There's no need to miss half your celebration to get stiff, awkward photos that don't feel like you. It's your wedding! Have fun, spend time with your people, have an hors d'oeuvre, or ten, and get natural, happy photographs where you can see yourselves, and also the color of the flowers.
In our own time, we love to try all kinds of food, cook from scratch regularly, love our beagles, and love to travel to new places, near and far. We are also both 1/4-ish Irish, which made it extra special when we got to go to Ireland together last year on our way to the most special family/anniversary photo session in Scotland.

I'm happy in nature, petting dogs (and also cats even if I have to scratch my eyes after), eating & cooking, and with a camera on my hand. I have moved around and lived in very different places, and enjoy the perspective and the people that has given me. Now that I'm somewhat settled, I love that I keep experiencing new people, cultures and places through weddings, and I'm thankful that I get to do it with Scott.
