Hiring Lauren as our wedding planner was one of the best decisions we made during our entire wedding process. From day one, she went above and beyond, not just for me and my husband, but for our entire family.We essentially built a full wedding venue in my parents’ backyard, which was a huge undertaking. With Lauren's help we were able to transform an empty space into something truly magical. There is absolutely no way we could have pulled this off without her.What meant the most to me was that my parents were actually able to be stress-free on the day of the wedding because she had every single detail handled. That alone was priceless. She was organized and always responsive. No detail was too small, no challenge too big. Any time I had a concern, she made sure we handled it right away. What could have been a very stressful process felt completely manageable and even enjoyable. On the wedding day itself, Lauren and her team were true lifesavers, coordinating vendors, managing the timeline, and making sure everything ran seamlessly so we could be fully present and soak in every moment. Our guests were blown away, and it’s all thanks to her. My wedding day was the day of my life and I could not have done it without Lauren!

My husband and I hired Lauren as our day-of coordinator and we both cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She is so incredibly organized, adapted to every situation, and made our entire weekend stress-free.

We started working with Lauren closely about two months prior to our wedding. We lived across the country and she ensured that every detail was totally buttoned up prior to our arrival on our wedding weekend - she let us send decor to her directly, had calls with us after work to make sure details were set, and met up with us when we were in town for a walkthrough at our venue.

We can honestly say she was the reason our day was so stress-free; Lauren's professional and kind demeanor really shined and she was keeping everything running steadily in the background. When our timeline fell slightly behind, she discreetly checked in with us and then made executive decisions to keep things moving. She kept the morning calm and was at our sides whenever we needed her. She was so sweet with our families and wedding parties. She even helped me touch up my makeup before I walked down the aisle.

Lauren truly exceeded any and all expectations for my wedding. She executed a perfect plan and was there every step of the way to guide me, vendors, and venue to make it a night we will never forget. Lauren was always there to help even if a meeting wasn’t scheduled. She helped with suggestions on decor, layout and gave personal preference from her expertise in wedding planning. Lauren made wedding planning less stressful and made it easy to enjoy our wedding the day of. She communicated with the venue as well as all vendors to make sure everything was set to go and was there for me throughout everything. Lauren went above and beyond any expectation that I had. I wasn’t sure what to expect with a day of coordinator but she did everything from making sure the whole day ran smoothly, to setting up every piece of decor better than I could have ever imagined. The day was perfect and it couldn’t have been done without her. I had a backyard wedding at my families house and Lauren fit right in with my family. Had no issue navigating her way between getting ready location and venue. If something went wrong I didn’t hear about it because Lauren had already had it figured out. I couldn’t say enough good things about Lauren and her services. She was 100% my best investment for my entire wedding!

Lauren was our wedding planner for our Covid wedding. We had to push back the date and then move everything outside due to Covid restrictions and Lauren was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process! She was flexible and worked with us to come up with solutions so we could still have an absolutely beautiful and fun wedding. Our guests to this day still tell us that we had one of their favorite weddings of all time. I asked her on the spot if we could extend the wedding by 30 mins because we were having SO much fun and Lauren quickly talked to the DJ and the bus driver and made it happen! I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting a beautiful and fun wedding day!

Lauren was extremely helpful throughout the whole wedding planning process. Her attention to detail and expert advice was invaluable. She was very responsive to our questions and so easy to work with. On the wedding day, Lauren was extremely organized and a calming presence for all of us throughout the rehearsal, ceremony and reception. The day went off without any problems because of our WONDERFUL coordinator. Due to her attention to detail, we were all able to enjoy the happy celebration. I can not recommend her enough!!!!

From the moment I met Lauren, I knew I was in good hands. She displayed professionalism combined with warmth, which immediately put me at ease. At our initial consultation, she asked all the right questions and listened as I described my vision for the wedding and offered practical suggestions while respecting my ideas. The level of organization she brought to the table was nothing short of extraordinary. Lauren created a detailed timeline for the months leading up to the wedding and the day itself. Every task, from the initial meeting to the wedding day, was scheduled with precision. In addition to the planning and coordination Lauren designed and printed all my wedding day signage including our individual place cards ensuring my vision was maintained throughout all the little details she had a hand in creating. She maintained constant communication, sending friendly reminders and updates to ensure no detail was overlooked.

One of the most impressive aspects of Lauren’s skill set was her ability to work with each different vendor. She handled all the communications, negotiations and schedules, leaving me free to focus on more personal aspects of the planning. Lauren had my back multiple times when our venue was being difficult throughout the planning process and in the days leading up to the wedding. Lauren made it clear through her actions that I was her priority and would not let anything get in the way of my having the best wedding day.

No wedding is without its share of hiccups, but she handled each one with grace and efficiency. The forecasted rain threatened our outdoor ceremony; Lauren had a few backup locations to review and decide on the day before. Once we picked a location, the plan was put into motion, and she coordinated the backup location with the venue. This location required a quick change over and she went right to work making sure there was minimal interruptions to the cocktail hour. When the venue set the linens in a way that was not up to Lauren’s standard she worked behind the scenes to re-linen every table before I even knew there was a problem with them. Her calm demeanor reassured me that no matter what happened, the day would be perfect.

On the day of the wedding, I was able to relax and enjoy every moment, thanks to Lauren. She was there from early morning to late evening, ensuring everything ran smoothly. From setting up the décor to coordinating our guests and cueing me for my walk down the aisle, she handled it all. She completed all of this and more in the pouring rain, running back and forth from the venue to the location I was getting ready in to make sure I was okay and staying on time. She even drove us to an offsite indoor location for our pictures, each time making sure I was covered by an umbrella in exchange for getting wet herself.

As I look back on my wedding day, I can’t imagine it being as magical as it was without Lauren. She took the weight of logistics and planning off my shoulders and allowed me to focus on what truly mattered, celebrating love with my partner, family, and friends. If you’re contemplating whether or not to hire Lauren as your wedding coordinator, I cannot recommend her enough. She is an investment in peace of mind and the joy of your big day.
