Kate was everything we didn’t know we needed for our wedding. We found planning pretty easy throughout the whole process, so we didn’t think a planner was necessary. About 7 weeks before the wedding we realized there were just a handful of small things day of we didn’t know who would be handling, and I panic researched who I could pull in. Kate had some amazing reviews so I emailed her in the middle of the night praying she had my date open and thank gd she did.

From day 1 she was on top of emailing and connecting with all of our other vendors, ensuring they were all aligned on timeline and all other day of needs before we got to the wedding day, so nobody was questioning a thing on the actual day.

She kept everything moving so smoothly day of, wrangling family and wedding party to make sure they were always in the right place. Helping the venue figure out some small hiccups the day of, and ensuring that we didn’t have to do anything but enjoy ourselves day of.

Kate is incredible! She was the day-of-coordinator for our wedding and we can’t imagine our wedding day without her. She is reliable, knowledgeable, a joy to work with, and always has the bride’s back. She did so much coordination behind the scenes with my other vendors without me even having to ask, and her checklists and check-in texts leading up to the wedding kept me sane. As soon as she arrived the morning of the wedding I instantly felt more relaxed knowing that she was going to keep the day running smooth, and she did that and more. I would highly, highly recommend her!

Kate was far and away my favorite vendor to work with throughout the wedding process. She is a wealth of knowledge and is happy to offer advice and support in any way she can. She is polished, organized, and she knows her stuff. She also goes above and beyond to make sure you wedding day runs smoothly, and is extremely hands-on with the other vendors. Early on in the wedding planning process I wasn’t sure if I needed a day-of coordinator since our venue came with an on-site coordinator, but I’m so happy I went with Kate. If I were getting married again tomorrow she would be the first vendor I would reach out to.
