KMH Weddings and Events is a full-service wedding planning company based in Otis, Massachusetts. Company owner and principal planner Kelly Minery-Hamdan has been helping couples to bring their dream wedding celebrations to life since 1995. Kelly owned and operated a successful catering company for many years before dedicating herself full-time to wedding planning in 2016.

Services Offered

KMH Weddings and Events aims to expertly plan and assist with every aspect of your special day. From venue sourcing to event design, catering to flowers, their wealth of experience and attention to detail means you have peace of mind. They also offer day-of coordination services for couples who have planned their day themselves but wish for a professional to oversee their day. This company is also happy to plan other special occasions such as birthdays, anniversary parties, graduation celebrations, and more.

We also provide a service of Wedding Photography, to document a love story through casual photography. A little different from traditional wedding photographers we are looking to capture those moments that are unseen but are crucial to the legacy of the story. My job, as a photographer, as a storyteller is to capture those little details to keep forever.

Highly recommemd!

Kelly truly made our wedding weekend unforgettable. From the very beginning, she was a dream to work with—so patient, incredibly thorough, and always quick to answer my (many!) questions. Her guidance leading up to the wedding gave me so much peace of mind, and I’m beyond glad we decided to hire her as our wedding coordinator. Honestly, it was the best money we spent on the entire wedding.

On our wedding day, it poured, and we had to pivot our entire plan—ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception—indoors. Kelly handled everything with such ease and confidence. She seamlessly coordinated the shift, ran our ceremony beautifully, and even came up with creative ideas and details we hadn’t thought of. Thanks to her, the day was not only stress-free, but even better than we could have imagined.

Kelly truly went above and beyond for us, and I cannot imagine our wedding day without her by our side. If you’re considering hiring her—do it! She is an absolute gem and will make your day seamless, magical, and full of joy.

Kelly is the best!

Kelly was an extremely valuable asset to our event! We had a small anniversary party and wanted to keep it low-key; Kelly helped us achieve our relaxed vision while keeping everything organized and moving along smoothly. She communicated promptly and clearly with us and with vendors, maintained positive relationships, and ensured all pieces fit into place on the day. She went above and beyond. I would recommend her services highly!

Thank you, Kelly!

Kelly joined us as the Day-of Coordinator for my wedding in September, 2022, and she was a pleasure to work with. She began taking over communications with vendors for us about a month before the wedding, finalizing their meal choices, coordinating their set-up and load-out times, and serving as their main point-of-contact. She oversaw the logistics of countless items on the actual wedding day, including setting up place cards, card boxes, and centerpieces exactly as we had requested. There were a lot of logistics involved in our wedding because the ceremony and reception occurred in different places, and Kelly handled them seamlessly. Kelly was extremely organized, proactive about reaching out, eager to meet at our convenience, and thought of potential issues and solutions that would not have occurred to us.

Kelly dealt with the problems that inevitably arise effectively and efficiently — generally, if something had initially gone wrong or not exactly according to plan, I didn’t even learn about until days later. She made our wedding day so much less stressful and made it possible for us and our families to relax and enjoy the day. I highly recommend working with Kelly on planning for any event.

Kelly is Amazing!

Kelly is Amazing! I'm from Venezuela and my husband is German. For our wedding we received family from different countries plus our friends from USA. For others might be intimidating but for Kelly with all her expertise was like extremely normal. She took care of each detail and made me feel extremely happy the day of my wedding.
My mom couldn't arrive on time to help me with my wedding dress, Kelly immediately looked for my brother and between the two of them helped me to dress. Since that moment on I knew I would never forget her.
I would recommend Kelly to any person in need of an Event Planner. She has a lot of experience and She really know what she is doing.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND: Kelly Minery Hamdan's catering services were of the highest quality. At a prestigious NJ ivy league university, she provided excellent quality food and superb customer service during our weekly seminars, with attendance of well over 100. Positive feedback was continually received by staff and guests. Her menu choices, quality ingredients and exceptional customer service were comparable to 5-star restaurants; she was an excellent listener whose primary goal was to go above and beyond our expectations. Kelly made catering to the masses look flawless.

Wedding of our dreams!

Kelly and her team helped coordinate the wedding if our dreams. From day 1 they were responsive, so helpful and accommodating and incredibly professional. They helped us make decisions based in their experience and on the day of our wedding they ensured everything went off without a glitch. Even the unexpected 5 minute downpour! And, the food was amazing! We will always be grateful for Kelly and her amazing team and continue to recommend KMH to anyone we can.
