Working with Mikala as our wedding coordinator was truly one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire wedding process. At first, I was a little skeptical about hiring a coordinator because I thought I could probably handle everything myself, but Mikala made the entire experience so much easier and smoother from start to finish.

She was always there to answer any questions we had at any time, no matter how big or small. Throughout the planning process, she made sure we felt supported, organized, and most importantly, not stressed. On the day of the wedding, I was able to fully enjoy every moment because I knew everything was being handled so seamlessly behind the scenes.

One thing that really stood out to us was how thoughtful and attentive she was throughout the entire day. When we arrived at the reception, she already had appetizers and our favorite drinks waiting for us so we could actually take a moment to enjoy everything. Later in the night, we had a variety of ice cream sandwich flavors for dessert, and during one of our previous meetings, Mikala had asked what our favorite flavors were. While we were out on the dance floor enjoying the night, she personally brought us our favorite ice cream sandwiches without us even having to think about it. It was such a small but meaningful gesture that showed how much she truly cared about making our experience special.

Mikala went above and beyond to make our day perfect, and I truly can’t imagine going through the process without her. If you’re debating whether or not to hire a wedding coordinator, do it — and hire Mikala from MAE! You will not regret it!

Working with Taylor was truly one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process. From the very beginning, she took the time to really get to know us and understand our vision, which made everything feel incredibly personal and intentional.

Throughout planning, Taylor was extremely organized and on top of every detail. She seamlessly handled communication and coordination with all of our vendors, ensuring everything was aligned—from insurance and timelines to setup and rehearsals. We were especially grateful for her familiarity with our venue, which gave us so much confidence going into the big day.

Because of scheduling constraints, I wasn’t able to be involved in any of the setup, so I had to fully trust Taylor to bring everything to life—and she exceeded every expectation. Everything was executed exactly as I had envisioned, down to the smallest details.

Our wedding day felt absolutely perfect and ran so smoothly. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing, which allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. We received so many compliments from our guests, and we truly credit Taylor for making it all happen.

Taylor surpassed any and all expectations! She was so knowledgeable, encouraging, real, and professional. She stepped in to help before I even knew I needed help throughout the wedding process. She took all of my Pinterest board dreams and made them a reality. I was so at peace throughout our wedding day because I knew Taylor and the girls at MAE could handle it all! Mikala & Julia were seriously the best ever and such a lifesaver throughout the whole process. From start to finish, they were super organized, detail-oriented, and always on top of everything but in a way that never felt stressful or overwhelming.

On top of that, they handled all the crazy family dynamics and any little bumps along the way like absolute pros! They put certain family members in their place and put the Bride and Groom first. We didn’t have to worry about a thing because they were so reliable and always had everything under control. They made us feel so comfortable on our wedding day which was the absolute best and less stressful.

Working with Ashley and the entire Monge team was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process. Mikala is incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and truly handles everything from start to finish. I never once worried about things slipping through the cracks because she was always ten steps ahead. At some point, I stopped stressing about the to-do list and just looked to Mikala for what came next because she always knew exactly what needed to happen. Her experience and knowledge were invaluable. Anytime we had an idea or vision, she worked with us to make it happen in the best and most seamless way possible.

Mikala is also so warm and approachable, which made it easy to ask her all our questions (even the dumb ones). It always felt like chatting with a friend instead of a vendor, which made the entire process so much less stressful. Communication was flawless. She replied quickly to emails and texts and was always happy to hop on a call when needed.

On the wedding day, Mikala was the absolute MVP. Every last-minute issue was met with her calm "don't worry, I've got this," and she truly did. She and her team had everything handled so perfectly that we didn't have to lift a finger. We got to enjoy every second of our wedding and literally ride off into the sunset (because they packed everything up for us at the end of the night!!). We will forever be grateful.
