Meagan was so great to work with throughout wedding planning. She was super organized, so responsive, always on time, and so kind. I believe the vibe that someone brings to your wedding is very important. On our wedding day, Meagan was a calming presence. Everyone said it was the most relaxed and joy filled wedding they had ever been to. We are so grateful to Meagan, and highly recommend working with her!

Meagan is amazing. Her knowledge and expertise are impressive, and her calm competence made the whole process enjoyable. During the rehearsal and day of the wedding, she was quietly in charge. Everyone commented that the wedding was perfect and seamless. It was magical! Thanks to Meagan, we were able to relax and really enjoy every moment.

We ended up with Meagan through a non-traditional route. We initially had a wedding planner who wasn't very responsive or organized. We last minute found Meagan and it was night and day. She speaks with confidence, is assertive, responds within hours (sometimes minutes!) to emails, and we knew going in to our wedding weekend that our weekend would be stress free. We initially interviewed her before going with the other planner and we were very impressed with her, but thought a little pricey. We paid the price for not spending more on a wedding planner and ended up with her anyway ! 6 weeks before our wedding she stepped in and helped find parts of our planning process that were missing. She is talented and knew within 24hrs what needed to be done and we went to work. We were completely stress free our wedding weekend. We love Meagan so much ! Forever grateful for her taking us on as a client so last minute. Highly recommend !!

My husband and I were so lucky to have found Meagan while planning our wedding! We are from Philadelphia and were planning a destination wedding in Bar Harbor over July 4th Weekend. Although I am organized and was able to resource creative vendors, I discovered you cannot coordinate your own wedding. Meagan worked with us to create a service package that worked within our budget and allowed her to help us finalize the plans for our destination wedding. Specifically, she offered us design suggestions and rentals that made our event magical and she allowed me and my family to focus on enjoying the wedding instead of worrying about the details. It was truly our pleasure to work with her and our wedding would not have been all we had hoped without her help. I would absolutely recommend Meagan to anyone looking to plan a wedding in Maine!

I found Meagan through some research on planners who had done weddings at the venue we had chosen. I reached out to a few and Meagan immediately responded to me with enthusiasm and we scheduled a call. As soon as I finished chatting with her I knew she was "the one"!

I gave her a few images of floral/color combinations I liked and she was off! Her concept was exactly what I pictured our wedding to look like. You can tell she has extensive experience in planning events because she knew exactly what we needed to do and when! I had no idea on ordering the rentals and she fully took that over and made it look so easy! She did our décor florals and they matched the wedding party florals perfectly (which we had done by another vendor but hindsight – have her do your wedding party florals! She’s amazing!)

Our wedding was the weekend of Hurricane Dorian and we were supposed to get a lot of rain. We had to move our ceremony inside which she did without even a blink of an eye! She is so calm, cool, collected…it totally put my mind at ease and she made everything so beautiful.

Meagan and Jamie (such a dream team!) worked tirelessly to make sure our wedding was the day of our dreams – they never sat down, always working in the background to keep things moving smoothly. And they totally delivered! We were so happy to work with Maine Seasons Events – every bride should be so lucky!

Meagan and Jamie did a tremendous job with my daughter's wedding on 10/20/2018 at the Barn on Walnut Hill. Her decorations, attention to detail and help during the wedding were beyond compare. As she told me when I interviewed her, she was my daughter's "Fairy Godmother." From the moment we signed a contract to the day of the wedding, everything was addressed quickly and as needed to make sure everything went smoothly which it did. I can't say enough about Meagan and Jamie.

We rented several items from Meagan at Maine Seasons Events and not only were the items beautiful and exactly what we hoped they’d be, but the service was even better. Meagan was so friendly and helpful from the very first email (and the many that followed!!). My parents could not have spoken more highly of Meagan and her husband after they delivered our rental items to the venue. So grateful to them for their kindness and for helping to make our wedding a little more beautiful :-)

Meagan pulled off the impossible when she agreed to take on our modest little wedding at Barn on Walnut Hill, ME, as a day of coordinator, and transformed it into the most enjoyable time of our lives! We’re not kidding when we say that she really blew us away with her interpersonal and organizational skills, getting tasks done, keeping the day’s events on schedule, switching gears from an outside ceremony to an inside one when the sour weather went from bad to worse, and generally acting as a calming anchor throughout the day. Meagan implemented the installation of extra mood and accent lighting for our reception venue; warming it up with her own string lights, vintage bulbs, and a crazy amount of candles. Meagan was like an absolute boss when it came time to interact with, and direct, other vendors, making the whole experience quite relieving as she took the burden off of us. With the coordination in Meagan’s capable hands, we were able to fully enjoy the day. If there were any hitches, we were not aware of them as Meagan and her lovely assistant Charli orchestrated the event with such grace. Our family and wedding party were instantly impressed with Meagan’s warmth and professionalism in the days leading up to the wedding and the wedding day itself, saying how glad they were that she was there. Meagan kept everything flowing smoothly, and was a delight to work with. We couldn’t have done this without her!

I don't know what to say about Meagan that has not already been said. She is simply the best in the business in Maine, as far as I'm concerned. To call her a "wedding planner" doesn't do her talents justice. Maybe more "miracle worker" or "wedding goddess divine"? First, She MADE my wedding. Molded and crafted my scattered ideas into a cohesive, stunning vision, then executed the most magical day of my life so far. Second, the whole planning process was FUN and the wedding day itself was stress free (for my husband and I, anyway!). We were able to be fully present, enjoy the day and truly soak in each special moment. That alone was worth its price in gold. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, ALL of my vendors, particularly those who hadn't worked with Meagan before, commented to me about how she was the most organized, professional and easy to work with -- I think that, above everything else, speaks to what a spectacular coordinator she is. She made the planning an absolute breeze and my wildest wedding imaginings come to life. I truly don't have enough words.

Meagan Gilpatrick and Maine Seasons Events impressed us more than any vendor we worked with for the wedding and more than any vendor we have worked with in "everyday life". We wish we could clone them and use them to manage all important events and projects in our lives. Meagan's taste was impeccable and professionalism was unmatched. We enjoyed our wedding because we were free to enjoy our wedding--Meagan and her team nailed it.
