Words cannot express my gratitude for Katie! My wedding was something out of a magazine! It was the PERFECT wedding and it's all because of her. I came to Katie with a simple idea and she worked her magic and brought it to life. It was better than I could have ever imagined!

Katie is a top-notch planner and I am incredibly lucky to have had her help. She always made us feel as though she had everything 100% under control. Trust me, you want this in a planner! She respected my input and added her special designer eye to my ideas. She was always available to alleviate any stress or answer any silly question I had. She was extremely organized and kept us on track the entire way through the planning process.

She took the reigns on our rehearsal day and made sure all of our attendants knew exactly what they were doing, and made it fun and enjoyable throughout.

On our wedding day, I knew I had absolutely nothing to stress about because Katie was on it. If something went wrong, I still have no idea to this day. Every little detail, every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better planner, and am so grateful that we picked Katie to help us throughout our wedding planning.

We could not recommend Katie highly enough for the job she did with us. My husband and I got married in South Lake Tahoe a month ago. About three weeks prior to our wedding, we hired Katie to be our Day of Coordinator. We are so lucky to have found her. She was amazing. From the moment I had my first conversation with Katie over the phone, I knew she was the one who I would want to be our day of coordinator. When I told her what we envisioned for our wedding, she knew exactly what we were going for. I was very confident based on her experience and our conversation that she would do a wonderful job.

The week of the wedding we met up with some of our vendors and they all said Katie had reached out to them regarding the timeline and services to make sure everyone was on the same page. All the vendors spoke very highly of Katie and were looking forward to working with her the day of. Since this was a destination wedding, I had only spoken with Katie over the phone. It wasn’t until the rehearsal that we finally met in person. She was on time, extremely friendly, and very professional.

I honestly don’t know what we would have done without Katie. On the day of our wedding, she paid such great attention to detail during the setup, was very hands on the entire day, and I appreciated that so very much rather than her just delegating everything. In our eyes the day couldn’t have been more perfect and the room set up more beautifully thanks to Katie. If there was anything that went wrong, we didn’t know about it, that’s how amazing Katie is. She really understood our vision for our special day and made it come to life. I was able to focus on enjoying our special day rather than being stressed out.

After the wedding was over, even our Caterer and DJ both raved about Katie and said they would recommend her to their clients who are still looking for a wedding coordinator. I've been in the Catering business for almost 36 years and I pride myself on my professionalism. I don't hand out compliments or referrals often. Over the years I have worked with many vendors including wedding coordinators, and do not give out a lot of referrals. I can also say that I more often than not would never recommend using a wedding coordinator. But I have never worked with anyone like Katie, she was amazing. I have never worked with her before but if I could choose only one person to work with it would be Katie. From the moment she arrived until the very end of the wedding we worked together, she was everywhere including offering and helping with things she could have walked away from. I recently was a guest at a wedding that used KRM. I have never seen a more lovely wedding. The couple glowed in the beauty, elegance and intimacy that was created around them. PERFECT was the word used most frequently by the other guests! Great music, food, flowers, set up, and unique special touches. KRM obviously has choice connections. My first choice!
