Michelle was my day of coordinator and I could not imagine my day without her!!!! She was amazing even before the wedding. If I ever had a question she would answer me back right away and even dealt with problems I had before the wedding. I was so stressed before she got their on the day of my wedding and once she got there I was able to relax and enjoy. She made my day!!!!

Michelle was very professional and thorough with all of our events planning, she even set up appointments with other vendors to make things easier. On the day of she executed everything beautifully and in a timely manner. I highly recommend her for all your event needs.

We hired Michelle to be our day-of coordinator and to summarize, we were not impressed. Frankly I was disappointed. Michelle moved across the country halfway through our planning and never once initiated contact with me after that. All of the contact between Michelle and I was done because I took the initiative. From the date we hired her to the date she moved, we emailed each other 12 times in 6 months. From the date she moved in June to our wedding date in October (4 months) we only emailed 4 times. All 4 of those emails were from me, to her, and all of her responses were one-word or short phrase answers. Shouldn't we be communicating MORE the closer we get to the wedding? When the final payment date came I didn't receive a reminder or bill from her - I had to ask her to send us a final bill. I asked for a receipt multiple times and still have not received it. I wasn't asking for something outrageous, just a receipt!

With Michelle living out of state, she never communicated to us when and how she was going to come into town for our wedding. Finally, 2-3 days before the wedding I called her (again, I initiated contact) and she was driving across country. I told her how disappointed I was in her lack of communication and she did apologize but didnt offer any solutions or to refund some of our money. I asked her if she would be at my rehearsal, and she said yes, but didnt show (even though it was written in our contract that she would be there). She sent her assistant instead.

On the day-of she helped when I asked for it and was a decent day-of coordinator. But the entire negative process leading up to that tainted my whole view of her and her services. I guess you get what you pay for.

Michelle was the worst part of my entire wedding planning experience.

She never took initiative. We were either asking her "what's next" or asking her to take care of things. Because of her lack of communication and organization, we always found ourselves having to follow up with her to make sure things got done (which more often than not, they didn't get done; always with an excuse). If you're looking for a planner to take charge for you so you don't have to stress, this is not the one for you. She moved two states away while we were approaching the wedding day. My mother in law was the one that ended up running all of the errands and making sure everything was in order. Completely unacceptable.

She told us our final payment was due THE DAY IS WAS DUE.

The actual day of my wedding was the WORST. She never talked to me the entire day, didn't set anything up how we told her we wanted it, and the absolute worst part was that she was so unorganized, my bridesmaids and I were standing out in the rain for 20 minutes waiting for our cue to proceed down the isle, and I was at the isle BEFORE THE GROOM. I was so embarrassed in front of all of our friends and family. I finally had had enough and just told her to leave, but of course, she didn't.

She never followed up with me after the wedding, I had to reach out to her. She finally called me a week later and had an excuse for everything. I had to hound her to give my mother in law a partial refund when really, she should've given her a complete refund.

Michelle is a complete nightmare to work with.
