Julie made all of my makeup dreams come true. She was so easy to work with and did my makeup in a way that matched my style to a T. I was looking for something very light & neutral. She really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and loved the makeup. She is so friendly and down to earth. All of my bridesmaids loved her!! I am so thankful we found her and cannot recommend her highly enough!

Julie did make-up for myself and my wedding party. She was amazing to work with-incredibly professional in her work while still feeling like a friend in the room. I had to add another girl last minute and she was so efficient that it didn't even impact her timeline. All of my bridesmaids my mom, and mother-in-law raved about how amazing they looked! Julie was so comfortable to have getting ready with and made the environment so fun and relaxing.

I am so grateful to Julie. Not only did she do an incredible job on the wedding day makeup for me, my bridal party, and mom/MIL, but she was so flexible. We had a funky timeline set up for the day of the wedding that involved some additional travel for Julie, and she took it on without any issue.
I did a trial with Julie as well which was so helpful. She asked a lot of questions about what I wanted and what my normal makeup routine is. When I explained how minimally I apply makeup, she was quick to provide suggestions and help me nail the look that I wanted for my wedding.
Overall, fantastic experience working with Julie. I'd highly recommend hiring her!

When I first found Julie I knew I liked her work but I have to admit I was a little nervous because I'd only had 2 other experiences with professional makeup, 1 which was great and 1 not so great. After contacting Julie and talking with her some I felt at ease and knew I was making the right choice by going with her. A few months before the wedding was my trial which was free since I was the bride and it wasn't a 30 minute session like I was expecting, this was over an hour of Julie getting to know what I typically wear, what colors I wear, taking notes on me and really wanting to make sure she nailed my look. What I loved about the trial was she gave me some tips, told me what products she was using (yes I went out and bought my own after the fact because I loved it) and she took a TON of photos of me for me to share and for her to use in case need be on wedding day.
Speaking of wedding day, Julie was awesome. She showed up early, we had a schedule made a few weeks in advance for the order of my bridal party and she had a positive and calming demeanor about her to keep me calm. She asked each person having makeup done their typical colors and what they wear and she made them look fabulous. For me, she was referring back to her notes, talking with me about any tweaks I might want and she was just so friendly. Thanks again for the advice about the sunsets Julie :).
Julie stayed around on wedding day to make sure we all had final touches and were all happy. You'll look like yourself and natural but at the same time done up and you'll look like that your entire wedding day/night. I've already shared her info with a few girls and I highly recommend her!

It was such a joy to work with Julie! My mom and my bridesmaid were all raving on how she did a fabulous job on all makeup. On top of being talented, she is super sweet and so fun to talk to. I went to have my trial with my mom and we had the best time talking to her while we were getting our makeup done. 110% recommend!

Julie was incredibly kind and helpful! She responded to all of my emails quickly and thoroughly, without even a promise of a contract. She exchanged more than 5 in depth emails with me over just a few days, answering my many questions.

I was not able to book Julie for my makeup services, but I am so appreciative for all her help! Because of COVID-19, my venue strictly requires an esthetician license or cosmetology license and Certificate of Insurance. Unfortunately after years in the industry, Julie does not keep these. Julie was very understanding of this restriction and graciously provided me other vendor's names for my big day. I'm certain that the process of working with her and her makeup services would have both been wonderful! Ultimately, her information and recommendations helped guide my planning and booking, and I would certainly contact her for other events and recommend her to others!

Julie is a true artist. From our first meeting a my trial to my wedding day she made me feel like a movie star. I have rosacea and was concerned about how airbrushed make up would set and she showed med just how fantastic it could look and even helped me find a misty riser and primer for my every day wear. My bridesmaids and Mom could not stop raving about her work and amazing personality. I’m so grateful that she was apart of my day!

A friend of mine recommended Julie, and I am so glad I acted on that recommendation! Julie was a pleasure to work with throughout our planning period. I am not someone who wears a lot of make-up on a day-to-day basis and she was able to give me a natural look at my trial that wore flawlessly throughout the day. She recreated that look on my wedding day, and created a mixture of natural and dramatic looks for the other ladies. Everyone raved about how great we all looked. I highly recommend Julie!

Julie was a complete joy to work with from start to finish! She was extremely responsive, so easy to schedule and work with and on the actual day of my wedding, invaluable! The make-up she did for me, my bridesmaids and mother and mother-in-law was unbelievable. So natural and gorgeous and stayed on all night! She tailored the make-up to everyone's needs and everyone commented on how happy they were with their makeup. She was with me from the morning of my wedding up until the ceremony and she kept me calm and the mood light when I started to feel stressed. I cannot recommend Julie enough and I wish I could give her more than 5 stars!!
