Vicki of J442 was absolutely amazing. She made everything I asked for happen, made every want and detail seem so important to her, and made my wedding day feel easy, stress-free, and seamless. Her team is so attentive to not only details, but to the bride, groom, and guests as well. They took care of us and everyone else with ease. They made the night fun and perfect, as well as the entire experience of planning.

If anyone is looking for a wedding planner Vicki Thayer is your lady!! She was so amazing! Tom and I lived in Houston but we’re having our wedding in San Antonio. Vicki was based in Floresville... you would’ve never known we were in different cities! To give you an idea of the event she help plan...We had rough estimate of about 270 guests at our wedding. The ceremony and reception were both at the St. Anthony Hotel. We had photographers, videographers, a band, two outside cake vendors, rentals from Joyous 442, and a cigar company rolling cigars throughout the evening!

My mother and I had already booked a venue, photographer, and band when Vicki came into the picture! She helped coordinate all my current vendors and helped fill in the holes for the remainder!
Her vision was EXACTLY what I couldn’t exactly describe! She read in between the lines and Pinterest boards and helped create the most perfect day for Tom and I!

Always available by text, call, or email when I would have random questions or needed advice! At the time I was working nights, so even if I contacted her at odd hours she was prompt to respond. I also think there might’ve been a few times where I couldn’t make decisions... and I trusted her judgement and taste that I said just handle it! And that’s exactly what she did, execution was perfect! She really made it a streamlined wedding planning experience from start to finish!

I really appreciated how respectively honest Vicki was as well. I would ask for recommendations or her opinion and she always kept it very real! Even if it wasn’t what I wanted to hear!! I was ever so grateful for that.

The day of the wedding was effortless for me! Vicki and her team arrived at the time she had planned on the schedule and made sure EVERYTHING was in its place and that neither Tom nor I had to lift a single finger or worry about anything but saying “I do!” Her organization was astounding!

Vicki even has a little “day of” toolbox with last minute odds and ins in case anyone needs anything! (She came in clutch with my garter!)

Everyone always asked me how the wedding planning was going and my response was always “fabulous and stress free! My wedding planner has everything handled.” I will always share our day with Vicki! Thank you so so much! You were beyond amazing!!

Vicki and her crew were so awesome! They decorated my wedding venue even better than I could imagine. The whole day was perfect! She was very good at keeping us on track at the wedding and was very patients with our million questions! Would highly recommend her!

This woman... Oh! My! Goodness!! Vicki & her team are absolutely amazing. From our very first meeting, I was so happy we booked her. She had such great ideas & really listened to what we had visioned for our wedding day. I had told her a color scheme & a couple things I liked & boy, did she deliver! She transformed an old dance hall into a beautiful wedding venue. I didn't even think it was the same place! Leading up to the wedding, I had several people ask me "how are you not stressed out right now?" and every time I told them Vicki had everything taken care of so there was no reason to be stressed. It was so nice to actually get to enjoy my wedding day, and it is all thanks to her. We used Vicki for our invitations/ programs (which I was obsessed with!), planning, coordination and decor (which I was also obsessed with!!). Not only is Vicki a professional at what she does, but she is wonderful person. She has become one of my friends & I actually miss our meetings. The Joyous 442 team is so sweet as well and helped make our wedding day better than we could have imagined. Joyous 442- thank you so much for everything! You really are the best ever!!

Vicki is amazing! I honestly did not know what I wanted for my wedding so I decided to put all of my trust in her because I had seen all of her work and was so impressed with literally all she had done. I am so glad that I trusted her taste. She designed and coordinated everything for me. My wedding was everything I imagined and more. Her and her assistant, Shelby, were very professional, courteous and just so nice. My groom and I both felt very well taken care of the whole night of our wedding. I highly recommend J442!

If I could give 100 STARS -- I would -- WOW, just WOW! I got married on June 23, 2018 & hired Joyous 442 for Month of Coordination, and they surely out did themselves. I was an out of town bride, and the minute I talked to Vicki on the phone I knew she was the one I wanted. There was something comforting about her and I never once doubted her taste nor her suggestions. From start to finish, Vicki was quick to respond to emails and make suggestions; she quickly answered any question or concern that I had. Vicki also made my beautiful invitations, as well as the information & rsvp cards. Additionally, she did the non-floral decor for the reception, which was impeccable! Budget was tight, but Vicki provided many options to choose from. On the day of the wedding, she was a BOSS! Got floral where it needed to be, everything I needed displayed was done without any hesitation. I virtually had to worry about NOTHING! Even the little hiccups we had with food/bar service, Vicki and her assistant, Chelsey, took care of it. Chelsey was also very attentive to us (my husband and I) throughout the wedding making sure we had everything we needed & that we were enjoying ourselves. Chelsey also made our beautiful/unique signs for the bar. After the wedding, we dealt with a few hiccups that Vicki went out of her way to help us with. I will be forever grateful for Vicki & Chelsey as they made one the most special days of our lives' run so smoothly. They are worth every dang penny & more. We received so many compliments on the elegant, yet simple decor. My mom & sisters were also highly impressed by their ability to get things DONE! THANK YOU VICKI & CHELSEY!
