The gillett’s dream wedding ❤️
I can’t recommend a simple affair MORE! 1000000/10. We wanted to have a big wedding feel but intimate and AFFORDABLE! And they helped our vision come to life. They made every step of the way easy peasy and STRESS FREE!! They truly handled everything we needed! Space, chairs and tables, runners, arch (huge for us) !! food, and any other vendor we possibly could’ve needed! On top of no extra vendor fee if you wanted to use someone you knew.
Day of they were so helpful with everything! And truly went above and beyond. I cannot recommend them enough.A Simple Affair's reply:

I am beyond pleased with the A-1 service I received from the Simple Affair team! Jess and Dahnia were very kind, accommodating, considerate, and thoughtful. The level of communication and follow up is the best I've experienced from a business in years! I know this is a thriving business but I felt like the only customer they had through the whole year it took to plan this event.
One experience I'd like to mention is when my daughter and I came for our final walk-through on November 18th. It started to rain quite heavily and Dahnia reached out to ask if we'd like to zoom instead of coming in person. That was really considerate and demonstrated the commitment the team has to treating the customer as a person and not just a transaction.
Once we arrived there, the team was setting up for a wedding and as every business should, we were greeted immediately with a warm smile and great eye contact by a gentleman with dark hair who was setting up the buffet. He said someone will be with us shortly. That may not seem like a big deal but a lot of businesses have lost this simple act of acknowledging your customer.
We met with Dahnia for our final walk-though and she made this important step feel like we were talking to a good friend who wanted our event to be as successful as we did. Thank you so much Dahnia for your patience and fun energy which made us feel reassured and confident with the final details!
The day of our event couldn't have been more perfect!! Deshone and Lindsay were so lovely and kind! My daughter who was in charge of setting up the projector commented on how Deshone had such a calming affect as she assisted her. I also appreciated the assistance she provided when the selfi-booth vendor I personally hired didn't show. Deshone took it upon herself to call the point of contact for that business to find out what was going on. She didn't have to seeing as how one of my event coordinators was also handling the situation. But again, this team so gets it! Always thinking, how can we help, how can we support.
Hands down, Simple Affair will always be my go to venue for special events. After looking for weeks to find something with the ambiance and capacity desired for my daughter reception, I hit the sweet spot with this business. In my opinion, the packages and options offered are one of the best in town.

We searched all over Vegas for an affordable wedding venue for a small wedding (50 people). Every venue had a minimum food/beverage charge which meant that we would pay the same price whether we had 50 or 150 people. This venue doesn't do that! And once you're inside, they have a way of transforming the space. Not only is it beautiful but everyone is helpful and responsive. They have an "all inclusive" service so you don't have to worry about all of the details on your own. I highly recommend checking out this venue for all events.A Simple Affair's reply:

I cannot say enough good things about this wedding venue! One of the biggest highlights was the venue's flexibility in allowing us to bring in our own vendors with absolutely no vendor fees. This made our event so unique and fun for all involved as we got to bring in our favorite food, shout out to In-N-Out, without worrying about additional fees.
If you're looking for a wedding venue that gives you the freedom to create a day that is uniquely yours, I highly recommend this one. The ability to choose your own vendors, combined with the venue's natural beauty and top-notch service, made our wedding day absolutely perfect. Perfect Night

We love A Simple Affair! Not only have we attended many events here, but for several years we have also hosted our family and friends to a fun Christmas event here. We love that when we walk in for any event it always looks unique and beautiful. We love that when we have planned our own events the staff has been on top of things the whole way. They can easily create and consult on the perfect layout for our parties. They have great décor add on options too, making it simple for planning and decorating any party! We got married here & LOVED our experience. We chose to go the DIY route and bring in our own catering & vendors (which were no extra fee to do so!) and were so happy to find a venue that allowed us to do that! Adding up all the expenses afterwards though I would highly recommend considering the packages with vendors/catering included as A Simple Affair pricing actually would have saved me a little in the long run and been much easier to do everything in one place. We really enjoyed our experience in booking, planning and day-of with all the A Simple Affair staff! Take advantage of their planning appointments as they are so helpful in nailing down your details and timeline! Also make sure to check out their decor as they have so much you can add on and not have to bring in your own PLUS there is a perfect spot for outdoor photos on the other side of the parking lot!A Simple Affair's reply:

If you are researching reviews of where to have a wedding you have found it. Stop here and book this place, because this is what you want. My daughter had the most perfect wedding she could have ever dreamed of. The venue is absolutely stunning/gorgeous and the staff is amazing and so nice. Seriously, as father of the bride I wanted it perfect for her and it was that and more. Many guests complimented that it was one of greatest weddings they had ever been to and thats because this place makes it happen. 1000/10 recommend this venue to ANYONE who is looking to get married around Las Vegas. After months of research, this venue provided everything I needed to make my special day one I will never forget. It gave me elegance, simplicity, and everything I wanted for wedding day magical.
Maddy was quick, efficient, and extremely supportive when it came to planning this wedding in the timeframe we needed. She is absolutely amazing!! And Lindsay was my day of coordinator and helped everything run smoothly. No one turned into a Bridezilla this day and I wish could experience the day I said “I do” allll over again. Firs toured venue and last!
Looking at venues for our wedding, A Simple Affair was our first place to tour... and our last. We loved the interior and the option to be all inclusive was AMAZING! I had Makai (hawaiian food), Pink box donuts, a sodar bar, my 5 tier cake, Open bar with a bunch of different options, my DJ, silverware, and the simple decor all included in my price! They were so accommodating and patient with my bridezilla-ness and I'm so happy we celebrated our special day with A Simple Affair. I recommend them to everybody!A Simple Affair's reply:

It was an awesome experience from Day 1 when we had an ocular inspection of the place and met one of the owners named Maegan until the actual day of the event. When we saw A Simple Affair Events Place for the first time, we said, this is it! Immediately we booked 2 events, the 18th Birthday of our daughter and the Wedding of our son. The place is huge! It’s festive because of the high ceiling lights! The place is tidy and so clean. You will be guided on every step of the process. All our guests were impressed with the place and a lot of them expressed interest to celebrate their special occasions there. Overall experience was great but most importantly, what made the celebration so special was that, owners and employees are so courteous and very friendly. They will guide you all the way! A Simple Affair was amazing!! My daughter and her now husband fell in love with the space the minute the stepped foot inside. The entire process was clear and easy the entire way. Communication through email was spot on and boy did I had a lot of questions being our first wedding!!!! We did everything ourselves with decor, brought in our own DJ, cake, desserts and photo booth. A Simple Affair took care of the bar and the catering and set up. Kora and Lindsay made everything run smoothly and really gave me a sense that the night was going to be perfect. Thank you so very much for making our night one we will never forget. This venue was everything we wanted and needed!! Bonus that there is a nice grassy area next to the venue for pictures. Place was perfect for our wedding, we only had 30 guests but this space can easily accommodate 100 nicely. All the onsite staff were beyond amazing, and I actually enjoyed having them there.
They did an amazing job with the setup and included decorations.
I would highly recommend this venue if you are looking for an intimate romantic setting. The look is rustic and warm. All our guests complimented how nice everything was.
We loved having our wedding here!

Wedding Ceremony & Reception with 56 Guests
We were looking to have a simple, intimate, rustic style wedding and A Simple Affair provided us with everything we needed to make this possible. We booked with this venue because of its affordability, flexibility (can use outside vendors for everything except alcohol) and the NYE Flash Sale offered at the time (12% off $7500 or more if booked by 12/31). We purchased the All Inclusive Weekday Package for our April wedding which included 8 hours venue and amenities access, rustic decoration, BBQ buffet, Crumbl Cookies, the ceremony package, 3 hours of DJ, and 3 hours of a Personalized Photobooth.
POSITIVES:
-Staff responded quickly throughout planning process
-Highly Customizable (food, decoration, floor plan, etc.)
-Very organized and clear documentation & communication
-Helpful reminders sent before payment due dates
-Ample parking available
-Consultations provided are very helpful
-Lighting and decoration were gorgeous: Greenery, hanging planter box, candles, burlap table runners, farm wood tables, vine hangers, and with the all inclusive package you have access to any decoration items from their storage
-Quick turn around time between ceremony and reception
-Staff on the day of the wedding were very attentive and friendly
-Projector for slideshow worked amazingly
NEGATIVES:
-Alcohol options are great, but just be aware that you must purchase alcohol through the venue
-The bridal suite is not the largest and is situated directly across from the restrooms. It is not suited for large bridal parties (more than 6 people gets tight) and to avoid guests flooding in, lock the door
-Lapel microphones were not provided. Although the venue offered them and said they would provide a lapel microphone for my officiant, days before my wedding day they got a new sound system and unfortunately did not have lapel microphones paired with the new system
-Venue is completely indoors. However, there is a small grassy area belonging to a nearby community (literally 1 minute walk from the venue) that is not associated with the venue but that we used for "cocktail hour" (no alcohol, just appetizers served) and pictures
Overall, we were very pleased with the services A Simple Affair Venue offered. I highly recommend this venue for anyone with a wedding partyA Simple Affair's reply:

We had an amazing reception! Our coordinators were attentive and helped our “us party” run smoothly. I would recommend setting up the bar closer to the door for future events. We lost our deposit due to people taking drinks outside multiple times.A Simple Affair's reply:

We do understand most guests don't realize the rules and wee offer many. many opportunities to bring it back inside along with other warnings before a deposit is lost. Sadly the City here in Las Vegas is very strict on enforcing alcohol regulations such as it staying inside under a licensed bartending staff that we also have to be an enforcer of their rules just as other restaurants, venues and local entertainment places. 100% amazing!
I will always recommend this venue!! If I ever need a space to host anything, I will 100% host it here at Simple Affair! Lauren was amazing on helping me; even with last minute things that I had to change within the same week! They were so attentive and really helped me when I needed it. Melody, my host was amazing as well!! She literally felt as a family member checking on me (bride) during my wedding. She always made sure I was good and that I was happy with everything! A Simple Affair was exactly the type of atmosphere we wanted.... simple, intimate and with the added decor of my wedding planner, it was elegant and romantic❤️. The girls at the venue were helpful especially Lauren that worked with us via text and email since I was planning the wedding from out of town. I was disappointed with the food however, they were served cold and I would probably would have liked specific details on what to be expected on table settings...for example, we were under the impression that there would be no water so we brought bottled water (minor), things like that. But as you plan for your big day, ask a lot of questions, Lauren was quick to respond :). Overall, ASA was flexible and staff was helpful... if you are looking for a simple and intimate wedding, I recommend this venue.A Simple Affair's reply:

We never intended the quality of food to decline like it had previously but working through the pandemic for our previous cater sadly seemed to have a big impact on supply chain and staffing resulting in complaints such as yours for them. I lost my venue two months before my wedding date after planning it for 2 years due to covid!! A Simple Affair really pulled through for me. I loved the venue and being able to customize the room layout and the high ceilings. They had a super convenient turnover service between ceremony and reception. My favorite part was definitely the bistro lights, they really set the mood. Not to mention, there's a super adorable park just on the corner that made my special day just that much more special. I really loved how knowledgeable and friendly that the staff were in helping select vendors, and I really loved that we had the option to bring in our own food and other vendors (like a DJ and photographer) instead of being super restrictive like a lot of other venues are, limiting use to only their preferred vendors. Loved the venue. Love the ladies who helped leading up to the event and then the coordinators that were there day of. Wish I would've met the day of ladies prior to (even a phone call would have been nice just summarizing the expectation), but all ended well.
Okay, dance floor. There isn't a way to dim the lighting in just one area- something to keep in mind or possibly making a change to. Also, I wish I would have spoken to the character drawer prior to. Again setting the expectation. Wondering if we shouldn't have put him somewhere else. He was in between the DJ & Bar. There was a line to see him which was awesome, but no one was dancing.
The caterer. Nick & CeeCee. Loved them. Food was great. We did family style and everyone seemed to be happy with it. No lines no fuss.
I didn't want to leave the flowers, but what was I going to do with 100s of small vases. lol.
I would recommend a day of coordinator if you can squeeze it into your budget. We forgot to take photos of just me and my husband. ha. A DOC (even though my maid of honor was truly amazing) would have been able to be a little more assertive than I could be.

We have since implemented to have all day-off A Simple Affair Coordinators to be the one conducting final walk through appointment at the 6-week out mark so they can go over the timeline, layout and all plans with you to be 100% on the same page with you day-of! It always helps to see a familiar face day-of and we enjoy getting to know you more in that appointment.
We absolutely adore our Traditional Cater Nick and his team as well. He never provides less than exceptional food and experience! We're also happy to provide contact information for any of our vendors and they are always happy to meet prior too events as well. We try to throughly encourage this to meet that expectation you mentioned!

Beautiful, affordable, acommodating
I had my reception at A Simple Affair 7 months ago and it was everything I hoped for! The staff were so organized and helped make things go smoothly. They were great at communicating with me which I really appreciated. The venue itself was beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. We loved our experience with A Simple Affair. Marylynn and Meagan were both amazing. They were quick to respond to every request they had, from the first time we walked through the venue, to the end of my daughter's wedding day. They did everything they could to make our day exactly how we wanted it. During the months leading up to the wedding, they were fast to answer any questions that we had, willing to add or delete things from our proposal, and offer suggestions for vendors. The night of my daughter's wedding, Marylynn was the best hostess. She was there throughout the night to assist us with anything we needed, from extra tables and linens, to helping us get all set up with our slideshow and music playlist. The space is beautiful! We rented the pergola, which is fantastic, the hanging lights, and the dropped planters. We loved the gorgeous focus wall made of wood. Such an amazing experience with them! They were so kind and attentive. Only feedback is that you can’t bring any of your decor in ahead of time. I had my wedding at A Simple Affair in April and my husband and I are very glad we did! It took us awhile to locate a venue in Las Vegas because we live out of state and couldn't see the venues in person. When we found ASA, what stood out to us was the packages they offer at a competitive price and from the photos, it looked beautiful and it is! We went with the All Inclusive package with the BBQ buffet and it was the best choice. It honestly made wedding planning so easy because ASA can offer almost all of the vendors you would ever need and the add ons we're a plus! I picked the ceremony, cake and DJ as my add-ons. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all in one venue and it made it so easy for us and the guests, and there is a park outside which made for a great photo location. The staff at ASA was very organized and professional throughout the process all the way to the day of, the day of managers were very helpful and accommodating. They have an online platform where you can track all communications, payment plans and schedule, package information and contracts. A note that all contracts can be signed electronically which was necessary for us. It was also easy to contact the staff via email, they were responsive and answered all of my questions on top of the consultation meetings. With the all Inclusive package, you get 3 consultations and then the final walkthrough.
A CON from my experience which wasn't a deal breaker was the final walkthrough, it wasn't what I expected. It didn't seem like a final walkthrough, we essentially just sat down and discussed all of the final details. It would have been good to see table and venue layout to fully visualize the concept of the design we came up with. That said however, it is understandable if they needed to set up for an upcoming event so not a big deal.
Overall, our experience was smooth, organized and ASA helped make our wedding so memorable for us and for our guests! Food was great, beautiful space and decor, and long lasting memories. Thank you ASA! -The OddyA Simple Affair's reply:

All plans came off without a problem, staff was in background taking care of the details. All that was noticed was the Wedding parts and quests. Staff was friendly and responsive. I would use "A Simple Affair" again!

The venue it self was absolutely beautiful and exactly what I was looking for! Jessica, the person we were working with leading up to the day of was amazing, she responded very quickly, and gave us the best responses, and recommend really an amazing vendor for the bar. The person she assigned us for the day of was a different story. Maddy, was very unorganized and was rarely in the venue. My family ended up having to do most of the things (move the curtains to open the reception area, get a plates for food, move the curtains to open the dance floor) that Maddy should of been coordinating with her staff. She also did not read the itinerary she wanted me to write for her and kept asking “what’s next?”, even though the schedule was in her hand. The girl who was working in the kitchen was the most helpful the day of the wedding!A Simple Affair's reply:

Upon looking for venues for my wedding, I came across A Simple Affair back in later 2018. When I first contacted them, it was very hard to get ahold of them to even express any interest. We finally managed to go to an open house and express our interest and decided to book our wedding for June 2020 in October of 2019. It all started with Cori... she was the most positive experience I have had with A Simple Affair. She was so sweet, kind, knew exactly what I wanted for my wedding and gave me all the options to make that happen! She is the only reason why I'm giving this review a 1 star!
The interior is nice and rustic. The space is okay for the price you're paying for and you can bring your own vendors and caterers in with the right licensing. Through payments and months passing by we were so excited to finally have our dream wedding come true! Two weeks before our state was ordered to quarantine, we took a tour to show my in-laws and my man of honor the venue. We expressed our worries about COVID-19 affecting our wedding date and they said not to worry and that they plan on staying open as long as they can. The moment I lost my job and couldn't help pay for our venue, we had to postpone our wedding date and event without any choice. We understand that everyone is affected by COVID-19, even businesses, too. We wanted to cancel our event and they wanted to refund us based on our original date, which would have been next month. We were told we'd only get a portion of the money we've put into the contract when A Simple Affair couldn't even commit to the event they said they'd still make happen, no matter what circumstances.
The kicker here is they had an Instagram contest for a chance to win the venue at no cost! Their posts were not clear on their terms & conditions and upon emailing them back and forth about the rules, it seems as though they were making up the rules as they went. That interaction alone showed how they didn't even have a proper policy for times when they cannot fulfill an event. Lack of integrity in a business is not good.
Luckily, I was able to find a better suited venue! And to compare interactions thus far, you're better off looking elsewhere if you really care about your special day! You get more bang of your buck going elsewhere, as the venue is fairly small. I am honestly grateful we weren't spending our special day with Simple Affair.A Simple Affair's reply:

Let me start by stating that the venue was good, very well set up. The one star comes from the employees, who created more stress throughout the process and on the wedding day. My Wife and I paid for the all inclusive wedding on a prime day, in full, upon booking it, over $10k in one payment.
Let's start with the walk through. The venue scheduled the walk through 30 days out prior to the event. We went in and went through what we did and did not want to & took multiple items out of what was offered, resulting in $700+ owed to us. I asked Lauren how we get the money that is owed to us back and Lauren stated "no refunds within 30 days" even though they are the ones who scheduled the final walk through. I asked where the money goes and Lauren raised her hands up and stated "it just exists".
One of the items we decided not to order from the venue was an arch. My father and I built our own arch for the wedding. We called the venue a day before the wedding to see if we could drop the arch off early so it was less to worry about during the wedding day. The Venue stated "we don't have room for it". The day of the wedding, as soon as we brought the arch over they immediately asked to buy it from us...even though they "didn't have room".
My florist and my DJ contacted the venue the day of the wedding to see if they can gain access to the venue early to set up the flowers and the DJ equipment. They were told no, which isn't a huge issue, but it does show the lack of the venue willing to work with the clients.
Next we roll right into the wedding day. We booked the venue from 4 to midnight. I'm not even inside the venue yet and Nadia and Lindsay approached to find out if they can buy the arch from us. The set up went well and everyone was ready for the event itself.
During the event one of my groomsmen had a flask with him. I get it, no outside alcohol allowed. But I can't search every person that walks in. When they observed my groomsmen with the flask they didn't even speak with him about it. They immediately began yelling/scolding the wedding party, including the bride and the groom. They could've pulled anyone to the side to not make a scene to address it. They continued to yell "this is strike one, three strikes and we close the party down". It was rude. I understand there are rules, but the venue failed to give the rules out to our coordinator until 4 hours into the event.
During the event the groomsmen had boutonnieres on their suits held on by safety pins. There was a difficult time putting one of them on. One of the venue employees interjected herself into the situation stating she was a "professional". She was unable to put the boutonniere on either. Later during the event my groomsmen saw her and asked for help and she responded stating "your fucking broken". Very professional!
One thing that was brought to my attention during the event was the portion serving size of the food that was catered and passed out by the event staff. While my wife and I had full plate, the rest of the guests got small servings. Most guests went for seconds and thirds, and we still received a large amount of leftover food. They knew we paid for 100 guests and only 75-80 attended. The food was extremely good, despite the rations.
During the dinner the main coordinators for the venue disappeared. The schedule was printed and it was time to move on to the cake cutting. My photographer, who was not related to the venue, looked for the coordinator. With no luck my photographer began to act as the coordinator for about 20 minutes.
The guys from the wedding went outside for a celebratory cigar. One of the guys from the wedding tried to go outside with a water cup, as he doesn't drink. He was stopped at the door and was berated about no alcohol outside. He didn't have alcohol, he had water.. but they didn't check they just assumed.
The rest of the event went well. Fast forward to the end. The venue offered my wife and I $200 for the arch that we built. I accepted this offer and left the arch with them. They stated we would get the money for the arch when we got our deposit back. A few days later they emailed us stating that they no longer wanted the arch and we needed to come pick it up. When we weren't able to pick up the arch they emailed us again and stated they would like to hold on to the arch for another week to let their "carpenter" look at it. When they decided a week later that they did not want it, they had us come pick it up. They destroyed the arch by attempting to take it apart. When that failed, they attempted to nail and glue it together and eventually they drove a screw right through the back of it, some "carpenter"! There's repair work needed to make the arch the same as the wedding day. and that's plain wrong.
Overall the venue itself was beautiful. The staff though, were terrible. 90% of the wedding was military and to be treated so unprofessionally was uncalled for.

Thank you so much for taking time to leave us your feedback. We very much value feedback and are always bettering the experience for the next client. We’d like to say you and your wife were very sweet to work with all throughout planning and even day-of, and upon touching base with the staff on site during your event, they all commented that they did not expect to hear that you were disgruntled since you left very happy that evening.
We find a few discrepancies in your review and would like to clarify some items. Your final walk-through was attempted to be scheduled at 8 weeks out of your event date to which we did not receive any response to but do you have record of it being viewed. Our next automatic email if we do not receive a response to schedule, goes out at 6 weeks out of your event date, but due to your limited availability and delay in response, the only appointment time that we had to accommodate around your schedule, along with other already booked appointments and events, was on your 30 day out date. If you would like to review your contract you will see both your refund policy and your 30 day policy which both state you would’ve been eligible for a refund due to downsizing up until your 30 day out date. Since you scheduled your final walk-through on this date, it was explained and your final walk-through that we were unable to refund back due to the extensive amount of time given to submit reduction all the way until this date. Even in your final walk-through though you were very happy with the accommodations that we found to provide some additional upgrades so you did not lose any money. You were able to have an upgraded bar and upgraded experience for your guest with your remaining funds which was great!
As to the alcohol found on site and profanity/negative remarks you mentioned; we did extensively question all of the staff on site individually as profanity or any lack of professionalism is absolutely not tolerated for our staff. All of their remarks were almost identical in the fact that they found one bottle and one flask and upon the findings, both you and your party were happy to remove the items with no disagreements. When the flask was found, our hostess did inform your party that we do have a policy which is a generous policy outside of your contract. You will find in your multiple alcohol contract that you signed upon booking and before your event date, that actually on the first instant outside alcohol is brought into the venue your event should be immediately concluded. Our hostesses were kind enough to ask your party to correct the issue to allow your party to resume even though it should not have been able to per contract. We are so glad your evening was able to resume and left on a great note!
Our hostess did want to clarify as well when she assisted your groomsmen with your boutonniere, she stated "Your boutonniere is broken" again with no profanity. Our staff is held to a very high standard of expectations of professionalism and client relations so your hostess did apologize for any miscommunication that was heard while the party was on going and DJ playing! She thoroughly enjoyed going above and beyond with helping with your decor and items such as boutonnieres!
We also do you have what we call a “fast 5” sheet that your POC is given upon immediate arrival to the venue. This does cover that no outside alcohol can be brought in as yet another cordial reminder. For your specific event, it was noted that it was handed out to your designated POC upon immediate arrival, but then she later left it in the kitchen and our hostess was kind enough to give her the sheet again. We believe that you must have saw our hostess giving your POC the sheet after she left it in the kitchen so you assumed that she had not received it earlier.
I also reviewed our security cameras in the venue and you did have 2 hostesses on site from the venue and at least one was always downstairs. The hostesses are also responsible for keeping the restrooms, kitchen and bridal room orderly throughout the night so they could have been cleaning or restocking one of these areas when your photographer was looking as well. Your party was a great sized party, so it could have been easy to miss her too as she was working around your guests while they were enjoying the night!
To conclude with the arbor, your arbor was never attempted to be dismantled and the only time it was moved was after your event, into storage, and then back out when you were ready to pick it up. We did have a carpenter come and look at it to see if they would be able to possibly cut it apart and add hinges to it to make it able to be stored and longer lasting, but there was no tools used anywhere near it. We also have been in constant communication over the past two weeks since your event date about the arbor and when we could have a member of our facilities team estimate if it would be rentable and storable and also offered it back to you upon finding that it would not be able to be reused. We only offered the second week to have another team member check it out after you and your wife mentioned that you were not able to come and collect it on the agreed-upon timeframe; which there was no indication of a discrepancy from you about it or we would have of course help arranged a time for you to collect it sooner!
We are unsure why during that communication we had received no indication that you were upset over taking the arbor back home. We would’ve been happy to come to an agreement had you brought up your concerns then to us in our multiple emails. Even still, we will be happy to come to an agreement to rectify the arbor discrepancies if you would like to reach back out to us via email!
All in all, we are so happy you had enjoyed your evening and are so sorry we had no indication you became upset looking back to rectify it other than over a review! Please reach out if you'd like to chat over an agreement for your arbor you are keeping!
