Lara was a rock star in every way. She had great ideas, was a vast source of info and most importantly was just a lovely person to be around. There were a couple of small glitches but strong and quick thinking kept them from turning into problems. So grateful for the kindness of Lara and her team for taking care of the bride as well as the needs of the MOB, FOB and MOH. Just realized Lara and team didn't get the envelope I had set aside so sill get it in mail pronto. It was in my MOB bag,....thanks so much for helping make my precious daughter's dream come true

Lauren from LK events is amazing! she is completely professtional and has the respect of all the vendors she works with, and she is fun! My husband and I loved working with her. both my husband and I are super type a and we had the addtional stress of planning a chicago wedding from new york but as soon as we met with Lauren we knew she was the one. We could have asked for a better weekend of planner, we trusted her soo much that for once in our lifes we have up the control and let her run and the wedding and it turned out even more amazing that we had dreamed. she alway went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were happy! ask any vendor she worked with everyone and tell will all say the same thing she is the wedding planner to work with!

In the midst of planning our wedding, we began to realize how overwhelming the decisions and tasks had become. Who are the good photographers? What fabric of linens should we choose? How do we coordinate transportation? We had so many questions. We were incredibly fortunate to have Lauren help. From scheduling appointments and searching for the perfect Chicago venue to making sure the cupcakes and flowers arrived on time, Lauren made everything happen! At the last minute we had to move the ceremony inside due to threatening clouds. The transition was so smooth and well executed that my guests had no idea two hundred chairs were swiftly repositioned. Most importantly she reassured me everything would be perfect.
Lauren has extraordinary taste. Her creative ideas blend modern sophistication with refined tradition. She was dedicated to capturing the essence of my personality while being mindful of our budget. Her attention to detail and meticulous organization allowed me to relax and enjoy my engagement and wedding day. Menus were aligned on every plate, hors d’oeuvres and champagne were delivered to the bride’s suite, our grandparents arrived without worry, and my bustle was always elegantly gathered. Every touch was thoughtful and precise. Every idea was beautifully conveyed. I truly remember the perfect wedding day. My husband and I cannot thank Lauren enough!

Lauren is the BEST of the BEST! She is a young, vibrant, DOWN TO EARTH wedding coordinator who will definitely make sure everything is PERFECT. I worked with her in May 2010 for my wedding at the Drake in Chicago and everything went as smooth as possible. It was a gorgeous day and I couldn't have done it without her. In addition, she had another wedding the same weekend and I had no idea! She couldn't have seem more focused on my wedding. She offered to do things that went above and beyond my expectations of her. Lauren created a magical day for all of us. She went above and beyond our wildest expectations. She traveled from Chicago, IL all the way to Naples, FL to put an enchanted evening on the beach. We had gotten the week of the wedding package, which was what we needed, as we did a lot of the planning and coordination, but did not want to be overwhelmed on our wedding day. Lauren was responsive, was willing to provide us referrals and link us to them, as well as being there when discussing the itinerary with our vendors. She was on point and was able to handle situations pretty effortlessly. My husband and I had very little to worry about on the day of our wedding, which attests to how much work she did! Overall, she did a fantastic job of coordinating our wedding services and handling all of our vendors.
