  Larissa Wedding Designs LLC

  Larissa was wonderful. We had planned a unique and very detailed ceremony and reception in Georgetown, Washington, DC. (We even had two little dogs involved!).
  
  Larissa met with us initially and did a walk through with us of both venues. We talked everything over; and she created a timeline and to do list for all that was required. She sent us a master plan with diagrams of the reception tables and floral designs.
  
  In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Larissa stayed on top of every detail. She responded immediately to any question; and, our group texts between the bride, mother of bride, and Larissa worked to quickly solve any issue which arose.
  
  On the day of the wedding, Larissa checked in with us early and kept the time schedule right on point for all of us. She cued us for the ceremony and she cued us for the speeches at the reception. Her team did a beautiful job with the set up of table linens and floral arrangements. She coordinated with our photographer and made sure that everything ran smoothly—and, it did! We wouldn’t have changed a thing….

  The best EVER!

  If you are considering hiring Larissa and her team, go ahead and DO IT!!! Honestly, deciding to work with Larissa and Dani was the best decision I made in my wedding planning process. My wedding was everything I had hoped for and more, and I attribute so much of that to Larissa and Dani’s hard work. Because Larissa started coordinating with my vendors a month out, I went into my wedding week feeling wayyy less stressed than I thought I would. Logistics weren’t easy at my venue, but Larissa navigated everything perfectly. On the day of the wedding, Dani was with us, and she did the same!!! Everything flowed seamlessly despite my own difficulty sticking to the timeline (lol), and I wouldn’t have changed a single thing.   Larissa is the best!

  One of the best decisions we made was to hire Larissa as our day-of coordinator. She was so receptive to all of our questions and was very flexible as we had last minute changes to the guest list and had to move our ceremony indoors due to rain. She kept us organized and calm and we couldn’t have done it without her!

  Larissa did a fantastic job guiding us through the entire wedding planning process! She was extremely professional and highly efficient the whole time. Her planning, attention to detail, and knowledge were spot on! She made sure everything looked great and went off without a hitch. We can't recommend anyone better than Larissa!!

  Our Perfect Wedding

  Larissa was an incredible wedding planner, eased a lot of our stress, took a handle on many communications, and genuinely wanted to make sure we had the best day of our lives. Before reaching out, we were told our venue came with a "day of coordinator" who would take care of planning duties. After being passed off multiple times and not receiving the help we needed, we reached out to Larissa who was happy to help. Larissa exceeded our expectations. Her communication with us, our vendors, and cross collaboration between various parties was stellar- not to mention that we had a large wedding, 200+ people. She made sure we did not miss deadlines and helped communicate our needs/wants with vendors. She was also quick to solve any problems we had during planning, removing a lot of stress off our plates. In addition to supporting us, she was happy to reach out to other friends and family involved in the wedding itinerary and make sure they did not have questions or needs either. Over a week before the big day, we already felt very comfortable that the day would run smoothly- and it did. Decorations and rented furniture were all set up perfectly. Larissa took our vision of the day, created a plan and layout, and executed it perfectly. She made sure all florals from the ceremony were repurposed correctly for the reception. The entire day went on without a hitch, even down to ensuring each and every guest got into the correct transportation at the end of the night (we provided shuttles for guests). One big thing we wanted was to make sure no family had to help clean up at the end of the night, which was not a problem at all. Larissa made sure all decorations and belongings were packed up so that we could head to our after party without worry and return in the morning to easily pick everything up. On top of it all, Larissa, made sure our dog was where she needed to be, fed, and checked in on throughout the night- leaving us even more at ease. We strongly recommend Larissa as a wedding planner and truly would not have had the beautiful, stress-free day we did, without her!

  Larissa was an amazing month of wedding coordinator. She followed up with all my vendors, executed my timeline and gave me to do list/ don’t forget list. Day off we were off schedule because my groomsmen were late and she made sure I was never worried and everything went so smooth.

  Amazing Month of Coordinator!

  Larissa was great to work with! We had a fusion South Asian wedding which had a lot of moving pieces, but Larissa took the time to understand our vision and get up to speed with all of the moving parts of our events. We especially appreciated her ability to gauge what was stressing us out, or potential problem areas and proactively provide ideas and solutions.
  
  The most important thing I would like to call out is that she was very flexible throughout the entire process for our needs, and prioritized making sure we were comfortable and happy with how things were going! On the day of our events she did an exceptional job ensuring everything was being done exactly how we had discussed with her beforehand. She did all of the problem solving on her own and made sure we had a great wedding day. She is a lovely person and very organized - we are so happy to have hired her!

  Do yourself a favor and hire Larissa!

  I had doubts about if I needed a wedding coordinator. We were planning a fairly simple wedding with a limited amount of vendors and I'm a project manager so I knew I could do it. I'm so so happy that I hired Larissa to be my day-of coordinator. She was very responsive and thorough, thought of things that I hadn't thought of, and it was very helpful to have her taking care of so many of the details leading up to our wedding and have her as a resource for advice along the way.
  
  Plus, she made our venues look amazing. I told her what I was envisioning in my head and she and her team worked hard to make it happen. Our wedding turned out exactly how I imagined! Every time I look at our photos & videos it makes me so happy.
  
  There's enough for the bride and groom to do leading up to the wedding. Let Larissa and her team handle vendor coordination and day of management for you so that you can enjoy your special day!

  Other than deciding to marry each other, hiring Larissa as our day of coordinator was the best decision we've ever made.   Larissa was very helpful and responsive. She went above and beyond helping us to prepare for our wedding. We had originally expected a quick chat before the day and then for her to help us coordinate day of, but she was instrumental in making sure we were on track leading up to the day, helping us make decisions, coordinate with vendors, and offering plenty of advice. We couldn’t have asked for a more friendly and helpful person! She took so much stress away from us and truly helped us to just enjoy our big day. We can’t thank you enough Larissa!!   Great day of coordinator!

  We hired Larissa as a day of coordinator. We worked with her for all of the advanced aspects and her assistant Stephanie handled the day of work. Both were great. Though we hired her for day of coordinating, the planning discussions were really helpful to me as someone who has not planned a wedding before and definitely had not worked out every detail when I started going through the plan with Larissa. I appreciated the timeline she made, and her suggestions during the walk through. She also helped with some set up during the rehearsal. Stephanie was great!   Larissa was an absolute professional and a complete gem during our wedding planning process. She was able to capture and execute our vision perfectly. Having Larissa part of the team took stress away. In addition, Larissa always went above and beyond past her duties to insure everything came out perfect!!!!

  Larissa is amazing!

  Our wedding was better than we ever could have expected. Larissa helped us with everything. I got a lot of compliments about how fun, beautiful and organized it was. She is kind and patient. I highly recommend her services.

  Beyond thankful

  I don’t think there are enough words to thank Larissa. About a month before the wedding, I convinced my fiancé to get a day of coordinator. Larissa was so responsive and affordable. She worked with our budget, but I feel like I could never repay her enough for the work she did. She did so much more than day of coordination. She came to our venue for a final walkthrough with the owner and caterer, contacted all of our vendors multiple times for confirmation, created the most detailed timeline, layout maps, came and led our rehearsal the day before, and set everything up and broke everything down by herself. WOW!! She was always a text away, we talked every day and she became my “hype woman” as I told my friends. She was so detailed and never hesitated to ask questions just to confirm she understood our vision and what we wanted. I mean it when we say we truly love Larissa!!

  Day Of Coordinator

  Highest recommendation possible for Larissa. She took the title “day of coordinator” and took it to a whole new level. I think my wife talked to Larissa more than she talked to me in the lead up to the wedding. Larissa is a great value and so so so worth it. Her schedule was perfect. Her communication with us and vendors went above and beyond. Her organization was impeccable. I can’t believe I pushed back when my wife wanted to hire a day-of coordinator, I was so wrong, Larissa was perfect!

  Incredible Coordinator!

  We loved working with Larissa as our day of coordinator. She was very communicative and went above and beyond in offering planning advice and executing our ideas on our day. She always quickly responded to emails and texts and scheduled phone calls when we wanted. She had a can-do attitude for our state park COVID picnic wedding. We wanted low-key and she helped us turn this vision into a beautiful low-stress event for us. I had initially thought for a low key wedding, we didn't need a coordinator, but I can't imagine having pulled this off without her. We contacted her 6 weeks in advance and she immediately jumped in and made a well organized plan! We were her first Jewish wedding and she learned about our traditions and rituals. She schlepped an unbelievable amount of things. She coordinated with our vendors and friends for setting things up and made sure that everything progressed smoothly. I am so so glad we had the chance to work with her! She and her husband are incredibly kind and thoughtful.

Larissa thought of every little detail that you may miss, and made my wedding day completely stress-free! She had great communication skills, both with us and our vendors. She managed everything so smoothly, I'm sure I don't even know how much work she put in behind the scenes (because I got to enjoy my wedding day without worrying about anything). I would highly recommend her to any couple!

  Made the day perfect!

  Larissa is one of a kind! She was amazing from the first time we met over video. We originally planned our wedding before COVID and had to postpone….2 years later Larissa was right there willing to help make adjustments to the original wedding plan to fit our needs. She helped make suggestions and coordinations to make our day absolutely perfect. Larissa took all the stress away leading up to the wedding day and then was absolutely amazing the day of! She made everyone feel comfortable and set up everything beautifully. I can’t imagine the day happening without her. She kept in close communication and made all of our dreams come true. I can not recommend her enough! Larissa is the best, if you are looking for someone that will be there for you on your big day… she is your girl!
