We worked with Kelly for two years planning our dream wedding and she was nothing short of amazing! From going on venue tours to coordinating our after party and making sure we had all of our belongings in our hotel room immediately after the wedding – Kelly did it all! She is organized, detail-oriented and incredibility calm and kind! We always knew Kelly would have everything under control. We are so thankful and lucky to have had her throughout the planning process! We originally hired Kelly to be our month off coordinator for our October 2020 wedding. When we spoke with her in January 2020, my now husband and I got a sense of calmness and security of hour our wedding would be handled and taken care of. Hiring a wedding planner in a year of COVID was the best decision we made.

Although Kelly was set to start working with us about 2 months out from our wedding, as soon as COVID hit, we received an email from her checking in with us, and even offering to do a quick conference call to discuss any concerns we had or how she could help. We had plenty of time at that point, but knowing she was still going above and beyond to help her clients navigate a very uncharted territory. As the summer came, and worry started to set in - we called Kelly to see what our options were. She worked with us on plans A, B, and C. Those included destinations weddings elsewhere, as we got desperate on where we could potentially get married in the fall. Within days, Kelly has proposals to us on various venues, vendors, and pricing for backups to our original plan. We made a decision to stick with the original plan and Kelly helped take over on communication from the venue and our other vendors. Having someone step in to take that weight off your shoulders is the biggest stress relief you didn't know you needed. Her attention to detail is uncanny - helping us edit and adjust vendor contracts we didn't know we could update, week of and day of timeline to help communicate to bridal party and family, even taking note of personal touches and family members names so she could call them by their first name. Being a bride that lived across the country from their venue, Kelly met and worked with all my vendors to make sure all details were captured and our vision would come to light.

On our wedding day, my husband and I could relax and not think or stress on any details thanks to Kelly & Grace. She spends the entire day with you, always within contact if you need anything. She made sure all vendors were in the right place at the right time, and everyone was on schedule. Kelly was a dream start to finish. A direct quote from my mother, “She is the reason we are still speaking.” Kelly’s prompt response, attention to detail, and calmness allowed me to enjoy the experience. Wedding planning was one million percent more work than I could have anticipated but I didn’t feel one bit of it thanks to Kelly. She was amazing at helping to find all the best vendors and by the end I was equipped with a dream team. I loved that Kelly heard what we wanted and ensured that our vendors made it happen, even if it wasn’t the standard approach. Our wedding was everything we could have ever wanted and if there was something that went wrong... I still have absolutely no idea about it.
