Johnny Carino's catered our wedding reception, and it was absolutely fantastic service. The food was served by their catering staff, it was well prepared, hot and delicious. They even brought containers and cut the cake for the quest to take home. I can not say enough about the service that was provided to me and my guest, and would definitely recommend them to anybody wanting a professional and stress-free experience, especially on a day such as your wedding day.

As a caterer, I was pleasantly surprised by Carinos. We went to the Carinos in Round Rock, TX and are very satisfied with the professionalism of Cameron, their catering manager.

I contacted Carinos about catering our wedding online and got a response from one of their wedding caterer specialists named Sarah Haag. She was very responsive...responded to all my emails and questions within minutes of sending them.

Their catering packages are simple and very affordable...something rare in the wedding industry. They provide tea or lemonade, bread, salad, and two entrees. Exactly what we needed. You can add on rentals like table cloths, plates, utensils, etc and those are very reasonably priced as well. They can also do plated service! So you're not limited to buffet style.

Like I said Cameron was excellent. He responded to our calls and emails quickly and even though we made changes to our order within two weeks of the wedding he was able to change our invoice and reimburse us for the extra charges. Very flexible and professional.

Definitely recommend Carinos as your wedding caterer. They serve good food, they're affordable, and they can make your event as casual or elegant as you want.

I used the Carino's Italian on Brodie Lane and it was delicious! The food was very good and the onsite staff were so professional and did an amazing job! The whole team at the Brodie location was a joy to work with.

Carino's did such an amazing job catering our wedding reception. I was weary at first to have them cater, because I didn't know how professional it would look. They were awesome. They made everything look so beautiful, and they did everything to meet my expectations. They dressed as I asked them to, they served the food like I wanted them to, they did everything just like I asked. They are so affordable too. You will not regret having them cater your next event.

We decided to use Carino's because my now-husband's favorite menu item (Italian pot roast) had been taken off restaurant menus but was still on the catering menu. At our tasting, Jackie said the pot roast would soon be off the catering menu as well but promised us we could still have it. And we did! We also chose another entree, salad, and appetizers. Everything was delicious and SO affordable - seriously! We paid the same for an entire tray of pot roast (served at least 10 people) that other catering companies would charge per person! The buffet staff was very professional and cleared the tables as needed. Loved Carino's!! Will be our anniversary dinner location from now on :)

First and foremost, Carino’s provided a full buffet with three entree options, sides, breadsticks, iced tea, water, etc. for only $12/person (service included)! That’s pretty unheard of so I was excited to sign a contract with them. However, I was REALLY nervous in the months leading up to the wedding that we’d made a mistake choosing Carino’s. It took them weeks to respond to emails and they continually sent us outdated invoices. Turns out they were in between event planners when we booked so we were actually dealing with the general manager (poor guy!). When their event coordinator finally stepped in a month before the wedding, it was smooth sailing. The crew did a great job, served yummy food (if you’ve ever eaten at Carino’s you know the food isn’t 5-star or anything, but still delicious, comfort food) and we got lots of compliments.

The catering staff was wonderful. Everyone said they were helpful and nice. The only problem I had, which was a big problem to me, was that I ordered all vegetarian food and one of our meals had meat in it. I was very clear in all my emails coordinating my menu and when I met with the catering coordinator in person. Shortly before the wedding, a new catering coordinator was appointed and I don't know if there was mix up in communication or what happened. Luckily everyone who doesn't eat meat was a vegan so they wouldn't have eaten that entree anyway but since I let everyone know it was a vegetarian wedding, it could have been a problem. I had 2 requirements for my wedding, and 1 is that is was a vegetarian wedding. For this mix up, I would not recommend Carinos catering. The reason they received 4.4 stars from me is because everything was great besides that, but was a huge deal in my opinion.

They showed up without tables or linens as they promised, so the venue had to rush around to get them set up while I was getting married. They were supposed to come with 3 people to help serve, but only 2 came. When I called to speak with GM after I returned from my HM and calmed down, I had to leave several message before talking with her. She offered to credit my card $100.00 for the lack of service, but NEVER did! I was told the food was great, but I never got to eat any of it. I would NEVER use them, if it were my wedding day!
