All it took was one phone call with Kelsey to know that she was the right photographer for us and that we would be in good hands.  After speaking with several photographers, Kelsey stood out for her approachable demeanor, communication skills, and honesty.  We immediately felt at ease with Kelsey and decided her photography style and personality were a good match for us.  She was realistic about expectations and honest about not up-selling (e.g., she said there was no need for a second photographer and that she would be able to cover the event on her own).  Kelsey made good on all of her posted timelines and the quality of the photos absolutely met our expectations.  We were able to give Kelsey a shot list that we hoped to get, and Kelsey was able to make sure those were a priority.  Kelsey helped set the wedding timeline and worked extremely well with the other vendors to ensure things stayed on task.  On the day of the wedding, Kelsey was a dynamo, and brought a no BS attitude (in a good way), making sure family photos were done in an orderly and timely fashion.  Kelsey also went above and beyond on the day of the wedding, helping remove an unexpected errant lipstick stain from the wedding dress during the getting ready phase.  Kelsey stepped in to take control of what was a chaotic scene to save the day and avert disaster.  Our experience with Kelsey was great and we really felt like Kelsey delivered on what we paid for.  And beyond her skilled photography, Kelsey has the perfect demeanor for a wedding photographer and was a pleasure to deal with from our first interaction with her through the delivery of our wedding photos.  We cannot thank Kelsey enough.

I found Kelsey through different wedding websites when searching for a photographer for our wedding, and we couldn't have been happier!! Kelsey is truly amazing! She was great to work with during the planning process and day of the wedding, and really helped us form our schedule for the day and figure out what worked best with the pictures that we wanted, the people involved, our photography locations, etc. On the wedding day Kelsey was more than just our photographer! She helped keep everything on schedule, keep our bridal party and family organized for pictures, and even clean my dress multiple times as it got dirty walking on the streets of NYC. I had been familiar with Kelsey's work for a few years, so when we got engaged, I knew Kelsey would be the perfect fit for our wedding vision. It wasn't until I got to talk to her that I realized how wonderful she is as both a person and photographer.

Kelsey Combe is truly amazing! From the moment we hired her, she was professional and fun to work with. She has an unbelievable talent for what she does, and after our engagement photos came back, we knew we had 100% made the right choice hiring her as our wedding photographer. She was responsive throughout the entire wedding planning process and was happy to answer any questions (and like most brides, I had a lot). She happily accommodated every request and was an absolute pleasure to work with on our wedding day. She and her husband, Clay, were on time and had the whole day planned out perfectly. I literally have no words for how amazing Kelsey is! I'm an interior designer and had a VERY specific vision for my wedding day and wanted to be as hands-on as possible. Kelsey in an exceptionally talented photographer, and on top of that she is an amazing sounding board and an incredible human being. Kelsey was known to me and my husband, as she had shot a few of our friends' weddings, so we knew we wanted to work with her. So much so that we actually planned our wedding around Kelsey's availability (yes, I am serious...and yes, she is that amazing).
