  The Best Experience EVER

  Vicki of J442 was absolutely amazing. She made everything I asked for happen, made every want and detail seem so important to her, and made my wedding day feel easy, stress-free, and seamless. Her team is so attentive to not only details, but to the bride, groom, and guests as well. They took care of us and everyone else with ease. They made the night fun and perfect, as well as the entire experience of planning.

  Tom and Hailey’s Wedding

  If anyone is looking for a wedding planner Vicki Thayer is your lady!! She was so amazing! Tom and I lived in Houston but we’re having our wedding in San Antonio. Vicki was based in Floresville... you would’ve never known we were in different cities! To give you an idea of the event she help plan...We had rough estimate of about 270 guests at our wedding. The ceremony and reception were both at the St. Anthony Hotel. We had photographers, videographers, a band, two outside cake vendors, rentals from Joyous 442, and a cigar company rolling cigars throughout the evening!
  
  My mother and I had already booked a venue, photographer, and band when Vicki came into the picture! She helped coordinate all my current vendors and helped fill in the holes for the remainder!
  Her vision was EXACTLY what I couldn’t exactly describe! She read in between the lines and Pinterest boards and helped create the most perfect day for Tom and I!
  
  Always available by text, call, or email when I would have random questions or needed advice! At the time I was working nights, so even if I contacted her at odd hours she was prompt to respond. I also think there might’ve been a few times where I couldn’t make decisions... and I trusted her judgement and taste that I said just handle it! And that’s exactly what she did, execution was perfect! She really made it a streamlined wedding planning experience from start to finish!
  
  I really appreciated how respectively honest Vicki was as well. I would ask for recommendations or her opinion and she always kept it very real! Even if it wasn’t what I wanted to hear!! I was ever so grateful for that.
  
  The day of the wedding was effortless for me! Vicki and her team arrived at the time she had planned on the schedule and made sure EVERYTHING was in its place and that neither Tom nor I had to lift a single finger or worry about anything but saying “I do!” Her organization was astounding!
  
  Vicki even has a little “day of” toolbox with last minute odds and ins in case anyone needs anything! (She came in clutch with my garter!)
  
  Everyone always asked me how the wedding planning was going and my response was always “fabulous and stress free! My wedding planner has everything handled.” I will always share our day with Vicki! Thank you so so much! You were beyond amazing!!

  She was amazing!

  Vicki and her crew were so awesome! They decorated my wedding venue even better than I could imagine. The whole day was perfect! She was very good at keeping us on track at the wedding and was very patients with our million questions! Would highly recommend her!

  Affordable and Amazing

  Vicki is amazing! I honestly did not know what I wanted for my wedding so I decided to put all of my trust in her because I had seen all of her work and was so impressed with literally all she had done. I am so glad that I trusted her taste. She designed and coordinated everything for me. My wedding was everything I imagined and more. Her and her assistant, Shelby, were very professional, courteous and just so nice. My groom and I both felt very well taken care of the whole night of our wedding. I highly recommend J442!

  Vicki is amazing! I was that bride that didn't have a clue about what I wanted. Vicki took my ideas and transformed them into something beautiful. She was so easy to work with and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Her vision is exceptional and she exceeded my expectations and then some. Vicki made my day shine!

  If I could give 100 STARS -- I would -- WOW, just WOW! I got married on June 23, 2018 & hired Joyous 442 for Month of Coordination, and they surely out did themselves. I was an out of town bride, and the minute I talked to Vicki on the phone I knew she was the one I wanted. There was something comforting about her and I never once doubted her taste nor her suggestions. From start to finish, Vicki was quick to respond to emails and make suggestions; she quickly answered any question or concern that I had. Vicki also made my beautiful invitations, as well as the information & rsvp cards. Additionally, she did the non-floral decor for the reception, which was impeccable! Budget was tight, but Vicki provided many options to choose from. On the day of the wedding, she was a BOSS! Got floral where it needed to be, everything I needed displayed was done without any hesitation. I virtually had to worry about NOTHING! Even the little hiccups we had with food/bar service, Vicki and her assistant, Chelsey, took care of it. Chelsey was also very attentive to us (my husband and I) throughout the wedding making sure we had everything we needed & that we were enjoying ourselves. Chelsey also made our beautiful/unique signs for the bar. After the wedding, we dealt with a few hiccups that Vicki went out of her way to help us with. I will be forever grateful for Vicki & Chelsey as they made one the most special days of our lives' run so smoothly. They are worth every dang penny & more. We received so many compliments on the elegant, yet simple decor. My mom & sisters were also highly impressed by their ability to get things DONE! THANK YOU VICKI & CHELSEY!

She had such great ideas & really listened to what we had visioned for our wedding day. I had told her a color scheme & a couple things I liked & boy, did she deliver! She transformed an old dance hall into a beautiful wedding venue. I didn't even think it was the same place! Leading up to the wedding, I had several people ask me "how are you not stressed out right now?" and every time I told them Vicki had everything taken care of so there was no reason to be stressed. It was so nice to actually get to enjoy my wedding day, and it is all thanks to her. We used Vicki for our invitations/ programs (which I was obsessed with!), planning, coordination and decor (which I was also obsessed with!!). Not only is Vicki a professional at what she does, but she is wonderful person. She has become one of my friends & I actually miss our meetings. The Joyous 442 team is so sweet as well and helped make our wedding day better than we could have imagined. Joyous 442- thank you so much for everything! You really are the best ever!!

  Vicki and her team at Joyous 442 were phenomenal! They handled all of the decorations at our wedding and it turned out gorgeous! We couldn't have been happier with the outcome! All of the decorations and the little details were beautiful! They made our dream wedding picture perfect! We highly recommend!

They acted as coordinators for the rehearsal, they kept everything on track all weekend, they served as hostesses for our appetizers, hot chocolate bar, wine area, and candy bar keeping it all replenished. During the dinner they made sure we all had what we needed and treated the bride, groom, and parents like kings and queens....and the best moments? At the end of the wedding evening when this mother of the bride was exhausted as I'm sure they were, too, they had such a calming effect asking what they could do to help us wrap up the event, get our car loaded, etc. Vicki and Chelsey, I can't begin to thank you enough. The special touches at the end were so appreciated.

  Looking back at my wedding, I have absolutely ZERO regrets! Vicki was a huge part of me being able to feel this way. She took care of things we discussed exactly how I wanted it done, and she took care of things that needed to be done that I couldn't even think of. She took care of things we discussed exactly how I wanted it done, and she took care of things that needed to be done that I couldn't even think of.   To say I was absolutely blown away with Joyous 442 would not be giving them enough credit. My wedding was perfect and it had sooo much to do with Vicki! I met with her shortly after I got engaged and I showed her the direction I was going for with the decorations. She took what I wanted and ran with it. Every idea I had she turned into a reality and made it even better than I could imagine. Every detail was covered. There isn't one thing I would have changed. She was extremely helpful and took so much stress off of me. I knew with out a doubt the venue would be a dream come true... And it was!!! I've seen brides freak out when it came to decorating for there receptions and it was so relieving to know she had everything covered. Would I recommend Joyous 442?? Heck yes! They will do as little or as much as you want and make your special day perfect!

A week has passed since our wedding, and I have to confess that I miss talking to her. I trusted her implicitly. She became a friend, and I highly recommend Vicki and all of the vendors that she works with.

  Vicki did an amazing job of bringing our vision to life. I loved how organized she was and was always able to keep up with our changing of minds. She did an outstanding job on the décor and kept calm during the rain crisis. I am the mother of the bride and couldn't have pulled this wedding off without the help of Vicki. She was amazing.

  Vicki was a tremendous help to us as a Coordinator for our wedding in Austin, TX. We planned our wedding ourselves, and having her help to orchestrate everything was priceless. She kept great communication, helped us create our timeline, kept in contact with all my vendors, orchestrated the rehearsal, and most importantly made everything happen on our wedding day. There are too many things she did to mention! We were so grateful to have her help.

  Vicki did an amazing job with my bridal shower and wedding. Our wedding was well decorated and coordinated by her. I gave her a few ideas and she expanded those pictures into a beautiful event. My expectations were very high and she exceeded them. The day of the wedding was stress free for me and very magical!
