We were so grateful to have Larissa as our planner. Our biggest priority as a couple was to make sure that we could relax on the wedding day knowing that someone else would be doing the stage management and behind the scenes coordination. Prior to the wedding Larissa made sure all our vendors were on the same page and thought of every little detail. The day of, Larissa made our venue look stunning with all our decor and corralled our vendors, including dog and alpaca handlers, to ensure a smooth run of show. The result was our peace of mind and ability to fully enjoy the day, and our guests all commented on how well thought out every detail was! Highly recommend!

Larissa was a wonderful coordinator who took great care of our wedding. She went above and beyond several times, and stayed on top of everything on the day. It was always easy to reach her with any issues and she was flexible with any last minute changes, of which we had several. She also did a great job of running our rehearsal and walkthrough. We cannot thank Larissa enough for making the day of our wedding run as smoothly as possible. From the moment we met at our first meeting and all our chats over the phone we were confident we picked the right coordinator based on her attention to detail and thoughtful communication- the day of our wedding could not have gone any more ideal, absolutely zero hiccups. I believe the only minor inconvenience was our Polaroid cameras weren’t working and Larissa was the first to let us know. I'm not exaggerating when I say I don't think I could have done this without Larissa. Our wedding on June 30, 2024, went beautifully, thanks in no small part to Larissa. My husband was out of town working for 45 days just prior to the wedding and I was slammed at work. Larissa kept us on track, and she did it with such grace. She is so kind, enthusiastic, and super well organized. Do not hesitate to hire Larissa!! She was such a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone.

Larissa was wonderful. We had planned a unique and very detailed ceremony and reception in Georgetown, Washington, DC. (We even had two little dogs involved!).

Larissa met with us initially and did a walk through with us of both venues. We talked everything over; and she created a timeline and to do list for all that was required. She sent us a master plan with diagrams of the reception tables and floral designs.

In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Larissa stayed on top of every detail. She responded immediately to any question; and, our group texts between the bride, mother of bride, and Larissa worked to quickly solve any issue which arose.

On the day of the wedding, Larissa checked in with us early and kept the time schedule right on point for all of us. She cued us for the ceremony and she cued us for the speeches at the reception. Her team did a beautiful job with the set up of table linens and floral arrangements. She coordinated with our photographer and made sure that everything ran smoothly—and, it did! We wouldn’t have changed a thing….
