My mom hired Laura for the “Day-of-Coordinator {Plus} Services” but now looking back and knowing how much easier it was with having Laura by our side, I wish we would have been working with her from the start (also because there probably would have been a lot less break downs and mother/daughter arguments). Laura took SOOOOO much stress away from the craziness of planning a wedding, especially in the last month when everything is finally coming together and all the last minute details are needing to be finalized. My wedding was originally supposed to be outside but due to the unpredictable Florida weather, two days before the wedding I decided to move it inside. An emotional decision (as I’ve always pictured having an outside wedding), Laura was there to help calm me down and worked with all the vendors to turn what was supposed to be an outside wedding, into an inside ballroom wedding that looked amazing and more than I could have ever imagined. Even just the task of forming a timeline for all the vendors and people involved helped tremendously and took a huge weight off my shoulder because I would not have had any idea where to begin, how much time was needed for each task, etc. I was the first out of my friends to get married so I had never been a bridesmaid and therefore did not have the slightest idea of what all needed to be done behind the scenes. Without even hesitating, Laura designed the ceremony programs, lent us items for our candy bar, handled the layout of party favors and signage, acted as mediator in certain situations, proposed ideas, offered advice, asked questions on topics that I didn’t even realize I needed to be thinking about…to sum it up, Laura is not just a coordinator, she is a life line, a wealth of information, a helping hand, and thanks to Laura, I was able to sit back and relax the day of my wedding because I knew I had nothing to worry about!

The best choice for my daughter’s wedding was hiring Laura, I am only giving her 5 stars because they don’t offer 10!!!
She took care of so many things that we would have never thought of. She attended the planning meetings with the venue and the florist and thought of things that would have never occurred to either my daughter or I, she checked the contracts, confirmed the vendors and went above and beyond at every turn. She also made detail cards and maps for our hotel guests so that they knew where to be and when and her schedule for the day was so perfect that all the girls were ready with time to spare and they were actually playing games in the suite at the hotel , laughing and having a great time, no rushing or anxiety at all. The best part , if I had to pick one, would be that there was NO STRESS AT ALL , she took care of everything and the only thing that we had to do was show up. We even had the photo booth company cancel 30 minutes before the wedding but Laura reached out to one of her contacts and the replacement was set up and ready to go at the scheduled time and my daughter didn’t know that there was a problem. Plus Laura is the nicest person and so great to deal with. If you want a perfect day like my daughter had I cannot think of anyone better to help make that happen than Laura Walsh!

Most definitely the best decision we made was hiring Laura. She came highly recommend so as soon as we hired her, I knew everything would go smooth. I had ZERO stress throughout the planning process and the day of. Having someone coordinate with vendors, gather quotes for you, and just be there for any questions is so worth it. She would take the planning month by month with reminders on where we should be at at each point of the process. She accompanied me to the design sessions at the venue and her input and suggestions were wonderful! She thought of things I never would have thought about. The day was perfect, and I believe that is mainly because we had Laura there to make sure it went that way.

I cannot say enough about the lovely and talented Laura Walsh!! I met Laura a few years back through mutual friends, and I’ve seen her amazing work come to life through other friend’s weddings, events in the community and her work through the Junior League of Tampa. When it came time to plan my own wedding, I knew I had to give Laura a call. Laura spoke at length with me regarding the type of service and level of planning and involvement I would need from her. Hiring Laura was THE BEST decision I made in this whole process (other than saying “I DO” of course!) I am typically a very organized, note taking, detailed planner myself, but with Laura present at every vendor meeting, I didn’t need to even bring a pen… her attention to detail is incredible! It’s not like me to just pass the reigns and trust that someone else will get the job done, but I felt 100% comfortable with Laura, and she quickly proved that I didn’t need to worry about a thing!! She is so thoughtful and creative, and she captured our vision perfectly. In the weeks leading up to our wedding, Laura coordinated with all our vendors, created our timelines, gave me advice on a variety of topics, played intermediary when needed, and always made herself available to answer my questions, or give us direction. On the day of the event, she made everything seamless! I knew that I could sit back, relax and enjoy our wedding day because Laura was at the helm. Everything was executed to perfection, and I could NOT and would NOT have wanted to do all of that without her… we had over 250 guests at our wedding, so it was no small feat. I met Laura through Junior League Tampa and already knew she was professional and organized so I was comfortable hiring her to be my day-of wedding planner. For most of you reading this, it's your first wedding and you just do not know what you do not know. BUT Laura knows. My main objective was to hire someone that would ensure my wedding day was seamless and I would not have to lift a finger, put out fires, or communicate with vendors on my wedding day. Laura made sure all of that came true and much more. We met months in advance so she could prepare us and get what she needed from me to make the wedding exactly what I wanted. Her communication is clear, punctual, organized, and she had an answer to all of my questions. She was never pushy, bossy, aggressive or annoying (I'm sorry but that is the last kind of person you want to deal with for your wedding). Laura's natural demeanor is calm and soothing-exactly what you DO NEED on your wedding day & during planning. We were 100% prepared come wedding day & my mind was at ease. Laura traveled from Tampa to coordinate our rehearsal the day before the wedding that was held at The Gasparilla Inn & Club in Boca Grande & worked directly with the officiant. She communicated with all of my vendors so I did not need to. When we realized there could be a potential issue with our heels sinking into the grass, Laura came to the rescue with heel-stoppers. After the reception when I had no idea where our cards and signing board were or how we were going to get them, Laura had already brought everything back to our room. She was PERFECT and did everything I never imagined without even asking. I cannot imagine my wedding day without her. There was absolutely NOT ONE hiccup during the planning and wedding day - thanks to Laura who is simply the best! I would hire her over and over again without a single doubt and smiled thinking of her weeks after our wedding day.

Laura was wonderful! There is no way we could have had the wedding we had without Laura. We used Laura for the day of the wedding (which consisted of her meeting with our daughter and new son in law prior to the wedding to discuss vendors and such, coming to the rehearsal and running it, and staying through the whole wedding from start to finish. She thought of things we just didn't know to think of. She was so sweet, understanding and patient. I wish I could give Laura a rate higher than a 5 on here. She goes far beyond that. She is definitely an asset to her profession.

Working with Laura throughout the wedding planning process was such a great positive experience. This is the second wedding she has helped plan for our family. She has a keen ability to prioritize what to focus on at the right time and allowed us time to fully enjoy the last couple of weeks leading up to the wedding day. She is very professional and exhibited great communication skills with the various vendors. Laura was beyond invaluable the for the rehearsal and took care of every detail for the day of. Her creative input made for such a beautiful theme that was carried from the Save the Date to the last dance!

I absolutely recommend Laura Walsh to help you plan or coordinate your wedding. She is really organized and creative and budget conscious. I had a puzzle theme for my wedding. She designed the invitations herself, which were puzzles. We made them together. It was a lot of work but cheaper than buying them premade. Everyone gave me compliments about the invitations. Then she created a puzzle seating chart. Each person was given a puzzle piece and all the puzzle pieces for each guest table created one of the pictures from our engagement shoot. She also made a pillow that was displayed during the reception that had our initials designed like a logo.
She came to the vendor meetings that I asked her to come on. She asked questions for us that my husband and I didn’t think of asking. She searched for alternatives for us, always trying to look for a less expensive alternative. For instance, our floral event designer could have provided the dance floor but Laura found a less expensive alternative through another vendor. She was there on the wedding day to coordinate everything. Provide the vendors their final payment if due on the day of the wedding, she made sure vendors came when they were supposed to and she dealt with issues vendors had so I didn’t have to. And she prevents disasters! My husband opened up his tuxedo bag and there was no bow tie in the bag. He freaked out. He called the tuxedo place and they didn’t answer. Then he called Laura and she had her husband buy a new white bow tie and bring to the wedding. My husband says all the time she saved the day. He thought he would have to go down the aisle w/o a tie and the tuxedo was really important to him. Btw, she has a huge box full of emergency supplies in case anything goes wrong and now a bow tie is included!! I had beautiful perfect wedding. I thank Laura completely for this. I would recommend her to anyone!!

I don't even know where to start. All I know is that my wedding wouldn't have been possible without Laura. She answered every email in less than a day, went over my even hour by hour and typed it all up so I could understand! I'm a pretty organized person and I research a lot of things so I just thought I need her to make sure we stayed on schedule, boy was I wrong! She opened my eyes to about 20 things I hadent even thought of. She glued, taped, wrapped bobby pinned, assisted my photographer, and dj. I mean she just did it All! My only worry on the big day was ME! I would recommend her 5 times over! Thank you Laura for all ur hard work and truly making my wedding a day to remember!

I had just relocated to Florida when my now husband and I decided to plan our wedding. We were on a budget but I was determine to have the wedding I always planned. I completed everything myself which saved us money but since we would be having family and friends arriving from out of town, I did want them to have to do any work for my wedding nor did I want to have worry about the small things only big day. Thats where Laura comes to the rescue!! After interviwing other planners I knew Laura would be perfect. She met with me and went over my wedding in detail! She coordinated last minute neccessities that I would never have remmebered or had time to do the day of my wedding. She coordinated vendors, as well as planning the rehersal and day of wedding events. She was incredible! My husband and I were very pleased with her and she comes highly recommended! I have fond memories of my wedding because Laura helped to make it stress free!
