease with the planning process. She was so responsive and willing to meet with us a few months out to talk about day of details. I had wanted to do the greenery for the reception myself and discussed this with Meagan to make sure it didn't break any venue rules. Meagan assured me that it would be fine and insisted that she set the greenery up for me so that I didn't have to worry about it at all the day of. It was so thoughtful of her and I felt like she went above and beyond for us. Meagan thank you so much for all that you did for us!

Meagan is the best!

Meagan was the Day of Coordinator for our wedding in August at Point Lookout Vineyards. Her service and attentiveness far exceeded all our expectations of a Day of Coordinator. Leading up to to the day, she communicated everything effectively and was free to answer any questions that arose. And the day of was just magical! She has amazing taste, and honestly I trusted her completely with the setup and last minute decisions of the day. I was really shocked just how easy she made the whole experience! I cannot say enough amazing things about Meagan.

Great Service!

Meagan was our day of coordinator. She helped to guide us throughout our planning process via email. She was extremely calm, and had everything set up how we wanted it for our big day. She helped us by giving us a preferred vendors list, a floor plan, a time-line, communicated with all of our vendors, etc. Thank you so much!

Fantastic Wedding with a brilliant Coordinator

I absolutely loved being able to work with North + South Wedding Company. She did an amazing job getting everything together for my September wedding. I loved have a person who could take care of all of my vendors, set up and take-down of the wedding, and my crazy wedding party. I felt 100% taken care of by Meagan. She knew what I wanted and made it happen! My decorations looked amazing, the flow/timelines of the ceremony and reception were flawless. Honestly, if I wanted to renew my vows, I would contact Meagan first to see if she can help me.

Wedding at Point Lookout with Meagan!

Meagan was phenomenal as our day of coordinator! She helped us throughout the planning process and ensured that everything ran smoothly on the day-of so that we could relax and enjoy our special day. We would highly recommend Meagan to anyone getting married in the Asheville/Hendersonville area.

Meagan Rocks!!

I know there’s not enough space in this box to say how thankful we are for Meagan! We took a leap of faith on a very cold, very foggy day on a wedding venue that had nothing but rock and half a foundation laid down all because Meagan being the best of the best turned that blank canvas into visions of our dream wedding that were better than we could of ever thought up with just her words! We booked almost instantly and knew we needed to book her for our day too! She’s so down to earth and so accessible at all times! She gives you the vip treatment no matter what level of help you pick with her. Her list of preferred vendors made our wedding so easy and stress free that at times me and my husband litterally forgot we were planning a wedding! We can’t thank her enough

Meagan was awesome!

We were planning a wedding in North Carolina from New Jersey and it was so nice to have Meagan in our corner throughout the process. On the day of the wedding, we were able to focus on the "I DOs" and the actual day itself because she took care of everything as advertised. She was easy to communicate with and gave us a great list of vendors. We are so happy we went with her company.

There are few words that can describe how glad we are that we hired Meagan to help out with our big day. Meagan served as our "day-of coordinator" and from the first time we contacted her, she was incredibly helpful! Meagan truly made it her priority to make sure that our big day was exactly how we envisioned. From getting the venue to drape the ceremony space free of charge, to helping them seamlessly "flip" the room for the first time, to making sure our day ran on time and as scheduled, Meagan helped to make everything perfect! She even gave up her meal so an unexpected guest could still eat! I always heard while planning our wedding that the most important vendor to hire was a coordinator and they were not wrong! The overwhelming peace I felt when I got the email detailing the entire timeline of the day as well as looking back and seeing how seamless everything seemed to transition, I can owe all to Meagan. Not only was she such a joy to work with but she is also incredible at her job. We cannot thank her enough for helping to make our wedding day the best day of our lives!
