Professional from the moment that we met Melanie. The wedding cake was spectacular, her attention to detail was extraordinary, the design and presentation of the cake was beautiful. I would highly recommend Mini Melanie for any occasion.

We choose Mini Melanie for our wedding cake. Not only did the cake taste great, but it went great with our theme of rustic elegance. We decided on a two tier cake and multiple mini cakes (assorted flavors) and everything was great and exactly how we envisioned.

I loved working with Melanie and was so happy with my mini cakes for my wedding. She also made wonderful sufganiyot, which were a special request, that were devoured by my guests. I would highly recommend MiniMelanie to anyone and will be using her again for future events!!

Love love loved our Mini Melanie cake! It was so cute and exactly what we wanted, a small cake for a photo opp for us (bride & groom) rather than a sheet cake for everyone. We had a beautiful (and delicious) blue ombre cake for our wedding. Thank you Melanie!!!

Mini Melanie was absolutely fantastic. We used them for our wedding cake and it was smooth sailing from the beginning. The tasting was great and we decided on a two tier cake with two different flavors which were both delicious! We had to travel with our wedding cake to our venue and it was packaged perfectly for the long car ride! I highly recommend and would definitely use for future events. Everyone is still raving about our cake!

I cannot speak highly enough about Mini Melanie. The cake she made for our wedding was absolutely delicious and had all of our guests raving. She was beyond professional in the entire process, and made it all seamless from our perspective. We even had some last-minute changes that she was more than happy to accommodate. We will use Melanie for other events in the future, and we cannot recommend her for your wedding cake more highly. Special shoutout to the lemon berry cake which we had -- it's beyond compare!

We cannot rave about Mini Melanie enough! We ordered our wedding favors from Mini Melanie and Melanie was so helpful and accommodating in creating the perfect favors for our guests. We ended up with favors of 4 different flavored chocolate truffles and we still receive compliments to this day on both how beautiful the truffles were and how amazing they tasted. We loved working with Mini Melanie so much that it has become our go-to bakery for the cakes for our special events!

Melanie offered was extremely flexible when it came to flavors and designs, we felt like we got exactly what we wanted!

Melanie was wonderful and so was the cake she and her team created for our wedding. Melanie made an extra effort to accommodate my very opinionated family so they could attend to the tasting. Throughout the entire process, she was kind and attentive. She also worked very well with our wedding planner and florist so that we didn't have to worry about anything. In the end, we had a beautiful multi-tiered cake that was simple and elegant as we imagined. We incorporated 2 different cakes, the tiers alternated flavors, each was sophisticated and delicious. The whole experience was a true pleasure.
