Best Wedding Planner for Napa Valley and Sonoma Area

To say Jennifer is excellent at her job is an understatement. She was VITAL to our Wedding in Sonoma. She was always 3 steps ahead during our vendor meetings and was extremely knowledgeable about the area. She is well-connected in the wedding scene in CA. As a bride who lived two time zones away, I felt very comfortable having Jen take lead on items. She helped make my dream come alive all with keeping my budget in mind. Choosing her was the best decision we made for our wedding!

We love Jennifer!

We hired Jennifer for our October 2023 wedding in August of 2022. She was with us every step of the planning process. She helped us with unexpected snafus and helped bring our vision to life. What I appreciated most about Jennifer was her flexibility- I threw a lot of things at her and she was always able to adapt and execute. We highly recommend Jennifer and we can’t thank her enough for her help with the wedding of our dreams!

Dawn Ranch Wedding

We had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Stone for our wedding on October 7th at Dawn Ranch in Guerneville CA and we truly couldn’t have made it happen without her. Jennifer was an absolute gem throughout the entire planning process via countless emails, texts, calls, site visits and zoom meetings. Her vendor network in Sonoma county was exceedingly helpful at getting things done efficiently and affordably which we simply wouldn’t have been able to do on our own. She understood our vision from day 1 and was able to make it a reality. We hardly had to lift a finger the weekend of our wedding so we got to truly enjoy every minute.

She truly exceeded our expectations, and we are so grateful for her role in making our special day unforgettable. Thank you Jennifer!! Hard to put into words how grateful we are.

Private Estate Wedding in St. Helena

Jennifer! It’s hard to put into words how grateful I am for all that you did to make my day sooo special. From a bride that didn’t really know what she wanted, you were able to run with a couple ideas and somehow created everything that I could have wished for! You paid attention to every detail and made the process so easy for everyone. Your creative ideas made the wedding unique, personalized and beautiful! Considering the wedding was at a private estate, you were able to take the blank canvas and put together every aspect of planning that needed to be done. You were timely and kept everyone in check during the process and day of (aka groomsmen). The night was magical and there was no stress! I would highly recommend Jennifer Stone to anyone!! We love you Jennifer!

Perfect planning even from afar!

I can't say enough about Jennifer Stone and the professional and personal service she provided to my family. Planning a wedding for our only daughter, from Florida was something I was a little nervous about until we met her. I had interviewed several planners when we first got started, and I'm so thrilled that we picked her. I had an immediate connection with Jennifer and felt confident that she could pull it off without me losing my mind in the process. Right away, she arranged a meeting with my daughter and her fiancee to get to know them and capture the vision from their point of view. They hit it off as well, and I knew this was going to be a great partnership.

Her outstanding reputation in the community stood out to me, and it proved to be an asset. Whenever I was in town for a visit, and I'd mention I was working with Jennifer, mountains seemed to move.

Jennifer really listened to what we were envisioning for our special day and was able to keep our focus there the entire time. She knew how to keep me within my budget, advising me on where my money was best spent and where it wasn't. My husband especially appreciated this.

Jennifers communication with the venue and the other vendors was the key to success. I loved not having to handle any of that. We hired them, and she did the rest.

Jennifer was so patient and so kind to me. I'd occasionally throw out some crazy ideas (that's the hardest part about not being close enough to the venue when you're a visual person **and a control freak LOL!), and she knew right away whether that was going to work or not. She was always very upfront and honest with us and always super respectful. It was so great to have her to talk things through with. We had a lot of laughs, a few cries (she's a mom too, so she gets our emotional state), and she was readily available to me from beginning to end. I would so highly recommend her if you need a wedding or any other kind of event planner. Don't worry if you live on the other side of the country like we do (we are Florida residents) she will not only make it happen, but you'll have fun in the process, and she will execute it all in a way you'll never forget.

Jennifer had no idea what she was getting into when she teamed up with us for our wedding. This was decidedly NOT your typical Wine Country Wedding! We wanted an outdoor ceremony NOT at a winery. We wanted a 1980s Prom for the party at an unexpected location that fit the theme. We wanted a country picnic reception. In hindsight, I guess we were pretty damn needy. But, boy, did she deliver! The wedding ceremony was in the amazing Jack London State Park (yes, THAT Jack London); the reception was under the oak trees and was replete with the most amazing fried chicken ever; the party was at the Sonoma Senior Center (boom!) and couldn't have been more perfect. All our guests were gushing. We couldn't have been happier. Jennifer is incredibly easy to work with. You feel like there is never a moment when she is just phoning it in with some cookie cutter program. If we asked for it, she immediately said "Let me look into it!" and then she delivered it. This is exceptional customer service that is wholly collaborative, but with a good point of view on what she knows will and won't work based on her experience. She has great relationships in Wine Country to get what you need and deliver it on budget. I plan big events for a living... like Coachella size events... and I am sure I drove Jennifer crazy, but damn if she didn't meet and exceed my expectations. Highly recommended.

As mother of the bride, I could not let this last opportunity pass to comment about the exemplary services provided by Jennifer. Our site required a wedding planner the day of the event, but my daughter wisely suggested that having a planner throughout the process of planning her wedding could be helpful. Initially, I thought, as mother of the bride, I could buffer all the decisions and options ahead of us, but as it turned out, having Jennifer on “our” team was so critical to maintaining the perfect balance. In our first meeting, I witnessed Jennifer’s respectful demeanor with other vendors and family, and her obvious immediate connection to the bride! Over the course of the planning, I observed how dedicated and passionate Jennifer was to ensure that Allison had the wedding of her dreams and I witnessed their special relationship evolve, but still felt connected and engaged in the process, rather than left out or overruled! Jennifer handled each detail expertly, was my daughter’s confidante during the process and handled a large, wild wedding party with determination and grace. Because of Jennifer, my daughter coordinated the wedding of her dreams, and I was able to fully participate and enjoy the magic- for that I am forever grateful- Thank you Jennifer Stone!

My husband and I both love Napa/ Sonoma so when we decided to get married there despite living in NYC we immediately started looking for a wedding planner. Jennifer was a life saver and absolutely amazing! When our first venue fell through 2 months after we had already booked it, she worked tirelessly to help us find a new and better space. Her knowledge of vendors and the area made her invaluable. She spent multiple weekends with us when we traveled out there to plan and was our guide through the entire process. When the weekend finally arrived, she was on site and so professional and on point the entire time. Our wedding was better than I ever dreamed it could be and we could have never done it without her. Thank you Jennifer!!

Working with Jennifer at La Grande Fete was the best decision I made trying to plan my wedding! Her professionalism and attention to detail are the best in the business. Our 100 person wedding in Napa was flawless because of Jennifer as she was organized, she thought of everything and all the vendors loved working with her! Huge thanks for making the day I have dreamed about my whole life perfect!!!!

One of the best decisions I ever made, besides saying yes to my future husband, was hiring Jennifer to be my wedding planner. I did not stress over anything. Working with her was easy, simple, and just plain fun. She would know exactly what I was talking about, even if I had a hard time explaining it. She has an amazing "mental checklist" that keeps even the most minute detail planned out. During the reception, Jennifer would quietly remind us that it was time for pictures, a toast, cutting of the cake, etc. Everything was planned to perfection and there was not one thing I would change. All I had to do was schedule a few meetings with her and the rest just fell into place. Perfect planner......perfect day.
