I can’t recommend a simple affair MORE! 1000000/10. We wanted to have a big wedding feel but intimate and AFFORDABLE! And they helped our vision come to life. They made every step of the way easy peasy and STRESS FREE!! They truly handled everything we needed! Space, chairs and tables, runners, arch (huge for us) !! food, and any other vendor we possibly could’ve needed! On top of no extra vendor fee if you wanted to use someone you knew.
Day of they were so helpful with everything! And truly went above and beyond. I cannot recommend them enough.

I am beyond pleased with the A-1 service I received from the Simple Affair team! Jess and Dahnia were very kind, accommodating, considerate, and thoughtful. The level of communication and follow up is the best I've experienced from a business in years! I know this is a thriving business but I felt like the only customer they had through the whole year it took to plan this event.

One experience I'd like to mention is when my daughter and I came for our final walk-through on November 18th. It started to rain quite heavily and Dahnia reached out to ask if we'd like to zoom instead of coming in person. That was really considerate and demonstrated the commitment the team has to treating the customer as a person and not just a transaction.

Once we arrived there, the team was setting up for a wedding and as every business should, we were greeted immediately with a warm smile and great eye contact by a gentleman with dark hair who was setting up the buffet. He said someone will be with us shortly. That may not seem like a big deal but a lot of businesses have lost this simple act of acknowledging your customer.

We met with Dahnia for our final walk-though and she made this important step feel like we were talking to a good friend who wanted our event to be as successful as we did. Thank you so much Dahnia for your patience and fun energy which made us feel reassured and confident with the final details!

The day of our event couldn't have been more perfect!! Deshone and Lindsay were so lovely and kind! My daughter who was in charge of setting up the projector commented on how Deshone had such a calming affect as she assisted her. I also appreciated the assistance she provided when the selfi-booth vendor I personally hired didn't show. Deshone took it upon herself to call the point of contact for that business to find out what was going on. She didn't have to seeing as how one of my event coordinators was also handling the situation. But again, this team so gets it! Always thinking, how can we help, how can we support.

Hands down, Simple Affair will always be my go to venue for special events. After looking for weeks to find something with the ambiance and capacity desired for my daughter reception, I hit the sweet spot with this business. In my opinion, the packages and options offered are one of the best in town.

We got married at A Simple Affair last week and could not have been happier with the experience. It was beautiful, smooth, and our every need and expectation were surpassed.

We decided on this venue at our very first tour, as we were impressed by how beautiful the space is. It is also a very versatile space- the way the curtains are arranged to give you multiple spaces that transform into an event hall by the end of the night is fantastic!

I was a type A bride in every sense of the word. No question was too detailed for ASA staff to enter within one business day, for an entire year, without fail. They even offered to measure the aisle for me so I could time the processional. It was so “me” I even included that in my vows!

The vendors were top knotch. We had the taco dinner, and the bussing/table staff made sure my husband and I had full plates the second we sat down, but multiple people have told me the buffet servers were excellent. The food was delicious!

For the second add-on we went with DJ Tony. Any fellow kid who grew up in the older Henderson area went to public school dances knows that we essentially had a local celebrity as our DJ. I’m pleased to report he translates just as well over to adult parties! He MC’d the reception perfectly based on my detailed timeline which A Simple Affair had shared with him after our final walkthrough. I had provided a pretty detailed playlist, and he crushed it with his own personality mixed in as well!!!

Our package was completely customizable and A Simple Affair was willing to work with us for taking off decor as I wanted to do my own, and switching head counts around as RSVPs came flooding in before the final walk through.

We had the open bar, and our bartender was incredible!! She was there early to set up and even helped fluff my veil and train right before I walked down, and she had our drinks waiting in her hands as we walked back up! She was fast, accommodating and funny and everyone had their drink in their hand all night.

In some of the more negative reviews I see a lot about the alcohol rules, noise, and the day-of coordinators. There are signs clearly posted for no outside alcohol on the doors (outside) so it’s clear for your guests. We also made sure to include that on our RSVP page of our website and in a reminder message a week before we sent through the Knot. The bar was so delicious and fast that there was no need anyway! The noise levels were great to me, as I said everyone was dancing all night but I also didn’t have to scream to say goodbye to guests as they left. Our day-of coordinators were fabulous and even had some of my emails printed out for reference. We asked a close family friend to be our “wrangler”, someone who has the timeline down and we introduced her to the ASA staff upon her arrival so she could be our point of contact. That worked out fabulously and I would recommend it for every bride. But, all I personally heard from the venue staff was if I needed anything, that I looked beautiful, and answering any technical questions I had. Our wrangler says they were lovely and accommodating as well!

To conclude, BOOK HERE! We had a 10/10 experience from start to finish and they made our day so magical. Photos to come!!!

We searched all over Vegas for an affordable wedding venue for a small wedding (50 people). Every venue had a minimum food/beverage charge which meant that we would pay the same price whether we had 50 or 150 people. This venue doesn't do that! And once you're inside, they have a way of transforming the space. Not only is it beautiful but everyone is helpful and responsive. They have an "all inclusive" service so you don't have to worry about all of the details on your own. I highly recommend checking out this venue for all events.
