In the summer of 2024, we chose Key West as the destination for our intimate family wedding. With little knowledge of the area or the local wedding scene, I began searching for a planner who could help bring our “little big day” to life — and that’s when I found Guadalupe.
After exploring her website and Instagram, I had a strong feeling she’d be the perfect fit. That feeling was confirmed almost immediately: when I submitted an inquiry, she responded within a day — even while traveling in Egypt! From her very first message, I could sense her warmth, positivity, and enthusiasm. I just knew she was going to bring the good vibes we wanted for our day.
From the moment we started working together, Guadalupe exceeded every expectation. She connected me with top-tier vendors, introduced me to an intuitive planning tool, and scheduled thoughtful check-ins to make sure everything stayed on track. She struck the perfect balance between giving me creative freedom and offering expert guidance. Thanks to her deep knowledge of the Key West area and vendor landscape, she helped me make informed decisions — right down to the chairs for our dinner table!
When the big day arrived, Guadalupe truly went above and beyond. She flawlessly coordinated vendor arrivals, oversaw the setup, and ensured that every single detail was perfectly in place. When I walked into the reception area, I was genuinely in awe. It was more beautiful than I could have imagined — every element came together like a dream. Thanks to her incredible organization and calm presence, I was able to fully relax and soak in every moment of our wedding day.
And it didn’t stop there. At the end of the night, Guadalupe personally made sure all my keepsakes and décor items were safely returned to my hotel room — not a single thing went missing. She even went the extra mile by dropping off my bouquet to the company preserving my flowers, taking the time to do this late at night after a full day of coordinating. That level of dedication is just who she is — thoughtful, dependable, and truly invested in her couples.
What I loved most about working with Guadalupe is how clear it is that she truly loves what she does. She brings such genuine passion, joy, and care to her work. Even with a million moving pieces, she thrives on the energy and stays focused on one goal: making your day as special as it can possibly be.
The only downside? I’m sad our time working together is over! She’s so wonderful, I’ve already told her we have to meet up the next time we’re in Key West.
Guadalupe, thank you for making our wedding unforgettable. You are a gem!

My partner and I work very intensive jobs, and planning what felt like a destination wedding was very intimidating. However, from the moment of our first phone call, Guadalupe made me feel at ease, and I knew she was the best planner for us. She is detail-oriented and organized, an expert on all of the vendors in the Keys, communicative and hardworking, and has an overall kind and creative mindset. We had check-in meetings along the way, and everything was planned way in advance. I never felt overwhelmed once. She handled all of the details. She was always incredibly dedicated to creating our dream wedding while being transparent and honest. The day of our wedding, she was organized, kept us on track of our timeline, helped manage last-minute changes, and did it all with grace. I never worried once. She planned our dream wedding, and we couldn’t be more thankful. Our guests said it was the most beautiful, authentic, and fun wedding they have been to. Highly recommend Guadalupe! -

Hiring Guadalupe as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made in our entire wedding planning process. We chose to hire her as our month of coordinator + have extra communication/collaboration with her throughout the planning. This was so vital as I thought I had thought of everything but it’s no surprise that she saved the day multiple times thinking of things I would have even thought of! I was really struggling with how I wanted our wedding to look and Guadalupe helped me put my vision together and it was absolutely perfect. I knew I could relax and enjoy the entire day because I trusted her 110% to handle everything. She even brought all of our day of items back to our rental home and dropped my bouquet off for preservation. Her assistant, Alison, was also wonderful and on top of everything! Guadalupe is organized, honest, and so easy to work with. Our day ran so smoothly and was so special all thanks to her! -

Words can hardly express how grateful I am for Guadalupe. She is an absolute power house! The way she organized, collaborated, and executed every aspect of our wedding was truly remarkable. She made the day relaxing and fun for us. I had no worries the day of because I knew Guadalupe was handling every little detail. She took it upon herself to check in with us and to ensure we had everything we needed throughout the entire night. She also captured so many precious memories that she shared with us later. I can’t imagine the wedding day or the weeks leading up to our wedding without her help. Guadalupe’s services, recommendations, time, energy, and expertise are truly priceless! I don't have words to describe Guadalupe! She went so far above and beyond...you can't even see it from here! As my new husband says, I'm a planner...with ridiculously high exceptions, but with Guadalupe, I didn't have to plan and I didn't have to worry because she did absolutely everything just the way that I would have done it! So instead of existing in world of worry and anxiety leading up to my wedding, I could just enjoy everything because I knew Guadalupe would take care of it!
Any question or thought I had...Guadalupe answered before I asked or thought it first! I just got to be a carefree bride...who spent the day before my wedding swimming with dolphins because I didn't have a single worry!
My day was absolutely perfect! And, it's because of Guadalupe...she organized everything, suggested the best vendors, and coordinated the day of beyond my biggest, best, and wildest expectations!

We were not planning to have a wedding planner as we thought we had everything handled. Our venue, The Casa Marina, required one and suggested Guadalupe with Little Miss Planner KW. They sent us her contact information and we are so glad they did!
We planned our wedding in less than 30 days and had confirmed everything with our other vendors, but Guadalupe reconfirmed everything with them and asked questions we didn’t even know to ask. She helped us with the rehearsal the day before and ensured that we were completely comfortable. It was the day of the ceremony that she really shined. She showed up early and took care of all of the little details asking how else she could assist us. She was there to greet us before we walked to the altar, and she even took my phone to get additional photos and videos of our ceremony and our reception. She stayed until the end and helped us clean up ensuring all of our décor and personal items were returned to our room.
We are so grateful that Guadalupe was our wedding planner and there is no one else that we could recommend more to trust with your special day. If you’re getting married in the Florida Keys, she should be the first wedding planner that you contact!

Guadalupe is wonderful! She helped us through our year long journey of wedding planning. She is knowledgeable and patient and always willing to offer suggestions and alternate options. We changed our minds along the way a few times and she was accepting and flexible to all the modifications. Lastly, it doesn't usually rain in February in Key West, but unfortunately, it did on our wedding day! My husband and I were distraught and at a loss since we hadn't planned for that. Luckily, Guadalupe worked her magic and helped our wedding be a successful and enjoyable event for all. So, THANK YOU Guadalupe from the bottom of our hearts! We appreciate you and all you did for us. She is amazing and we highly recommend her!

Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Guadalupe for your wedding planner! She was professional, sweet, and very responsive. She is well connected in the keys, so it was great to work with someone who knew almost all of the other vendors that I had chosen. Our wedding at the Cheeca Lodge ran perfectly and the day was better than we could have ever imagined! -

Key West Wedding
Guadalupe and Nancy were amazing to work with! They exceeded all expectations and made our day absolutely perfect! We cannot thank them enough for making our dream destination wedding come to life. I didn’t have to stress or worry about any final details. Their confidence and understanding of my vision allowed me to enjoy our wedding day to the fullest and I will always be grateful for that! Wedding in key west
Guadalupe was essential to our wedding day. She took care of anything vendor related, did everything behind the scenes she even made sure our flower girl knew what to do! We had a very quick turnaround for our wedding but the day of Guadalupe made sure everything went smoothly. They know so many vendors in key west it was very comforting to know we were taken care of not being from key west! -

Wedding planner that goes above and beyond!
Guadalupe and her team were phenomenal! I hired Guadalupe as a full service planner for my wedding in the Keys and she helped me every step of the way. I hired all of the vendors that she recommended and each one was A+ and went above and beyond to make my wedding perfect. She even helped me with color planning and the flowers/colors turned out stunning. She recommended a unique and fun idea for my guestbook table which everyone loved. Most importantly, Guadalupe helped me stay in my budget and even helped me find cheaper options for some of my vendors so I wouldn't go over. Guadalupe went out of her way to stay in my budget and make my wedding beautiful, easy, and fun. I highly recommend her for all your wedding planning needs, she truly cares and has great taste! -
