Mia is the best! We used Mia as for our engagement photos and our wedding photographer. Using Mia was one of the best decisions we have made. Mia is professional, amazingly talented, and has a calming presence. The wedding day can be overwhelming and stressful but we felt so comfortable having Mia with us the whole day.
Leading up to the wedding it was very easy to work with Mia. We had emails and phone calls to go over all of the wedding day details. We even met up with Mia a few months before the wedding to scope out the location and find great places for photos.
Mia is just the best and we would highly recommend using her to anyone!

We loved Mia the first time we met her. She was easy to work with flexible and very attentive in the planning process. On the day of the event Mia and her assistant were prompt and great to work with. When we received Mia's pictures they exceeded our highest expectations, her photography abilities are among the best in the business.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Mia. My now-husband, Elex, and I came to her in a pinch when our original photographer announced she was pregnant and would no longer be available for our wedding date. I was panicked we wouldn’t find anyone, as we were less than a year away from our wedding, but the minute I meant Mia, I knew everything would be just fine. She was willing to answer all of my questions and work with Elex and I on our budget and needs. When the day of arrived, she was right on time and stuck by my side the entire afternoon. Her assistant was wonderful as well, and it was so nice to have the two of them there to be in two places at one time; despite having only 55 guests, I highly recommend having either two photographers or a photographer and an assistant. I barely noticed Mia and Trevor during the ceremony, but I know they got some amazing shots. They were incredibly flexible when we had to move the ceremony at the last minute. And during the reception, they never stopped snapping away. I’d be shocked if they missed a single moment of our day. One of the things I love most about Mia is that she puts you at ease and never makes the photo taking feel intrusive. She was always there, but I didn’t feel like she was on top of us. Plus, she never forced us to do any shots we didn’t want to or weren’t interested in. Mia is phenomenal, and I absolutely recommend her for your next event!

She arrived fully prepared with so many terrific ideas, yet was also open to our feedback and collaboration. The end product certainly speaks for itself. She did extensive research of locations prior to the wedding day and followed the process through all the way to the end, making herself available to us for any questions after the wedding was over.

In all the research we did while looking for photographers, no one else could come close to providing the services Mia did for a similar price.

Mia and her assistant were very attentive to my concerns and need throughout the entire process. She was quick to respond to correspondance and easy to work with. Mia helped me prioritize my wants and needs with regards to photography for the day, and ensured that the pictures most important to me were taken. She also kept me involved to the extent I wanted to be. Mia captured the the precious moments of the day in an unintrusive way making me feel as if I did not miss anything on my wedding day.

The turn-around time was amazing; I was enjoying the photographs of the happiest and best captured day of my life within months while other friends were waiting for almost a year. I was truly in awe of the quality of the final product. I trusted her to choose which pictures to be done in black and white and which in color; a decision I will always be happy I made.

Mia was an amazing photography whose passion for what she does truly come through in the pictues she takes. Her talant has allowed my husband and I to enjoy the memories and emotions of our day as if our wedding was yesterday.

Unfortunately I cannot rate this vendor based on her work, what I saw was beautiful. However, due to COVID 19 I had to reschedule my wedding and the second time I cancelled - as too many of my guests would have to travel and have pre existing conditions. Cancelling was the safest plan. I asked Mia if I could use my $500 deposit instead for engagement photos for my sister and she simply said no, the deposit is non transferable. I’m extremely disappointed that in the middle of a pandemic she wouldn’t be more flexible. I wasn’t asking for a refund, I was simply asking that she provide a different service (so neither of us lose money). It also seems to me, she could’ve gained a new client in my sister who will eventually have a wedding (my sister lives local to Mia and would not need to travel). This is the only vendor who has been this inflexible.
