Best caterer in Charlottesville
I met with Vickie and Mark multiple times before our wedding day and I could really tell they cared about us. You aren’t just another wedding with L’etoile Catering, you’re part of their family. Vickie worked with me multiple times to fine tune our menu so it best reflected me and my husband and our favorite foods. Her attention to detail is very impressive! The day of the wedding we had so many of our guests tell us it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. Everything was served hot and cooked to perfection. I can’t recommend this company enough!!!

Great food with a family feel!
Vickie and Mark are amazing!! Not only is their food delicious but they are also so accommodating. I have celiacs disease and dairy
allergy and they did not hesitate to accommodate mostly everything! I cannot express how amazing it was for me to eat anything and everything at my wedding. Not only was all the food amazing and warm, their service was of a very high standard. I could not recommend L’etoile enough!!

Perfection from Start to Finish
Vickie and Mark of L'Etoile made our wedding incredible from the moment we first started discussions with them. They were incredibly knowledgeable, knowing all of the important logistics that will matter during the day, caring, ensuring that all guests (and the married couple) were fed, and flexible, making changes with us as we moved through the planning process. The food was delicious and our tasting with Vickie and Mark was probably the highlight of our planning process. They worked with various allergies and dietary restrictions and made sure that the night flowed seamlessly. I also want to highlight that Vickie is incredibly kind and supportive of her staff, making sure that they were learning great skills in a supportive environment. As someone who has worked food service and catering before, seeing this made me feel even better about our choice to work with them.

From start to finish, L'Etoile Catering was absolutely wonderful to work with! Throughout the wedding planning process they were professional, responsive, and accommodating. Vickie's attention to detail is unmatched, and Mark's food is delicious. Thanks to Vickie and Mark's hard work, our wedding day was truly seamless, and we received numerous compliments from our guests about both the food, and the service, L'Etoile Catering provided. L'Etoile Catering exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding caterer!

L'Étoile is a true gem that made our wedding day extraordinarily special. They catered both our rehearsal dinner and our wedding reception, which was no small feat over the span of two days. Vickie and Mark crafted a draft menu for us that was so perfect we didn’t make a single change. Their flexibility and willingness to accommodate last-minute requests, especially for our rehearsal dinner entrees, were truly appreciated.

Flexible, professional and talented
Vickie and Mark (L'Etoile owners/chef) are so wonderful to work with. Mark is extremely talent chef who was very open to collaboration while adding in experience of weddings and what people like. The food is incredible and thought through from start to finish. Vickie was extremely communicative and her team was absolutely wonderful at our wedding. They were extremely professional, on it in every aspect making the evening seamless from start to finish. Vickie was also very cognizant of our budget and thoughtful in areas for us to cut back when we needed to. Her and Mark were great collaborators. They are family owned and they are both there on the event night ensuring success. Highly recommend L'Etoile for your wedding/event.
