Our family hired Taylor to coordinate my grandfather’s 100th birthday celebration at the Grand Gimeno in Orange, CA. She helped us pull together a very elaborate event in an incredibly short amount of time. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to source decor and rentals, coordinate all of the moving pieces, and ensure every detail reflected the vision we had for such a special milestone.
To make things even more challenging, our family was constantly changing the guest count, adding new ideas, and making last minute adjustments throughout the planning process. Working with Mikala as our wedding coordinator was truly one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire wedding process. At first, I was a little skeptical about hiring a coordinator because I thought I could probably handle everything myself, but Mikala made the entire experience so much easier and smoother from start to finish.

She was always there to answer any questions we had at any time, no matter how big or small. Throughout the planning process, she made sure we felt supported, organized, and most importantly, not stressed. On the day of the wedding, I was able to fully enjoy every moment because I knew everything was being handled so seamlessly behind the scenes.

One thing that really stood out to us was how thoughtful and attentive she was throughout the entire day. When we arrived at the reception, she already had appetizers and our favorite drinks waiting for us so we could actually take a moment to enjoy everything. Later in the night, we had a variety of ice cream sandwich flavors for dessert, and during one of our previous meetings, Mikala had asked what our favorite flavors were. While we were out on the dance floor enjoying the night, she personally brought us our favorite ice cream sandwiches without us even having to think about it. It was such a small but meaningful gesture that showed how much she truly cared about making our experience special.

They made us feel so comfortable on our wedding day which was the absolute best and less stressful.
