We were absolutely blown away by the quality of service for our wedding this weekend! We had DJ, lighting, emcee, and photobooth services, along with an outdoor ceremony, and ever since service offered was exceptional!!! We found DJ Rob at the Rosemont Wedding Expo in January, 7 months before we got married. He was the first booth we saw during the Expo, and we specifically went in order to find a DJ we could meet in person prior to booking. Not only was DJ Rob the best deal out of all the DJs we looked at, but he was also the most personable and up front about what would be included, which gave me a good feeling about booking him for our day.

Our initial call with Rob went over all the details on our special day that we knew so far. What we didn't know yet, we filled in along the way, and he understood that it was a process that we needed to figure out! He luckily knew Spanish and Spanish music, but understood we also wanted a wedding that was a good mix of both Spanish music and traditional wedding music. As we planned our wedding, DJ Rob's forms were easy to follow and add to. Whenever we had a question, we gave him a quick call and he either always answered or called us back a few hours later, which was so appreciated!

On the day of our wedding, Rob was set up promptly, and threw in a cocktail hour speaker and more uplights than our package included at no additional charge to us. The uplights were beautiful and our guests enjoyed when they changed colors while dancing! Rob came to the bridal suite when it was ready for us to line up to enter the reception, followed the schedule exactly, and even remembered our request of no Spanish songs outside the list we had created. He kept everybody on the dance floor all night, came to us when we ran out of songs on our playlist for our permission to play whatever, and even recorded our special last private dance. All our guests, both older and younger, raved about his music choices, professionalism, and how much fun they had because of him. While I don't anticipate having another party with a DJ in the near future, I would hire him again in a heartbeat and will absolutely recommend him to anybody looking for a DJ around Chicago.

We could never thank Rob enough for making our wedding everything we wanted it to be. Marrying on July 4th we wanted a kick ass playlist with moments of honoring America. He nailed it!!! He was so detail oriented and open to any and all ideas. He went above and beyond when our son was ubruptly deployed less than a week before the wedding. Rob not only researched audio visual companies to bring in a projector to play a speech Austin had made for us the night before he deployed. He made it happen!! We will never forget that moment. If we could give Rob a million stars, he’d deserve more. Thank you Rob, you are truly amazing at what you do!!!

It was an immense pleasure having DJ Rob at our wedding! We were very fortunate to have met Rob in person as we were searching for DJs for our wedding, and my now wife and I felt good vibes from the start. My company last minute decided to put together a company event and I reached out to DJ Rob from My Chicago Wedding DJ to see if he was available. Not only was he quick to respond and attentive, but he was also patient and supportive when we had multiple changes that happened last minute.
