Cake designer Tracy Dahir started in the baking business over 10 years ago. What started as a single cake for her son’s first birthday has evolved into a professional career. Since the start of her career she has worked in the pastry industry as a professional baker, cake designer and cake decorator. She has also been teaching the art of Cake decorating for over 7 years. Her most recent accomplishments have been in the cake competition arena where she has won numerous awards at National Cake Competitions and continues to compete on a professional level.

Her career in the catering field has also inspired a passion for creating and baking mini bite size confections for dessert buffets.
