Pretty sure Brandon is the most sought after wedding photographer in the Mammoth area - and rightly so, he's AMAZING.

Firstly, it's important to know what style of photography you want for your wedding. Brandon knows the mountains/nature in Mammoth incredibly well and can give you the most epic nature/landscape shots. Jaw dropping shots. That said, if you're someone looking for a lot of the traditional, more romantic, soft lighting, focus on details, first look, group poses, getting ready, etc..., Brandon may not be your guy. But if you're looking to integrate your wedding with the nature landscape and dramatic lighting... book him now. If you're in Mammoth getting married, you're probably the more adventurous type anyway :)

We had an 130 person wedding at McCoy Station during a year with epic snowfall. So much snow on the ground and Brandon always knew what to do with it. He also knows McCoy and Mammoth so well that we dictated our wedding schedule around his recommendations... from getting to the top of the mountain for sunset shots to epic night shots at the end of the night. He also stayed basically until the end of the night so we got tons of great party shots too.

He offered a free engagement photoshoot with his wedding package, as well as a 20 page photobook post wedding. He was super quick (~1 week) to get the sneak peaks to us after the wedding and really wasn't long for us to the the full download.

Finally, Brandon is such a great and nice guy to work with. Always smiles, always a good time. Book him fast as his schedule books up quickly!!

We don’t have words to express how excellent a photographer Brandon is. We loved everything about working with him, but three things come to mind.

First, Brandon is a true artist. His photographs are absolutely stunning. He knows all the best spots for incredible panoramas, lighting, and mountain texture. In addition to being an expert at highlighting the unique landscapes around Mammoth Lakes, he excels at capturing the emotion of the wedding day. He was always in the right place at the right time. The resulting photos are so visceral, taking us back to the pure emotion of each moment: the tears, the joy, the quiet appreciation. We looked through our gallery and got chills looking back on such special moments.

Second, Brandon has wedding day logistics down pat. He patiently listened to our goals for the wedding day and then figured out a seamless plan for capturing the photos. We had a down-to-the-minute schedule to keep everything on track. His intimate knowledge of the Mammoth Lakes area helps immensely. Brandon also clearly thinks very carefully about shooting the wedding ahead of time. We were concerned about sacrificing time with family and friends, but Brandon wasted no time—he had tons of great ideas for shots and poses in mind and moved through the shoots super efficiently.

Third, Brandon is an amazing person. He’s thoughtful and down-to-earth. He’s also naturally calm and patient, qualities you’ll very much appreciate on your big day. We found that our sessions with Brandon throughout the day—first look, pre- and post-ceremony shots, Milky Way shots around 9pm—were lovely, quiet moments to take a breath and appreciate being with one another in a beautiful place.
