I was referred to Kimberly by a family friend and after my first call with her I knew right away she would be the perfect coordinator for me! She is so detailed, calm and easy to talk to, was there for me when I needed advice or had a lot of questions, and she took the time to really see our whole vision from the beginning – which I really appreciated! We also had to a situation with our DJ and she helped us find a new one within a day, it was so helpful and we couldn't have done it all without her! She was also amazing day of! I didn’t worry about her at all, she executed everything seamlessly. I highly recommend her, thank you sooo much Kimberly!!

Amazing Experience!
We hired Kimberly has a coordinator and she could not have been more helpful, kind, and responsive throughout the planning process. She was always so quick to respond via text and truly made our day so special. My bridesmaids absolutely loved her and I couldn't imagine my special day without her!

Great day-of coordinator
Kimberly was great to work with as a day-of wedding coordinator! She helped make sure our big day ran smoothly and I felt confident that I didn't have to worry about anything that day -- I knew she would make sure everything went according to plan. And she definitely followed through on that - our wedding day was incredible!

Wonderful service!!
Working with Kimberly was so wonderful!!! She helped us nail down our vendors and gave great advice when we needed to reschedule our wedding multiple times! We had to bring all our decor into our vendor and Kimberly was so accommodating and helpful with this! She made sure my husband and I got some time to ourselves and created a seamless timeline that went perfectly on the night! I would highly recommend Kimberly to anyone!!!

Kimberly was the wedding planner for my daughters non - traditional vegan wedding last week at Rancho Las Lomas. The venue and staff was incredible. The wedding was perfect, executed just as planned and accommodating to everyone there. Kimberly was truly professional, organized and paid close attention to every detail.

Absolutely amazing!
Kimberly and her team were incredible while planning and coordinating our wedding. She blew us away the first time we met her when she quickly and efficiently got through all of the little details that we didn't even think of prior to sitting down with her. Those details really add up, and without Kimberly and her team, our big day would have been full of tons of stress and anxiety.
She knows what she's doing and completely flies under the radar so, as the bride, you can enjoy the day without worrying about what is going on around you. She was always punctual, responsive, personable, and kind, which is not all that common when talking to vendors for a wedding. We loved having Kimberly as part of our wedding, and we would highly recommend her to anyone!

Kimberly and her staff are wonderful. It's a rare thing to find vendors who really add to your overall wedding experience, but Kimberly is definitely one of those assets you're going to want. She's efficient, a great communicator, has excellent taste, and on the day of, she's a coordinator in the truest sense of the word. She's proactive, understanding, and puts on a great party! I adore working with Kimberly and she is definitely on my list of favorites to work with!
I had the Pleasure of working with Kimberly at a recent wedding at Talega Golf Course and it was an incredible experience. Kim was on top of everything from lining up the wedding party to the perfectly timed sparkler exit at the end. Throughout the planning process Kim was very professional and easy to work with as she constantly updated me with any changes the bride and groom made. It is so important to have good communication on the day of the event to ensure everything flows. Kim even ensured their was a vendor meal for all the vendors who were working hard that day. I Definitely am looking forward to working with her and her team in the future.
