She’s got an incredible team around her — like Isabella, our makeup artist, who was an absolute dream and perfectly recommended by Brandy. It’s clear Brandy surrounds herself with people who share her passion and professionalism.

One moment I’ll never forget was walking up the stairs to marry Adam, and my dress got caught on my shoe. I heard Brandy’s reassuring voice right behind me saying, “I gotcha girl, I gotcha.” That simple, calm reminder meant the world in that moment of nerves and chaos. She kept everything running flawlessly and on schedule, even when there were unexpected toasts that could have thrown off the timing.

But beyond all the logistics, what made Brandy truly special was how she fit effortlessly into our family dynamic. She’s personable, funny, and genuine—she didn’t just feel like our planner; she became a part of our family that day. And that says a lot, because we are definitely A LOT. Honestly, I couldn’t have imagined a better day or a better person by my side through it all.

MIR Events & Travel was phenomenal to work with for our May wedding! Brandy and her team’s professionalism and attention to detail made our day flawless. From initial wedding wedding planning to executing our big day, Brandy was very attentive and was easy to communicate with. She accommodated everything we asked of her and she was a delight to work with. Brandy truly was the glue that held together our wedding and made it even more beautiful than we could’ve asked for!

Words cannot describe how amazing this lady is 🥹 she made my day go SO smoothly and set everything up at my reception like a dream!! Came in clutch when we had an emergency with ice and missing linens! She was my fairy god mother for the day honestly! She has a team who is also amazing and took videos/photos for me throughout the night! She took care of all the vendors during the event, helped me with setting up tables and chairs I had rented! Hiring Brandy and her team was the best decision we made for our June 2022 wedding at Herrington on the Bay. Since we had made all the decor and florals ourselves, we had planned to do all the set up and breakdown as well and just work with our vendor coordinator. As the wedding day approached, we knew this would be a daunting task. We reached out to a few coordinators but immediately after we spoke with Brandy, we knew we had found our perfect fit. Hiring MIR Events and Travel was possibly the best choice we made for the whole wedding process. Brandy was responsive and flexible with my time considering I live in Japan and she in is America. She was able to get us a new officiant when ours cancelled last minute and help get us in contact with a shuttle bus service for the day of the wedding to bring folks to and from the church.

We were so lucky that Brandy's team of 4 were able to help get the church ready and get the hotel space ready at the same time. They really pulled it off! We had about 120 guests and each table looked just the way I imagined they would be.

We hired MIR for day-of coordinating, but I really feel like they went above and beyond to help me through the whole wedding planning process. Most importantly, my mother was able to relax and enjoy the wedding rather than worry about setting up tables by herself.

My wedding (10/15/2021) turned out to be everything I dreamed of and more. She ensured everything ran as smooth as possible and kept with the timeline without taking away from the fun. I had last minute trouble finding wedding staff (servers/bartenders) and she was able to secure some great staff for me, relieving so much stress. We knew Brandy was the perfect fit for us immediately after our introduction meeting. We were looking for a day-of coordinator because I knew we needed one and what was so great about Brandy is even though we just hired her for the day, she was involved throughout the entire process - joined us during the tastings, tours, made sure we had our dress/tuxes in order, everything. It made the whole wedding journey so smooth for us. She is a woman with many hats so she also took care of coordinating transportation and hotel blocking for us which was so incredibly helpful.
