We had the wedding of our dreams at this venue and we don’t have enough good things to say!! Lilly and Dena with both always so helpful and there when we had any questions at all. They helped to make our vision come together beautifully. Guests at our wedding keep talking about we found a “hidden gem” as many are not from around the area. Definitely recommend!

Wow- there are not enough words that could ever capture how truly wonderful our experience was with Dena, Lily, and all the Abbie Holmes staff. From all the consultation meetings leading up to our wedding, the tastings, and the coordination between vendors, they really made our dream come true. The food was incredible, the decor was top-notch, and the vibe and atmosphere were exactly what my husband and I were looking for to start the first day of the rest of our lives together. After having my wedding there, I literally wanted to change careers and work for Abbie Holmes, that's how amazing they were. Cannot recommend them enough.

Abbie Holmes is a well oiled dream machine- from the genuine staff members to the flow of the planning process and wedding day- it’s perfection and stress free ! We fell in love with Abbie Holmes from being guests at a wedding there years ago… so we knew right away where we wanted to look first. It has such a home sweet home feeling all the while being so unique and mystical in its own ways. You have so many options and opportunities within this venue - and the ceremony area is just lovely! Our guests loved how you weren’t forced to stay inside and dance during the reception like most weddings- we had “mini excursions” all around the property so guests could adventure out and explore if the dance floor wasn’t their thing. From a bourbon tasting area , to our outdoor photobooth , to the property and porch - our guests felt like they were truly at a grand party and not just a reception hall. Dena and Lily went above and beyond for us and were so helpful. You won’t have to lift a finger on your day- it’s all sorted out and ready for you. I would give them a million stars if I could ! We’re so happy we got married here and can’t wait to return in the future- it’s near and dear to us.

I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Dena and The Abbie Holmes Estate. We met with Dena and fell in love with the beautiful charm that Abbie has. Every wedding is truly unique. Dena made the wedding planning process (even during covid) stress free. We gave her our vision and she delivered, exceeding our expectations! Everything is so personal. They really care and want you to have the best day. You won’t just be another bride. Our wedding was truly a dream. I wish I could re live it! Anther cool perk Is they have tastings every month! You can go as many times as you want and try tons of delicious food and get decor ideas. This was super fun leading up to our wedding. I would recommend Abbie Holmes to anyone. You will not be disappointed!

I cannot say enough good things about Sue and her team at the Abbie Holmes Estate. Sue answered every one of my emails thoughtfully and quickly. Anything that I wanted out of the day, Sue made happen. Sue even ordered and put together flowers for my centerpieces and reception spaces. She made the entire venue look so dreamy and romantic. We were able to attend multiple tastings before the wedding and plan to keep going back now that we are married! The food is FANTASTIC so much so that we are STILL getting compliments on all of it. Abbie Holmes is an absolute hidden gem and we could not be more thankful that we chose here to start the next chapter of our lives together!

We had our daughter's wedding reception there this past weekend. What an amazing experience! The venue is rustic, quaint, and beautiful. The candlelight in the reception area so very romantic. I would give Dena and her staff 10 stars if I could. Dena is great to work with. She made the weddng planning process very smooth.
The food is DELICIOUS! Everyone raved about how good all of the food was. We had a sit down dinner with passed appetizers...so much food. No one left hungry! I definitely recommend the Braised short rib. AMAZING SERVICE!! Everyone had a smile on their face and gave you their full attention. Many of our guests commented on the outstanding service. Our head server ( I apologize I can't remember her name in the after wedding fog) took wonderful care of my daughter and son-in-law. She was very attentive to their every need and to any adjustments or requests that I made. She was Exceptional! I could just go on and on with the praises. I would highly recommend Abbie Holmes Estate.

We couldn't believe how perfect our Wedding went. Everyone tells you "Things will happen" "Something will go wrong" "Just don't let it ruin your day" Nothing went wrong. Everything was literally perfection. The food, the preparation, the decor, the assistance and support from Xenia Catering and Dena, our Coordinator. Every single person working at the venue was a perfect puzzle piece making sure everything went smoothly and looked amazing for us and our guests. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting the food, the building, the Outdoor Springhouse. I couldn't stop boasting about how wonderful everything was and how reassuring Dena was EVERY step of the way through the process. We loved it so much we didn't want to leave, so we'll keep going back to visit for future tastings to relive our favorite night, at our favorite place.

Abbie Holmes is the perfect venue. My fiancé and I cannot wait to get married there in September 2020.

This was the best experience I could have ever had! Starting with tastings they are so accommodating! It was always a quick response through email while working with Sue! She really helped with ideas we were stuck on in decorating and had any suggestions needed! The staff on my wedding night was so nice! All of them worked hard to make sure everyone was taken care of. Food was FABULOUS! Many guests commented on how delicious the appetizers were as well.

This was by far the best decision we made in choosing a wedding venue. Abbie Holmes is incredible, and the staff is so kind and hospitable. Dena, the wedding coordinator, was a dream to work with. Every idea I had was met with enthusiasm, and she even enhanced those ideas with her own suggestions without being pushy. She was extremely intuitive and went above and beyond to make our wedding day feel magical. This place has amazing food, is cost-efficient(hello BYOB), and has that old-world Victorian charm. Every room has something new to explore, and it has character without feeling pretentious or over-the-top. My guests still talk about how great our wedding was and it was two months ago. I could go on and on. Abbie Holmes was everything we wanted and more! You will not regret choosing this place as your wedding venue.
