I can't begin to express how grateful we are for the incredible work done by Haylee at Maine’t to be Weddings. Initially, we hadn't planned on having any professional help for our wedding day and were preparing ourselves to handle everything day of. That all changed when I happened to see a Facebook post announcing her new company. I already knew and trusted her, and although I was aware this would be her first wedding on her own under her new company name, you would NEVER have been able to tell.

Haylee was nothing short of amazing. Her professionalism and knowledge were immediately apparent, and she was such an asset to the entire day. She paid acute attention to every special detail I had worked so hard on, truly understanding how much they meant to me. Having her there allowed us to enjoy every moment of our wedding, without lifting a finger.

One of the highlights of the day was actually something we hadn't even planned on doing, but with her advice and creativity, it became one of our favorite memories! We are beyond thankful for her guidance and hard work—our day would not have been the same without her.

I've been lucky enough to know Haylee since I was in college, and she was in high school. We cheered at the same high school and ended up coaching together. Although I was older than Haylee, I never thought about the age difference because of how mature and composed Haylee has always been. When Mitchel and I got engaged, I didn't have a dream wedding already planned; we were both worried about money and only knew that we wanted to have our wedding in a place that meant something to us and celebrate with the people we love. I didn't know where to start with planning, but I went to our first venue visit and was given one piece of advice from the event manager: "Hire a coordinator to help take the stress off of both of you." Haylee instantly came to mind. I had no decisions made for our wedding, but I knew I needed Haylee.

Haylee was there for me throughout everything for our wedding - changing venues after months of planning, constant stress texts from me for a year and a half, and many last-minute changes. Haylee handled all the creative aspects perfectly. I gave her very vague guidelines for decor to work with as I had difficulty finding pictures of my vision, but she managed to bring my vision to life better than I could have ever imagined. Our wedding was challenging because we had a small ceremony with only immediate family and a wedding party at my family's house, followed by our reception, an hour away at a different venue that opened up to more guests. But Haylee handled everything seamlessly in both locations and was the upbeat, detail-orientated, patient, flexible support we so needed.I’m so happy we made the decision to have Haylee be a part of our day - we are so blessed to have had her.
