Facilities and Capacity
Mount Fair Farm can host parties of more than 300 guests in style and comfort across its multiple celebration sites. Each venue is adaptable to the needs of those celebrating and can be arranged in different formats. The Paddock House, designed by renowned architecture firm Mark Finlay, welcomes up to 50 guests for an intimate dinner reception. The first floor features a living room, dining room, and kitchen which opens onto a covered porch that wraps around the house. Oriented toward the mountain views to the north and west, the porch can accommodate spring, summer and autumn al-fresco dinners. Two bedrooms occupy the second floor and there is a games room in the basement furnished with a sofa bed to accommodate two additional guests. Two bedrooms, each with adjoining bathrooms, occupy the second floor and a finished basement has a game room with a pool table, foosball and video room, furnished with a sofa bed to accommodate two additional guests. The Indoor Arena can host large gatherings of more than 300 friends and family. It boasts over 15,000 square feet of interior space, and features stained wood beams that rise above to support the roof without interior columns. The size of the interior space provides for significant flexibility in organizing events. Ample parking exists along the oak-lined drive fronting the arena. The Hartley Botanic Greenhouse is a magical space in which to host a reception or ceremony amongst vibrant greenery. Laid out in an English Garden style, it provides an extraordinary setting for events in the warmer months. Ceremonies and dinners can be hosted on the greenhouse terrace, where there is space for two large tents to accommodate 120 guests. Each of the property’s various fields also offers a spectacular outdoor ceremony setting in which couples can say “I do” under clear blue skies.
