Farrah was a wonderful wedding planner. She was exceptionally organized, communicative, and flexible. She gave very useful feedback when we asked for it. There was truly nothing we would have changed, and we are so glad we chose Farrah to help us.

What can I say, Farrah is the best !! My wife and I had our daughter’s wedding on Oct 12 and everything went according to plan. Farrah took care of everything at the wedding and took care of us for 18 months. Very accessible and always prompt with returning emails, texts and phone calls. Waking up in the morning and having everything cleaned up and placed in our car…. Unbelievable. If u are looking for the best wedding planner there is, look no further, call Farrah. We love Farrah! Not only is she very organized, professional, and responsive, but she is thinking about your wedding almost as much as you do! The wedding day was busy but carefree, because we knew Farrah had all the details in order and the vendors organized. Simply Azure was our number one vendor, and Farrah was the number one reason why our daughter and son-in-law, our families, and our friends had the most spectacular, welcoming, historic and enchanting wedding weekend.

Our daughter and her fiancé selected a Chicago museum for their wedding ceremony and reception that required a year-long collaboration with over nine Chicago based vendors. The coordination and communication between vendors was extremely detailed and demanding, and Simply Azure was the invisible; yet, ever-present thread that connected all the parts of planning and organizing that guaranteed the successful implementation of a unique wedding experience.

We know that hundreds of other couples and their families host weddings and parties in the same space, but with Farrah’s attention to details and her personal awareness of the couple’s vision, our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding perfectly illustrated them as individuals and as a couple. Many of our family and friends have commented that the wedding was unique and unlike any other that they have attended. Farrah and Simply Azure helped to create that singular sense of personal and communal beauty and hospitality.

Farrah is so much more than a “Day of Coordinator.” She is an experienced and highly educated professional and a considerate planner and person who generously gave of her time, knowledge, and guidance in many ways including: in person meetings, Zoom check ins, unlimited emails, and text messages the day of that kept the bride and groom, the entire wedding party, and all families on track and on time. This was a daunting task that she and her assistant Candice delivered with calm confidence that gave courage to all so that there was wonderful laughter and fun and joy on their wedding day!

Farrah provides a twelve month timeline that lists month-by-month activities to be accomplished by the couple and their vendors that includes crucial dates, locations, and details that guide a couple through one of the most complicated journeys of their engagement. She keeps the focus on the bride and groom and their needs throughout the months and especially on the wedding day. She remains respectful and considerate of all the families and makes an effort to understand all the relationships that are important to the bride and groom.

In addition to her wisdom, suggestions, and decade long experience, Farrah takes the time to establish a commitment and trust between the couple and the planner that adds a sense of grace and gratitude to each day. She is a careful listener who honor’s a couple’s vision, and Farrah provides advice and suggestions if needed so that the Bride and Groom-To-Be can relax and enjoy the unfolding decisions that culminates on their wedding day.

Farrah from Simply Azure events is simply amazing! She is so professional and knowledgeable about the industry so is always able to share good mindsets and advice while planning. In addition Farrah is so organized, detail oriented, caring and smart! She really is the best wedding planner ever. I wasn't sure at first if getting a wedding planner would be 'worth it' but after our first call, I knew I made the best decision ever. Farrah seriously made all my wedding dreams come true - but most importantly, she made the whole experience of planning so much fun because I could count on her for everything! Finally, she made my wedding day pure bliss. We were able to enjoy the day and soak everything up because she handled everything and truly cared that that experience was the outcome! I don't even know where to start... I could probably write a dissertation on her but... Farrah is the BEST EVER. In every aspect of the word. She was way more than a day of coordinator and went above and beyond. From the day we first spoke she was so helpful, so communicative throughout and just absolutely amazing. Let me just start off by saying this… I’ve had multiple wedding guests (friends who are newly engaged and mothers of daughters/sons who are newly engaged) calling me up days after my wedding asking me for Farrah's contact information. THAT, right there, says it all. However, I can't stop there because I could write an entire book on why every bride NEEDS a Farrah (which is what I’m about to do). I got engaged in July of 2019 and was convinced I could plan my Oct 2020 wedding all on my own… that didn't last long. A family-friend of mine told me about a wedding coordinator they were working with and HIGHLY recommended her. Fast forward to Feb 2020 when I first reached out to Farrah. With the wedding being only 8 months away, I didn't think it would be possible on such short notice, but I decided to send her an email anyway asking if she was available on my wedding date. BEST. DECISION. EVER. MADE. Within 30 mins, Farrah replied asking if I was available for a phone call that evening. Before our phone call even ended, I was already signing the contract. I am extremely detail-oriented and crazy organized almost to a fault (Farrah- if you're reading this, I know you're laughing), so it blew my mind when Farrah started asking me questions and giving recommendations on things that never even crossed my mind during our first conversation! Farrah is always thinking 10 steps ahead and will have a Plan A, B, and C for any possible scenario. The absolute BEST part about working with Farrah is that, regardless of what package you choose, she is there EVERY single step of the way. She will answer every email/call/text, at any hour of the day, with absolute clarity. She truly makes you feel like you’re her only client. Unfortunately, I ended up having to postpone my Oct 2020 wedding to Oct 2021 due to Covid, but Farrah continued to support me throughout the ENTIRE wedding planning process (that's almost TWO years, people)!! Honestly, the one silver lining of having to postpone my wedding was being able to work with Farrah for another full year! She is an absolute gift to every bride/groom. Her knowledge of the wedding industry, attention to detail (and I mean EVERY single detail), responsiveness, and commitment to her clients is unparalleled! Farrah is very well respected in the wedding industry- when I told our venue and other vendors that we were working with Farrah, everybody knew her and LOVES working with her! To say Farrah goes ABOVE and BEYOND is an understatement. She will do whatever it takes to ensure a smooth and *stress-free* planning process and wedding day experience for everyone involved. Here is just one of the many great examples… I forgot to bring one of my vendor’s checks to the wedding reception (as I had promised them) and Farrah could see that I was frustrated with myself. Without even knowing (not wanting me to worry), Farrah asked my husband for our house keys, left the reception during dinner/speeches (don’t worry- her assistant was still there), drove all the way to our house in the suburbs, grabbed the check, and was back at the venue with the check before dinner even ended. How many weddings planners do you know that would do that?! ONLY FARRAH.

She expertly handled every vendor we hired for our wedding this past September and stayed on top and on task of every single detail in the months and weeks and days leading up to the big event as well as the entire day of the event. We booked Farrah in 2019 and after postponing the wedding because of the pandemic from October 2020 to September 2021 we developed a close and supportive relationship with this dynamo of a wedding planner and discovered that Farrah not only takes her job seriously, she is a kind and dedicated partner who always has time for a phone call, email, last minute planning session and just an available, eager ear to listen to your concerns and ideas. Farrah was hired as a "day of" planner but far exceeded any expectations we had. Her trove of amazing wedding photographers, florists and DJ's helped us find the perfect folks to make our wedding day wishes come true. And Farrah's other-worldly knowledge of every intricate detail needed to create a seamless, smooth, problem free day was beyond measure.
