Taylor answered all of our questions clearly and kindly, provided support where we needed it, and did a fantastic job managing all of our wedding logistics on the day despite an unpredictable weather forecast and rain that absolutely poured until about an hour before our outdoor ceremony was supposed to begin. Our wedding day was better than we could have imagined and it was all because of Taylor! No words can describe how thankful we are for all her hard work. She has so much knowledge about weddings, catering and Berkshire area vendors. Even when there was chaos with our caterer/wait & bar staff- Taylor was flexible, collected and took charge, make the whole day feel easy and no- stress for us. We had a full DIY venue, and she consulted with us every step of the way. Recommended amazing vendors, answered all our emails and questions, set up times to chat and meet with us, coordinating everything week/weekend of. She eased all the stress of wedding planning. She really listened to us, got to know us as a couple and the vibe we were going for and helped us make decisions to bring it all together to make it feel totally "us." Taylor was worth her weight in gold. We hired her just as a day-of coordinator and I can't imagine how we would have done it without her. She tracked so many details and handled so many little crises without ever worrying us. She kept the evening to schedule and was always exactly where we needed her to be. In any moments where we didn't see eye-to-eye with the venue or any other vendors, she was the perfect mediator. She stayed until the bitter end (which was around 2am!), making sure that every gift and rental item was where it should be. I cannot recommend her highly enough for any event in the Berkshires or Hudson River Valley.

My name is Jessica. I was one of Taylor’s 2022 fall brides. I was a bride that was truly on the fence about hiring a wedding planner. I thought I would be able to do the event myself, how hard could it be? Well The words, “ I don’t know what we would do with Taylor” must have come out of my mouth at least 50 times the month before the wedding. Each step of the way Taylor was by my side, helping me achieve my wedding vision. From helping me find the perfect vendors, communicating questions with staff that I would not have even thought to ask, creating food and guest charts, making sure the decor was just right, letting me know the proper times to finalize details, and being my therapist when the wedding stress kicked in-This girl does it all. I mean what wedding planner do you know brings a printer with her to the wedding location to make sure the final timeline was printed just right? If your looking for a planner that not only is the definition of professional and organized, but also fun and truly caring look no further. If you hire Taylor for your events, not only will you have the wedding of your dreams, but you will also gain a friend that will support you each step of the way.

My husband and I were not going to hire a wedding planner originally but we are EXTREMELY thankful we had Taylor on our team for our big day!! From our first conversation, to all the communication, to the wedding day prep talk, to the last minute changes and everything in between, Taylor was there to make us feel special and supported. She is kind, helpful, organized, professional and fun! There were a lot of moving parts (like all weddings) but Taylor was calm and effective at tackling all the needs of the day. I cannot express the relief we felt knowing she would oversee all the happenings of our day! It was perfect and that is largely because of Taylor!

Taylor was essential in making our day come together perfectly! She was always available for questions, lovely and upbeat, and quick to problem solve. She had experience and helpful advice around all the things I was less sure about. On the week of the wedding I couldn’t believe how she tied everything together. When I left the reception venue to get ready I was feeling slightly nervous because I wouldn’t be there to finish set up, but when I came back things were exactly my vision and more, and that was thanks to Taylor doing any and everything to make it happen. During the wedding she was there checking in and making sure we had absolutely anything we might need.
All and all I could not have pulled this day together without Taylor. Her professionalism, good attitude, strong work ethic, and fun-to-be-around personality made things feel totally non-stressful and I can’t recommend her enough!
