Vanessa was an absolute pleasure to work with! Throughout the entire process she was easy to talk to and really listened to us in how we wanted our day to be captured. She ran around throughout our cocktail hour and reception to capture as many candid photos as she could have our guests. She was extremely patient with us during our couple’s shots and captured them perfectly! You would not be disappointed if you hired Vanessa to shoot your wedding! -

We had the best time on our photoshoot with Vanessa from Honeyfire photography.
We travelled to Vegas from the UK to get married and then had our couples shoot the following day so we were not necessarily in the best position to know who to use as we were not local and I'd just come across some of Vanessa's photos on a Facebook post by chance which I thought were just absolutely lovely and seemed to capture some really natural shots of the couple she had worked with.
We had been communicating on the lead up to the photoshoot and at no point did I find Vanessa pushy unlike a previous photographer I had been in contact with, the balance was just right this time!
She made the whole shoot so much fun and in doing so captured some really genuine shots that showed how we are together naturally rather than posed into positions that weren't the real us.
Between us we picked areas and shots we wanted and we are thrilled with the results.
I highly recommend Vanessa for couples and wedding shoots! -

I love Vanessa and honeyfire photography! Vanessa's fun and upbeat personality made it so fun taking pictures for our wedding! 😍 she sent us sneak peeks the next day!! The quality of the pictures & her editing skills are no match. She definitely knows what she's doing, gets great angles, pays attention to detail, and works within the time frame you have :) highly recommend her company! She even included our furriest family member in the bunch on our special day! 🐰 I can't wait to see the rest of our photos from our wedding & will cherish them forever ❤️❤️ if I could give her more than 5 stars I would!! 🤩 -

Bloody amazing!
From the second I spoke to Venessa, she was thing but sweet, accommodating, easy to talk to and super responsive.
Being an out of country bride, it was very refreshing to deal with such a helpful vendor!
When I finally met Vanessa, the morning of our wedding. I was instantly so content with her. She made me feel so comfortable from the get go, she was a good bloody laugh, she made me feel like a damn queen.
Above all else, the photos this bloody legend takes are fkn amazing!!!!! -

You NEED to hire Vanessa for your photos! This girl knows what she is doing! Vanessa just shot my wedding 10/14/23 and my bridal party, family and I could not have had a better experience! From our first message in March she was so quick to respond and friendly, and all along the way she surprised us with sweet messages. On the day of she was a happy ball of energy who made everyone feel so comfortable and incredible! She was like a friend who had been around forever! Her shooting style is BEAUTIFUL and unique and her attention to detail is incredible. It’s been 48 hours and we just got our sneak peaks and my husband and I both cried at how beautiful they are! Some of the best shots are the candidates that look like they can be from an editorial! All of our wedding guests also noticed how good she was and came to talk to us about our photographer and for her contact and Instagram. I seriously could not be happier with our experience! At the end of the day all we have left is the photos and oh my god she captured the beauty and fun so perfectly!!! Seriously do yourself and your memories a favor and hire this girl!!! -

Vanessa is ABSOLUTELY amazing. She did our wedding photos and not only did the pictures turn out incredible, but she made it so easy, comfortable, and effortless. My husband and I were really nervous about if we would know how to "pose", not knowing what would look good and what wouldn't, etc. and she took every single one of those worries away. The pictures came out stunning and her photography skills are no joke! My husband and I will be forever grateful that she was able to capture all of our special memories that we can look back on for the rest of our lives. -

Kind and flexible photographer!
My husband and I aren’t from the Vegas area but wanted photos taken when we were in town. Vanessa was very helpful with suggestions of locations, and when the weather was unpredictable on our shoot date, she was more than willing to shift the time and location to make things work. She is kind, energetic, and clearly loves what she does!! -

My husband and I selected Honey Fire Photography for a shoot to announce our first pregnancy. In short, Vanessa is amazing. She was so responsive when I reached out and throughout the whole process, gave helpful input in our outfit choices, made sure to answer all of my questions, and made sure our shoot went smoothly. On top of her professionalism, Vanessa is incredibly kind and fun, making our special shoot so comfortable. We couldn’t stop laughing and she captured the most beautiful images. Her editing turnaround was so fast, even in the middle of the holidays, allowing us to share the gorgeous photos with our families at Christmas. We are so grateful to have found her and would highly recommend her! -

Magical day captured perfectly!
I stumbled upon Vanessa's social media platform and was awed by her work. My then-fiance and I decided to elope in Vegas and hiring Vanessa as our photographer was, hands-down, one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. We flew in from Canada and communication was crucial for us. Vanessa was always quick to respond to my email/text within 24hrs. She was very flexible and open-minded with all the ideas I had put forward. What sets her apart is her personality: super personable and easy to get along with, which made the entire process of being photographed extremely comfortable.
When we received our gallery, we were speechless and blown away by her final work. Vanessa captured our day seamlessly and beautifully. Thank you again, Vanessa, for making the entire experience memorable and capturing our love beautifully.

A goddess behind the camera
Vanessa is the best! So fun a corky and bubbly, literally impossible to not smile when working with her. She has done an amazing job making me and my fiancé feel like friends, comfortable, and never an awkward moment. We have done two shoots with her, booking the next, and cannot wait to have her at our wedding. Worth every penny. She takes her time and goes above and beyond. I Can't Say Enough Good Things: Helpful, Accommodating, & Professional
From the moment we first started to interact with Vanessa, she was so helpful and extremely nice! I contacted her through Instagram and we immediately connected with our love of vintage clothes. I wanted to have engagement photos taken, and she was on our final list of photographers we liked most (based off of Insta portfolio and conversations.) I already wanted to pick her but I showed my fiancé the top 3 of who I liked. My fiancé with his unbiased opinion liked her style the best. And he pointed out that she was already so helpful and responsive. It felt like Vanessa was just so invested in it already before we even officially said yes. End result, we said yes to her. And I have 0 regrets. This was my first time hiring a photographer and I never thought about all the tiny details that's involved in a photoshoot. Vanessa extended her arm in helping me with every detail. I cant express the gratitude that I have for her. She is extremely nice and so talented. I have so many photographs that I absolutely love. It's not because my fiancé and I are good models (because we are not) but she was able to capture the best moments and make a beautiful photo out of it.
My advice to people who are looking for a photographer, choose someone whom you are comfortable with and listen to the photographer!! They are the professionals and have the experience! They know what's best! If you want something specific, communicate with the photographer and work it out together.
Vanessa was everything I could have wanted and more! She has a beautiful personality and is extremely helpful.
Fiancé: From the moment we started working with Vanessa, she tirelessly worked to make the shoot everything we wanted from it. From helping us determine exactly what environment we'd like to shoot in, to what we should wear that would look good, but also capture us in an authentic way, she thought of every detail. She worked with my fiancée to help her find an outfit that she loved for the shoot.
Personally I'm not someone who likes getting my picture taken, and the thought of spending such a long time posing and taking pictures, I felt uncomfortable going in, but Vanessa just had this ability to make us comfortable and make it enjoyable and the time just flew by, and in the process she was able to get many amazing shots that I didn't even think would have been possible.
The pictures themselves came out beautiful and truly feel authentic, and like they really capture the feeling of our love.
Overall it was fun, comfortable, and Vanessa made the whole thing so smooth and painless, I cannot recommend her services enough.
To get the best experience, communicate with your photographer, let them know what things (clothes, places, poses) you are and aren't comfortable with, and listen to their advice, they are the professional, you are paying them for a reason -

We hired Honey Fire Photography for our wedding day and could not have been happier! We went with 6 hour coverage + 2 shooters and received so many amazing images capturing our day. The timeline planning leading up to the wedding was so helpful (and way more important than I realized)! I knew what to expect day-of and felt so comfortable in front of the camera and we just had FUN! I loved the sneak-peak preview photos Vanessa provided and the full online gallery is so easy to view, share with family, and download. We are looking forward to making an heirloom photo book for our first “paper” anniversary. Would highly recommend Vanessa - she is super talented and also super easy to work with :) -

Best photographer ever
I cannot recommend this photographer high enough. She was the highlight of our wedding. She was so kind and responsive leading up to the wedding, entertaining all of my inspirational ideas and questions. The day of the wedding she was communicative and punctual and even helpful at the venue with duties beyond what’s required of her. Now to the photos… her ENERGY… made the wedding. The entire wedding party wanted to be her friend. She was ENERGETIC, KIND, and amazing at placement/ creative pieces. She made fantastic suggestions that led to the most beautiful photos!! We are absolutely in love with the pictures. Before leaving the venue she pulled up our texts to make sure we got all of the pictures I sent her as inspiration. So thorough and thoughtful. I feel bad for anyone who doesn’t have her as their photographer! If you’re reading this, please just stop looking and book her!!!! You will not be disappointed. -

I’ll start by saying I am soooo picky with how photos look and Vanessa’s stood out to me immediately. I told her my vision for our engagement pictures and she did such a good job making it come to life, and I’ve only seen the sneak peeks so far!! My fiancé and I have also never been photographed professionally and we felt so awkward at first, but she helped guide us. I’m so excited to see the rest, and for her to shoot our wedding day in October as well!!! -
