    Best Wedding Planner for Napa Valley and Sonoma Area

    To say Jennifer is excellent at her job is an understatement. She was VITAL to our Wedding in Sonoma. She was always 3 steps ahead during our vendor meetings and was extremely knowledgeable about the area. She is well-connected in the wedding scene in CA. As a bride who lived two time zones away, I felt very comfortable having Jen take lead on items. She helped make my dream come alive all with keeping my budget in mind. Choosing her was the best decision we made for our wedding!

    We love Jennifer!

    We hired Jennifer for our October 2023 wedding in August of 2022. She was with us every step of the planning process. She helped us with unexpected snafus and helped bring our vision to life. What I appreciated most about Jennifer was her flexibility- I threw a lot of things at her and she was always able to adapt and execute. We highly recommend Jennifer and we can’t thank her enough for her help with the wedding of our dreams!

    Dawn Ranch Wedding

    We had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Stone for our wedding on October 7th at Dawn Ranch in Guerneville CA and we truly couldn’t have made it happen without her. Jennifer was an absolute gem throughout the entire planning process via countless emails, texts, calls, site visits and zoom meetings. Her vendor network in Sonoma county was exceedingly helpful at getting things done efficiently and affordably which we simply wouldn’t have been able to do on our own. She understood our vision from day 1 and was able to make it a reality. We hardly had to lift a finger the weekend of our wedding so we got to truly enjoy every minute.

    She truly exceeded our expectations, and we are so grateful for her role in making our special day unforgettable. Thank you Jennifer!! Hard to put into words how grateful we are.

    Perfect planning even from afar!

    I can't say enough about Jennifer Stone and the professional and personal service she provided to my family. Planning a wedding for our only daughter, from Florida was something I was a little nervous about until we met her. I had interviewed several planners when we first got started, and I'm so thrilled that we picked her. I had an immediate connection with Jennifer and felt confident that she could pull it off without me losing my mind in the process. Right away, she arranged a meeting with my daughter and her fiancee to get to know them and capture the vision from their point of view. They hit it off as well, and I knew this was going to be a great partnership.

    Her outstanding reputation in the community stood out to me, and it proved to be an asset. Whenever I was in town for a visit, and I'd mention I was working with Jennifer, mountains seemed to move.

    Jennifer really listened to what we were envisioning for our special day and was able to keep our focus there the entire time. She knew how to keep me within my budget, advising me on where my money was best spent and where it wasn't. My husband especially appreciated this.

    Jennifers communication with the venue and the other vendors was the key to success. I loved not having to handle any of that. We hired them, and she did the rest.

    Jennifer was so patient and so kind to me. I'd occasionally throw out some crazy ideas (that's the hardest part about not being close enough to the venue when you're a visual person **and a control freak LOL!), and she knew right away whether that was going to work or not. She was always very upfront and honest with us and always super respectful. It was so great to have her to talk things through with. We had a lot of laughs, a few cries (she's a mom too, so she gets our emotional state), and she was readily available to me from beginning to end. I would so highly recommend her if you need a wedding or any other kind of event planner. Don't worry if you live on the other side of the country like we do (we are Florida residents) she will not only make it happen, but you'll have fun in the process, and she will execute it all in a way you'll never forget.

    Private Estate Wedding in St. Helena

    Jennifer! It’s hard to put into words how grateful I am for all that you did to make my day sooo special. From a bride that didn’t really know what she wanted, you were able to run with a couple ideas and somehow created everything that I could have wished for! You paid attention to every detail and made the process so easy for everyone. Your creative ideas made the wedding unique, personalized and beautiful! Considering the wedding was at a private estate, you were able to take the blank canvas and put together every aspect of planning that needed to be done. You were timely and kept everyone in check during the process and day of (aka groomsmen). The night was magical and there was no stress! I would highly recommend Jennifer Stone to anyone!! We love you Jennifer!

    Jennifer had no idea what she was getting into when she teamed up with us for our wedding. This was decidedly NOT your typical Wine Country Wedding! We wanted an outdoor ceremony NOT at a winery. We wanted a 1980s Prom for the party at an unexpected location that fit the theme. We wanted a country picnic reception. In hindsight, I guess we were pretty damn needy. But, boy, did she deliver! The wedding ceremony was in the amazing Jack London State Park (yes, THAT Jack London); the reception was under the oak trees and was replete with the most amazing fried chicken ever; the party was at the Sonoma Senior Center (boom!) and couldn't have been more perfect. All our guests were gushing. We couldn't have been happier. Jennifer is incredibly easy to work with. You feel like there is never a moment when she is just phoning it in with some cookie cutter program. If we asked for it, she immediately said "Let me look into it!" and then she delivered it. This is exceptional customer service that is wholly collaborative, but with a good point of view on what she knows will and won't work based on her experience. She has great relationships in Wine Country to get what you need and deliver it on budget. I plan big events for a living... like Coachella size events... and I am sure I drove Jennifer crazy, but damn if she didn't meet and exceed my expectations. Highly recommended.

    As mother of the bride, I could not let this last opportunity pass to comment about the exemplary services provided by Jennifer. Our site required a wedding planner the day of the event, but my daughter wisely suggested that having a planner throughout the process of planning her wedding could be helpful. Initially, I thought, as mother of the bride, I could buffer all the decisions and options ahead of us, but as it turned out, having Jennifer on “our” team was so critical to maintaining the perfect balance. In our first meeting, I witnessed Jennifer’s respectful demeanor with other vendors and family, and her obvious immediate connection to the bride! Over the course of the planning, I observed how dedicated and passionate Jennifer was to ensure that Allison had the wedding of her dreams and I witnessed their special relationship evolve, but still felt connected and engaged in the process, rather than left out or overruled! Jennifer handled each detail expertly, was my daughter’s confidante during the process and handled a large, wild wedding party with determination and grace. Because of Jennifer, my daughter coordinated the wedding of her dreams, and I was able to fully participate and enjoy the magic- for that I am forever grateful- Thank you Jennifer Stone!

    My husband and I both love Napa/ Sonoma so when we decided to get married there despite living in NYC we immediately started looking for a wedding planner. Jennifer was a life saver and absolutely amazing! When our first venue fell through 2 months after we had already booked it, she worked tirelessly to help us find a new and better space. Her knowledge of vendors and the area made her invaluable. She spent multiple weekends with us when we traveled out there to plan and was our guide through the entire process. When the weekend finally arrived, she was on site and so professional and on point the entire time. Our wedding was better than I ever dreamed it could be and we could have never done it without her. Thank you Jennifer!!

    Working with Jennifer at La Grande Fete was the best decision I made trying to plan my wedding! Her professionalism and attention to detail are the best in the business. Our 100 person wedding in Napa was flawless because of Jennifer as she was organized, she thought of everything and all the vendors loved working with her! Huge thanks for making the day I have dreamed about my whole life perfect!!!!

    Hosting a wedding was a daunting commitment, until we met Jennifer Stone owner of La Grande Fete wedding planning company. We could never have imagined the magical transformation our property would take as she began to create the bride’s dream of a lifetime.
    Jennifer‘s communication skills could only be surpassed by her organized approach to every detail. Her consideration and respect for the footprint the wedding may have on our property was greatly appreciated. It was refreshing to say to the least, to see this woman treat every vendor and their staff with the same dignity and respect she showed us.
    It goes without saying you would expect a wedding planner to meet the needs of the couple getting married, what impressed us even further was the welcoming ambiance she created for the guests.
    The relaxed yet incredibly efficient way Jennifer handled every detail made this an event as hosts we will never forget. Thank you Jennifer for helping us to be the hosts we wanted to be for the bride and her groom. Our dream came true and we know theirs did too.

    I simply can’t say enough about the wonderful wedding coordination services of Jennifer Stone of La Grande Fete. Hiring Jennifer was hands down, the BEST decision I could have made when beginning the planning process for my wedding. Jennifer knows weddings inside and out, and she has fabulous relationships with some of the best vendors in the Valley. She is organized, professional, and so much fun to work with! She will make the wedding of your dreams a reality, and best of all, you will actually get to enjoy your Big Day knowing that all of the details are being handled by the best in the business.     Jennifer swung into action with just 4 months to plan our wedding... and she was invaluable (that feels like an understatement!) She truly made my husband and I feel like guests at our own wedding. She managed ALL of the details that no bride wants to fuss over - setup and takedown, logistics, shuttles, *EVERYTHING* - so that we could enjoy quality time with our guests. We recommend her a million times over!

    I don't even know where to start! Jenn was the best thing about my wedding (besides the groom). Without her, nothing would have turned out as perfect as it did. When we decided to use Jenn, I had no idea who she was or what work she had done but I was thrilled to have some help. Every recommendation she made whether it be for a vendor, decor idea, etc. was awesome. She got to know me and the groom and really worked with us and our personal style. The wedding party and family is still saying that we don't know how everything would have went had Jenn Stone not been there. We didn't realize how much we needed her... Now we know! If anyone is having a wedding in Napa or anywhere for that matter and Jenn is available - USE HER! You will not regret it - she knows what she is doing and is extremely knowledgeable and professional. You can work with her on budget and she will help you with whatever it is you need help with to ensure you stay within your budget!

    What can I say about Jennifer Stone of La Grand Fete? She is AMAZING and she SAVED my wedding!! Seriously, the day of my wedding there was an unforecasted downpour than occurred an hour before my outdoor wedding was supposed to start. Jennifer saved the day by being cool under pressure and making quick decisions that kept my day from being ruined. (Truly, I heard that other outdoors weddings that were on the same day had horrible results.)

    Jennifer is bright and cheerful and just amazing! She just wants to make you happy. She has great relationships with multiple vendors and will make suggestions about who is best and most affordable. I had multiple events for my weddings: rehearsal dinner, welcome cocktails, wedding and a croquet brunch. Jennifer went above and beyond the call of duty for all of these events and stayed to the very end to make sure everything went smoothly. I can't thank Jennifer enough and I can't say enough wonderful things about her and the things she did for our wedding. But I will stop because otherwise this review will get too long and people won't want to read it. :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jennifer Stone and La Grand Fete for any wedding in Napa Valley!!!!

    Although my wedding was over two years ago, I find myself reminiscing on that special day quite often. I have to recognize La Grande Fete for their wonderful wedding planning services and providing me with the wedding of my dreams. Jennifer is a pleasure to work with on all fronts and provides many years of event experience with a keen eye to detail. The most important thing is that she listens to the bride and groom and provides recommendations, but does not overstep in any way. She is connected in the valley and has some great vendor relationships. I would recommend La Grand Fete for anyone getting married in Napa Valley.

    One of the best decisions I ever made, besides saying yes to my future husband, was hiring Jennifer to be my wedding planner. I did not stress over anything. Working with her was easy, simple, and just plain fun. She would know exactly what I was talking about, even if I had a hard time explaining it. She has an amazing "mental checklist" that keeps even the most minute detail planned out. During the reception, Jennifer would quietly remind us that it was time for pictures, a toast, cutting of the cake, etc. Everything was planned to perfection and there was not one thing I would change. All I had to do was schedule a few meetings with her and the rest just fell into place. Perfect planner......perfect day.

    Jennifer was such an amazing wedding planner! She found us the perfect venue and she gave us (especially me) such piece of mind throughout the whole planning process. She talked me off so many silly wedding-related ledges and was so responsive especially as the day got closer! She knows a ton of vendors in the area and was able to offer great recommendations while also working super well with the new vendors I had. On the day of our wedding it was super windy but if anything went wrong, I didn't see it! I was able to relax and enjoy the whole day because I knew I was in great hands with Jennifer and her assistant. I couldn't recommend La Grande Fete more!

    Jennifer made our wedding the most beautiful and wonderful day of our lives. What's more, she took care of all of the little details, gave us the chance to breathe, and enjoy the day to its fullest. Jennifer surrounded us with the most kind and caring vendors and made every person involved feel like a million dollars. My only regret is that I can't relive the day exactly as it was again and again. I wouldn't have changed a thing. Thank you, Jennifer!

    As we were planning our wedding entirely remotely, it was really important to us to have a wedding planner that we trusted. As I spoke with Jennifer, everything she said resonated with me, especially when she said that I should be sitting in my makeup chair drinking a mimosa while she ensures that the wedding ceremony and reception go off without a hitch. And that's exactly what happened. We were blessed with an absolutely perfect wedding day and Jennifer played a huge role in making sure the day ran smoothly and everything turned out exactly as we hoped. We never experienced any of those "wedding day issues" that others had warned can happen and we were never rushed getting ready or at any point that day. I can be described as a Type-A person who likes to manage things herself but never once did I feel that I needed to worry about any of the wedding details that day because I was confident that Jennifer had everything under control. We would highly recommend Jennifer for your wedding coordinator/ planner.
