We used Jessica J Events as our coordinator for our wedding in October 2024, and she and her team did an amazing job. She communicated with us regularly leading up to the wedding and her team made sure things ran perfectly on the day, so we had very little to worry about. Helping coordinate everything among the vendors during the last few weeks was a lifesaver. She also had many odds and ends such as signage for us to use the day of which saved us a lot of work. We’d definitely recommend Jessica J!

Jessica just planned my Dec 12th wedding and I wish I could give you 1000 stars. You brought my vision to life better than I could have ever imagined. You were a breath of fresh air to work with, especially during a pandemic. Thank you for everything! You are simply the best! I already knew from a vendor perspective how wonderful you were to work with, but it was even better being on the other side as a bride. I am so happy to have found Jessica to be our day of coordinator. Our venue was very DIY, everything came from outside. Jessica is the reason everything went so smoothly. On top of that, she’s always there to answer questions or offer guidance, easy to talk with and quick to respond, is so organized and helped keep me organized leading into the wedding when all of these separate vendors had to come together into one plan, and is overall a kind and wonderful person. Even leading up to the wedding day, Jessica helped me when our first photographer fell through. We talked about style and vision for the photos and she recommended perfect photographers. Wedding day, her and her team were incredible. Always steps ahead of everything, took care of a mix up with another vendor before I even had a chance to worry about it, kept the timeline running, and were really good at reading situations. For example, our venue was a barn where one side had giant sliding doors that opened. As we were sitting down for dinner, the sun came out and at just the right angle to heat up the barn and fry our guests. Before I even asked, they could see everyone was uncomfortable and closed those giant doors, and then opened them again when the sun was setting. Seriously, everything went so smoothly because of her, and she genuinely cares about her clients. I couldn’t have found a better person.

Jessica was amazing to work with!! I used her as a day of coordinator, but she went above and beyond to make sure that our day was perfect. She is incredibly responsive to emails and phone calls/texts. I planned the wedding myself, but she was able to recommend a fantastic DJ to me which worked out great. She was fabulous at communicating with all of my vendors, and was very attentive to details. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and ran incredibly smoothly. If anything didn't go to plan, I don't know about it because she handled everything that day! Her two assistants were very professional and helpful as well. I highly recommend her services to anyone needing a planner. Thank you Jessica!
