Tucked away in a forest of tall pine trees, snow-capped mountains, and overlooking Lake Tahoe, the resort welcomes couples year-round to celebrate their big day. To-be-weds dreaming of an adventure-filled wedding experience is sure to feel their imaginations run wild at the many opportunities available on-site. Likewise, the resort also caters to relaxed and sophisticated affairs, ensuring a seamless and luxurious wedding weekend.
Facilities and Capacity
The new Margaritaville Resort has a new beautiful spaces for receptions for up to 300 guests. Both indoor and outdoor locations are available, allowing couples to plan the wedding of their dreams. For the warmer months, ceremonies by the sparkling beachside lake are sure to leave guests in awe. With mountain peaks visible in the background, every angle is breathtaking and photo-worthy. Moving towards the reception, couples can choose the Compass Rose Ballroom, the private dinning room at the new Landshark, or a small intimate dinner party inside the Fins to the Left and Fins to the Right ballroom. Great for large or more intimate weddings, these reception spaces boast fine furnishings and elegant comfort. Ideally situated for seasonal activities such as ice skating, golfing, and hiking, the resort creates a solid foundation for a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Services Offered
Margaritaville Resort Lake Tahoe offers customizable wedding packages for full-day and reception-only events. Beginning with four hours of venue rental time, the basic package also includes a personal catering manager to oversee menus and dining arrangements. Couples can avail of the resort’s tables, chairs, and linens, and toast to their happiness with Champagne. Catering options range from buffet to plated serving styles, and to-be-weds are welcome to sample their menu before the big day. Every menu can be tailored to meet dietary requirements, wedding theme, and budget, giving couples the freedom to design their wedding day to their liking. Additional services include overnight accommodations and on-site recreational spaces.

We made sure to go to this wedding venue when we did our brochure drop offs for wedding season 2017, and we will stop by again for a visit in 2018. This is a beautiful location smack dab in the middle of town walking distance to all the Casino's and all the action in the Heavenly Gondola Pavilion. They were very welcoming.
Always a beautiful location for a wedding, with the staircase as a grand entrance for the bride. I love performing at Lake Tahoe Resort Hotel.
