We live in Germany, and we chose Tahoe as our wedding location. Coordinating with vendors 6000 miles away can be, unsurprisingly, a bit complicated. Thankfully, Rob and M did not add to this complication. Nay, they in fact removed any complication. They are so good at what they do, that a single phone call, a few emails, and an online form was enough for them to know exactly what we wanted and to absolutely nail it. Their quick and thoughtful responses made it feel like there was no distance or time difference between us. The actual wedding day was smooth as can be, and they both took all of our myriad requests in stride. From assisting us with our DIY videography setup to requesting a specific song from the band (with whom they happened to be friends), they were so accommodating and had a vested interest in making this the best day possible for us. Our wedding was just as much a celebration of our community as our relationship (that’s why you get everyone together, isn’t it?), so we asked Vild to focus on taking photos that our guests would enjoy as well. They more than understood the assignment, as evidenced by the reception photos that beautifully convey motion and emotion all at once. Both Rob and M have such a knack for making what is already fun seem even more convivial. They were absolutely all over the place, capturing practically every moment being simultaneously unintrusive. Throughout the experience, it was very clear that they know how important and special this day and experience is for their clients. Nothing exemplified this more than the fact that they had a preview gallery ready for us the very next day (a Saturday no less). As amateur photographers, we know how much effort goes into poring through thousands of photos in order to find the few great photos that exist in there, so what they did was nothing short of wizardry. Even in this small preview gallery, we could identify dozens of photos worthy of hanging as prints on our walls, as they are perfect and creative compositions. This artistry is exactly why we chose Vild in the first place, and we are so thrilled with the results. Overall, our experience with Rob and M was incredible and we cannot recommend them enough. The only regret we have is that we don't live in the Tahoe area to have the opportunity to get to know these two more and make friends! If you are going to splurge on a vendor, do it with Vild. At the end of the day, your wedding photos will be much sweeter after a year than that piece of freezer-burned wedding cake, and they’ll certainly outlast it. Stop looking around and book Vild now!

Ms. Dodson did an absolutely incredible job at our event. She brings the spark, energy, and personality you want in a photographer someone who keeps you focused, comfortable, and confidently posing on your special day. There are no do-overs in moments like these, and you need a true professional who can guide, direct, and inspire you to look your best. Ambera delivered exactly that. She handled every part of the process with calm, polished professionalism, all while making the experience fun and engaging. She offered tremendous value not just in the quality of the images, but in the way she prepared, communicated, and ensured we felt taken care of from start to finish. She coached us through poses, wasn’t afraid to suggest a quick redo to capture the perfect shot, and showed us previews along the way to give us confidence in how beautiful everything was turning out. We cannot recommend Silent A highly enough for your next event. The professionalism, the value, and the final results exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier.

CJ was absolutely incredible. We cant say enough about how wonderful he was. He communicated very well with us from the very beginning of the process. The photos he got were absolutely stunning. He made everyone feel very comfortable and his sense of humor was great. He and our DJ worked together flawlessly to make sure our wedding flowed smoothly. He also got our photos to us very quickly which was very much appreciated.

We can’t say enough amazing things about Jeslyn! From the moment she arrived on our wedding day, she brought such a calm, joyful energy that instantly made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. She captured every special moment perfectly from the big emotional moments to the tiny details we didn’t even realize were happening. Jeslyn went above and beyond in every way she helped keep the day flowing smoothly, made everyone laugh, and felt like part of the family by the end of the night. We’ll cherish these photos forever and are so grateful we chose her to capture our day. We LOVE her and would highly recommend her!❤️

From the very first conversation, we knew we were in good hands, but Sarah from Sarah Jay Photography still managed to exceed every expectation. Sarah was punctual, organized, and incredibly flexible throughout our entire wedding day. And when I say flexible, I truly mean it. Between timeline shifts, last-minute changes (outdoors to indoors due to hurricane winds and rain in the middle of the desert in Las Vegas), and a little bit of family craziness (because what wedding doesn’t have some?), she handled everything with calm confidence and total professionalism. Not once did she seem flustered, she just adapted and kept the day flowing. And then there’s her work… absolutely magical. The way she captures light, movement, and emotion is unreal. Every photo feels alive. She somehow caught the big, dramatic moments and the tiny, intimate ones in between, the looks, the laughs, the happy tears, all of it. When we got our sneak peeks back, we were completely blown away. My husband calls her a “wizard,” and honestly, that feels accurate. There were moments I barely remember her being there, yet she captured them perfectly. She has this incredible ability to blend into the background while still somehow being everywhere at once. She also joined in the fun when the DJ played the wobble and cupid shuffle. If you’re looking for a photographer who is talented beyond words, steady under pressure, flexible with whatever the day throws at you, and delivers truly breathtaking images, this is your person. When wedding costs can feel out of control, her pricing was extremely reasonable. We are so grateful for her and will treasure these photos forever!

We had our live show professionally filmed, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the result. From start to finish, the process was seamless and incredibly thoughtful. They captured not just the performance itself, but the energy in the room the audience reactions, the pacing, the moments that mattered. The video and audio quality were excellent, and the final edit felt dynamic and intentional. Most importantly, they were calm, organized, and easy to work with throughout the entire event. If you’re looking for someone who can beautifully capture a meaningful moment whether it’s a live performance or a wedding day I can’t recommend them enough.

I would recommend Lauren as a photographer to absolutely everyone. I’m from the UK and wanted a Vegas-based photographer for my elopement with only 5 months to plan. After looking for hours on google, I found Lauren and fell in love with her gorgeous photography and style. I was a little nervous about planning everything from 5,000 miles away from a different country, but Lauren made everything effortless. She secured the permits for our chosen date and time in The Valley of Fire, she recommended an officiant, she took care of pretty much everything! Skip forward to the day of the wedding, and disaster struck as our hire car decided to break down to us on the way to the Valley of Fire. I called Lauren in a panic, almost in tears, and she even came and picked us up. Lauren went above and BEYOND to make our wedding day happen, and I’ll always be so thankful for her. She made the day so special, she made me, a very nervous bride - feel absolutely beautiful. Nothing was rushed, she captured the ceremony beautifully and then took us to the most gorgeous spots for more photographs. We were absolutely elated with how they turned out. Lauren doesn’t just photograph - she’s got a magical way of making a photo tell a story - with an incredible eye for detail she masters the art of capturing those meaningful moments in huge breathtaking landscapes. The tiny details and finishing touches leap through every photo. Lauren’s warmth and kind nature meant that she had us stocked up on water, snacks and electrolytes in a hot and unfamiliar environment, keeping us comfortable throughout the day. She edited and sent over the photos in the agreed timeframe, and we couldn’t have been happier with the results. Lauren, you’re so talented and I’m so glad you were our photographer, chauffeur and witness.

We viewed a few photographers in Tahoe and Tahoe area, it wasn’t until browsing online on TheKnot, where we came across Tahoe North Films Photography. I really liked Greg’s work and decided to reach out for estimates and his packages. We are from San Diego, and this was a destination wedding so searching for vendors without the ability to meet prior was a little stressful, but his work was so beautiful and communication was swift and professional, we decided to proceed. We decided on a package that worked for us, but later, added a few hours, maybe 2 weeks prior to the wedding which there was no issue with so we were really grateful for that. The contract was straightforward and communication was very fast to respond. The day of, Greg and his associate made me feel at ease. I’m a bit camera shy so they helped a lot with positioning and their calmness and professionalism made me feel more comfortable as well. Not too long after, we were sent our previews and I got a bit emotional. That day went so fast and being able to view what was captured, that background and the love all around us.. it was a lot to take in and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have chosen Tahoe North Films Photography. We found Karissa on Instagram and chose to work with her because we loved her candid style of taking photos and she offered very reasonably priced photo packages. She did an amazing job shooting our couples session and then our reception afterward - we absolutely love all of the photos! Not only was Karissa super friendly and professional, but she completly captured the vibe that we wanted! Our photos turned out so beautiful and we cannot recommend Karissa enough!
