Alicia Alvey & Co is a photography company located in Gardnerville, Nevada. Alicia Alvey is the company’s owner and main operator. She aims to capture raw and emotional images that portray the authenticity and intimacy of every couple’s wedding or special occasion. Alicia has spent many years mastering her skills and in 2008, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Photography from Brooks Institute Santa Barbara, California.

Professional, Friendly, and wonderful to work with

Alicia made the photography portion of our wedding effortless and easy! She was willing to work with us on our non-traditional wedding day timeline and was nothing but professional and super friendly throughout our time together. The photos turned out amazing, and we couldn't recommend her enough for great quality and ease of mind!

The Best Photographer EVER

Alicia is professional and takes amazing photos. I originally loved her style because she is very good at creating moody photos. Once I started working with her, a friendship grew between us. She has always made us feel comfortable taking photos and she knew how to make us laugh when we were nervous or stiff. She can handle very many different situations, including but not limited to keeping children interested as we took a while getting group pictures for my wedding!
I will continue to request her to help keep our memories alive through out our life as long as she will take us! I recommend Alicia for anybody who wants to relive the magic you feel on your special day. You will love them. I sure did!

Wonderful Photographer!

I originally hired Alicia for her to take our engagement photos, with the hope she would also do our wedding photos. She was amazing! I had never had my photo taken for anything other than school really. I was worried my husband (fiance at the time) and I would be or feel awkward, this wasn't the case. Alicia made us feel so comfortable and knew exactly how to pose us and where to find the best backgrounds for our photos. Since then, she took our amazing wedding photos, and countless family photos sessions. The newborn photos for each of my 3 daughters were breathtaking. Every time I receive new photos from her, I am blown away! I recommend her to everyone I know!

Excellent Experience!

Alicia has been doing out photos for years and is excellent at what she does. Our wedding photos came back amazing!! She was great to work with and made the experience fun for everyone. I would highly recommend using her for your special day!

Simply Magical

If you are looking for AMAZING, Alicia is where to find it! With her education and talent Alicia is seriously the best photographer you can find. Anyone can take a picture, yes. However, it takes a true artist to really capture a moment and hold it there; Alicia does not only capture people in front of the camera, but instead a feeling, a moment in time, an emotion is held to the point of every time you gaze at that photograph, you can feel that moment all over again. She also sticks to a timeline which is fantastic because the day can be very chaotic. I had photo requests and she fulfilled them while adding her artistic touch. Our wedding was in July of 2017 on the beach of Ventura, California. The photos are truly magical and look like they should be in a magazine! You can not go wrong with this lovely lady!

One of the BEST decisions I’ve ever made!

If you’re looking for a stunning wedding photographer that doesn’t break the bank, look no further. I was adamant about investing and doing whatever it took to have amazing photos, and Alicia over delivered. With over 1,000 photos from our big day, I can honestly say Alicia captured it all. Because of her, I get to remember ever small detail of my wedding - forever. Alicia is the sweetest and most personable photographer we met. I’ve never been comfortable in front of camera, and with Alicia - my husband and I just got to goof around while she captured it. Say good bye to over exposed, bright white wedding photos. Her style captures the depth and true vibes of your love, and you will not be left disappointed.

Not short of exceptional!

Alicia was amazing and I'm SO DAMN happy we chose her. We did not have a wedding planner and she somehow took over this role it seemed while navigating the day and the photography! She runs it LIKE. A. BOSS! I highly highly recommend her. In fact, one of my bridesmaids is meeting her this coming weekend for their engagement photos. Thank you again Alicia!

Oh, and the images are amazing but we were expecting that given her portfolio and such.
