We were so grateful to have Larissa as our planner. Our biggest priority as a couple was to make sure that we could relax on the wedding day knowing that someone else would be doing the stage management and behind the scenes coordination. Prior to the wedding Larissa made sure all our vendors were on the same page and thought of every little detail. The day of, Larissa made our venue look stunning with all our decor and corralled our vendors, including dog and alpaca handlers, to ensure a smooth run of show. The result was our peace of mind and ability to fully enjoy the day, and our guests all commented on how well thought out every detail was! Highly recommend! -

We cannot thank Larissa enough for making the day of our wedding run as smoothly as possible. From the moment we met at our first meeting and all our chats over the phone we were confident we picked the right coordinator based on her attention to detail and thoughtful communication- the day of our wedding could not have gone any more ideal, absolutely zero hiccups. I believe the only minor inconvenience was our Polaroid cameras weren’t working and Larissa was the first to let us know. That is a testament of how much Larissa cares for her clients and she will go above and beyond to make sure your day is special and memorable so you don’t have to stress. She even stayed behind and did extra clean up duties that were not her job, so that yet again showed her level of care and handling everything so seamlessly. I can’t rave about Larissa enough, if you are looking for the best of the best in the business for your wedding at a very reasonable price point highly recommended Larissa Wedding Designs LLC. -

There are not enough good things to say about Larissa and Larissa Wedding Designs! She is kind, thoughtful, thorough, detail-oriented, and a pleasure to work with. Having Larrissa as our day-of coordinator made everything about the planning process better. She is a true professional who knows how to hustle and get stuff done! All of our details were arranged perfectly and the setup was handled smoothly even though it was a very short window of time. She can offer a lot of tips and tricks and has the knowledge of vendors, scheduling, decorations and so much more than that. It was extremely helpful that she also speaks Portuguese and was able to talk to the Brazilian guests of ours. 10/10 would recommend Larissa Wedding Designs for your wedding planning and day-of coordination! -

I'm not exaggerating when I say I don't think I could have done this without Larissa. Our wedding on June 30, 2024, went beautifully, thanks in no small part to Larissa. My husband was out of town working for 45 days just prior to the wedding and I was slammed at work. Larissa kept us on track, and she did it with such grace. She is so kind, enthusiastic, and super well organized. Do not hesitate to hire Larissa!! She was such a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone. -

Larissa Wedding Designs LLC
Larissa was wonderful. We had planned a unique and very detailed ceremony and reception in Georgetown, Washington, DC. (We even had two little dogs involved!).
Larissa met with us initially and did a walk through with us of both venues. We talked everything over; and she created a timeline and to do list for all that was required. She sent us a master plan with diagrams of the reception tables and floral designs.
In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Larissa stayed on top of every detail. She responded immediately to any question; and, our group texts between the bride, mother of bride, and Larissa worked to quickly solve any issue which arose.
On the day of the wedding, Larissa checked in with us early and kept the time schedule right on point for all of us. She cued us for the ceremony and she cued us for the speeches at the reception. Her team did a beautiful job with the set up of table linens and floral arrangements. She coordinated with our photographer and made sure that everything ran smoothly—and, it did! We wouldn’t have changed a thing….

Other than deciding to marry each other, hiring Larissa as our day of coordinator was the best decision we've ever made. She helped every step of the way and always had quick answers to our hundreds of questions and concerns. She made a flawless timeline for our day and made sure all of the vendors were on board. She is extremely professional but with the perfect amount of take charge attitude. I had no worries on wedding day because I trusted and felt so confident that Larissa had everything under control. I don’t think there are enough words to thank Larissa. About a month before the wedding, I convinced my fiancé to get a day of coordinator. Larissa was so responsive and affordable. She worked with our budget, but I feel like I could never repay her enough for the work she did. She did so much more than day of coordination. She came to our venue for a final walkthrough with the owner and caterer, contacted all of our vendors multiple times for confirmation, created the most detailed timeline, layout maps, came and led our rehearsal the day before, and set everything up and broke everything down by herself. WOW!! She was always a text away, we talked every day and she became my “hype woman” as I told my friends. She was so detailed and never hesitated to ask questions just to confirm she understood our vision and what we wanted. I mean it when we say we truly love Larissa!! -

Highest recommendation possible for Larissa. She took the title “day of coordinator” and took it to a whole new level. I think my wife talked to Larissa more than she talked to me in the lead up to the wedding. Larissa is a great value and so so so worth it. Her schedule was perfect. Her communication with us and vendors went above and beyond. Her organization was impeccable. I can’t believe I pushed back when my wife wanted to hire a day-of coordinator, I was so wrong, Larissa was perfect! -

Larissa was wonderful to work with! I originally wasn't going to hire a coordinator but everyone talked me out of it, and I'm glad they did! Larissa thought of every little detail that you may miss, and made my wedding day completely stress-free! She had great communication skills, both with us and our vendors. She managed everything so smoothly, I'm sure I don't even know how much work she put in behind the scenes (because I got to enjoy my wedding day without worrying about anything). I would highly recommend her to any couple!
