We hired Guadalupe for full wedding planning for our micro wedding this past June. We got married in the keys and have never been prior to our wedding. It was so helpful to have a local wedding planner who knew all vendors and had many suggestions. From my first meeting until the after the wedding Guadalupe was there to take care of it all. During one of our first virtual meetings we introduced me to a website that had a checklist of everything that should be done by a certain date, this helped me a lot. Whenever I had questions she answered them either through text or during our multiple virtual meetings and when I was worried about how much was left to get done she assured me we had plenty of time. She allowed me to fulfill any vision I had and always left the final say up to me. I am quite picky and went with a couple of my own vendors I found through my own research but Guadalupe got their information right away and handled everything else. We met the day before our wedding to go over things for the next day. The day of coordination was perfect and I was able to just be in the moment because I knew my team had it all covered. The day was stunning and everything went perfect! We had the best wedding and couldn’t have done it without Little Miss Planner!

From the very beginning of the process Guadalupe's knowledge and connections made our wedding planning so much easier and gave us total peace of mind.
She was responsive to emails and continually checked in throughout the year of planning.
She was the angel who found us our perfect venue and perfect vendors!
She met with all of them with us and helped me throughout each choice; she was always happy to answer questions or give advice.
Where she especially shined, however, was on the week of and on the big day.
She and her equally amazing assist, Allie, were my lifelines! Allie stayed with me for the entire day of my wedding - helping me stay calm and positive, listening to any concerns or questions and efficiently communicating with Guadalupe or credits as needed. Meanwhile, Guadalupe was behind the scenes somehow ensuring every single aspect and detail (of which there were MANY in my elaborate ceremony and reception) went off without a hitch.
I did not have to worry about anything on my special day because of these ladies.
They also were genius during the rehearsal : managing my bridal party of 6 bridesmaids, 4 groomsmen, parents and a 4 yo ring bearer.
At the reception they went above and beyond to make me comfortable!!!! I had a stunning 10 ft long train and veil which I changed from into a short skirt and tiara. These ladies were IN THE BATHROOM WITH ME in 90 degree weather cooling me down with fans and water, bringing me my makeup, skirt, tiara, and appetizers and cocktails. I cannot believe how well taken care of I felt.
Guadalupe whisked away anything I didn't need and magically appeared with anything I did need. She also communicated with guests and vendors to keep the timeline perfect from start to finish.
If you want a stunning team of brilliant, efficient, boss-women, who can manage every aspect with grace, authority, and perfection: this is your team.
I hope we keep in touch long after this, because not only was she such an important part of making sure I had the PERFECT wedding experience, but I truly love her as a person.

In the summer of 2024, we chose Key West as the destination for our intimate family wedding. With little knowledge of the area or the local wedding scene, I began searching for a planner who could help bring our “little big day” to life — and that’s when I found Guadalupe.

After exploring her website and Instagram, I had a strong feeling she’d be the perfect fit. That feeling was confirmed almost immediately: when I submitted an inquiry, she responded within a day — even while traveling in Egypt! From her very first message, I could sense her warmth, positivity, and enthusiasm. I just knew she was going to bring the good vibes we wanted for our day.

When I walked into the reception area, I was genuinely in awe. It was more beautiful than I could have imagined — every element came together like a dream. Thanks to her incredible organization and calm presence, I was able to fully relax and soak in every moment of our wedding day.

And it didn’t stop there. At the end of the night, Guadalupe personally made sure all my keepsakes and décor items were safely returned to my hotel room — not a single thing went missing. She even went the extra mile by dropping off my bouquet to the company preserving my flowers, taking the time to do this late at night after a full day of coordinating. That level of dedication is just who she is — thoughtful, dependable, and truly invested in her couples.

What I loved most about working with Guadalupe is how clear it is that she truly loves what she does. She brings such genuine passion, joy, and care to her work. Even with a million moving pieces, she thrives on the energy and stays focused on one goal: making your day as special as it can possibly be.

The only downside? I’m sad our time working together is over! She’s so wonderful, I’ve already told her we have to meet up the next time we’re in Key West.

My partner and I work very intensive jobs, and planning what felt like a destination wedding was very intimidating. However, from the moment of our first phone call, Guadalupe made me feel at ease, and I knew she was the best planner for us. She is detail-oriented and organized, an expert on all of the vendors in the Keys, communicative and hardworking, and has an overall kind and creative mindset. We had check-in meetings along the way, and everything was planned way in advance. I never felt overwhelmed once. She handled all of the details. Hiring Guadalupe as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made in our entire wedding planning process. We chose to hire her as our month of coordinator + have extra communication/collaboration with her throughout the planning. This was so vital as I thought I had thought of everything but it’s no surprise that she saved the day multiple times thinking of things I would have even thought of! I was really struggling with how I wanted our wedding to look and Guadalupe helped me put my vision together and it was absolutely perfect.
