Before, during, and after our wedding, Vanessa has been so communicative, creative and flexible. She even offered a custom timeline to fit with our schedule, which we are so grateful for. Some beautiful core memories were captured because of this. She also has a creative eye for beautiful scenery. For example, we suggest to do our “first look” under a gazebo at the hotel we were staying at. As we were getting ready, she scouted my hotel room & immediately suggested to do our “first look” on the balcony. It was the BEST IDEA EVER. We were able to share our special moment, while still maintaining our privacy, with all our close friends and family from behind the balcony window. All our wedding photos came out absolutely gorgeous! Vanessa truly captured EVERY SINGLE special moments of our day, and we can’t thank her enough!!

My fiancé and I had a fantastic time with Vanessa! She was so bubbly and fun and made the whole “here’s a camera on you” nerves disappear. She will answer all your questions and is open to your ideas. She’s upfront with her pricing, packages and goes into detail of exactly what to expect. She even gave us a sneak peek at some of the photos THE VERY NEXT DAY which was super exciting. Personally, we had a very large gallery (THANK YOUUUUU!!!!!) but the turn around time was quick and the quality is absolutely stunning. We loved working with her!!

We came from Florida to elope in Vegas and were definitely feeling the nerves—especially about photos! Posing and looking natural isn’t really our thing, but Vanessa made it all feel so easy. So we had our wedding reception at A Simple Affair in Las Vegas, NV a few weeks ago and Vanessa at Honey Fire Photography was the most recommended photographer from their list. And after looking at the venue's other recommended photographers, we liked her style the most! She was great to work with from the moment we met with her in person to having her and Nyjah capture our special day at church and our wedding reception venue. Vanessa captured all our photos from the day I proposed, to our engagement, and of course our big day. Since we were on a somewhat limited budget and couldn't really afford a videographer, we decided that we wanted at the very least Behind the Scenes (BTS) clips of our special day. Nyjah was able to put together our BTS clips nicely. We were very fortunate to work with Vanessa and Nyjah and we have nothing but great things to say about them! It's hard and expensive to choose the right photographer especially for a special day like a wedding, so at the very least meet Vanessa and check out her portfolio. We can't wait to put our wedding photos together in an album to always remember the awesome and magical moments that made our wedding unique and special. Thanks Vanessa and Nyjah! We love you guys and we're hoping we get to do a photo session again with you guys next year to celebrate our 1-year anniversary and so on.

P.S. If you're on a tight budget and are on the fence on obtaining a videographer, I recommend that you talk to Vanessa and Nyjah about BTS clips. At the very least, you have a short video to reminisce visually the emotions, feelings, laughs, tears, and other good stuff that will happen during the big celebration! Just communicate your needs to Vanessa and Nyjah and they will work you guys to make sure everyone is mostly happy. They're worth every single penny in my opinion.

I’m truly grateful for the experience with Vanessa! From the moment I reached out, she was incredibly helpful and comforting, effortlessly accommodating even when I changed the location last minute. Vanessa is super responsive and pays such close attention to detail. She is invested to make sure our wedding photos come out as amazing as we’d dreamed and she delivered! We could tell she really cared to make us feel comfortable in front of a camera cause my husband and I are so awkward.
